Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medical consumables, and particularly relates to a stent consumable placed in a branch artery of an aortic arch part in aortic arch operation.
Background
The aorta is used as a main pipeline for heart ejection, and is subjected to high blood pressure flushing pressure, particularly, the aortic arch is provided with three branches for supplying blood to the upper body of a human body, and is further subjected to heavy pressure, and for a hypertensive patient, the blood vessel at the aortic arch is easily damaged due to the impact of blood on the vessel wall, so that aortic dissection is caused, and ascending aortic aneurysm and arch aneurysm caused by cystic changes and arteriosclerosis in the aortic wall are seriously possibly caused.
There are two treatment regimens for aortic arch lesions: open surgery and interventional surgery, hybridization surgery is sometimes used in order to reduce the incidence of complications in time. The open surgery such as half-arch patch repair, full-arch replacement (traditional trunk surgery) and the like directly opens chest, cuts and repairs by surgical means, has high bleeding of a patient, serious influence on the visual field of the surgery, large trauma, high risk, low success rate of the surgery and great surgical injury to the patient; interventional operations and hybrid operations such as full arch replacement (frozen trunk operation) are combined with full arch replacement and bracket trunk technology under deep low temperature stop circulation, an intravascular trunk bracket or an artificial blood vessel is placed into a descending aorta through an aortic arch under a median sternum incision, although the requirements on operators are very high, the operation success rate is relatively high, the patient is less wounded, and the patient can break away from a dangerous period in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) for 1-2 days after the operation is finished and enter a common ward for maintenance.
The trunk stent used in the interventional operation is arranged in an aortic arch blood vessel and supports a blood vessel wall, and comprises an aortic stent and a branch stent, wherein the aortic stent supports the aortic arch blood vessel, and the branch stent supports three branch arteries at the aortic arch. Because the aortic stent is prepared in batches in advance, but the diameters of aortic arches of different patients are different, and the diameters and the intervals of branch arteries are also different, a manufacturer cannot tailor the aortic stent according to each patient, and the unmatched aortic stent is likely to cause falling and wandering of vascular wall tissues after being placed, so that the cerebral vessel is blocked, namely cerebral infarction. In order to solve the problem, the prior patent 'novel combined aortic arch stent', application number 201820786676.1 discloses an aortic stent, wherein three standard female interfaces are arranged on the main stent, one end of the branch stent is arranged to be a standard male interface matched with the standard female interface of the main stent, the other end of the branch stent is arranged to be different diameters according to different specifications, and although the branch stent can adapt to branch arteries with different diameters of different patients to a certain extent, the stent still cannot adapt to different branch artery intervals of different patients, and in addition, the problem of 'internal leakage' of the stent with the structure still cannot be avoided, namely, blood seepage between the aortic arch and the branch arteries; the utility model provides a novel branch type tectorial membrane support in aorta, application number 201910087734.0 discloses a tectorial membrane support, wherein branch support sets up inside the aortic arch, in branch support and the arch region integral type structure of aortic arch, can solve the problem of "interior hourglass" to a certain extent, but it can't adapt to different aortic arches and branch artery diameters of different patients to and the interval of different branch arteries, in addition, branch support is located aortic arch intracavity reservation length overlength, receives long-time strong impact back of blood, easily with the unilateral diffusion of impulsive force to the arch region, reduces the life of support.
Therefore, new solutions or improvements are still needed to meet the demands.
