The preferred embodiments of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1-4, the present smoke-breaking device comprises a housing 2 defining a channel 21 for receiving a cigarette. At least one paper breaking knife 3 is fixed on the inner wall of the channel 21 and is used for cutting the cigarette paper of the cigarette 1. The material poking mechanism 4 is arranged on the shell 2 in a sliding mode and can reciprocate along the axial direction of the channel 21 to poke out the cut tobacco in the cigarette. By arranging the paper breaking knife 3 on the inner wall of the channel 21, when a cigarette is inserted into the channel 21 in use, the paper breaking knife 3 breaks cigarette paper of the cigarette, and the material poking mechanism 4 pokes out cut tobacco in the cigarette to enable the cut tobacco to fall. Furthermore, the cutting edge of the paper breaking knife 3 is an inclined surface, and the included angle between the cutting edge and the downward vertical direction is an acute angle, so that the cigarette paper can be more easily torn. In this embodiment, the paper breaking blades 3 are provided with one blade, and in other embodiments, two or four blade members may be provided for the paper breaking blades 3, so that the paper breaking blades 3 are uniformly disposed on the inner wall of the feeding port 241.
As shown in fig. 5, the material-stirring mechanism 4 includes a pushing member 41 and a material-stirring member 42, the material-stirring member 42 is connected to the pushing member 41, and the pushing member 41 is slidably disposed on the housing 2. The pushing piece 41 is driven to move, and the material poking piece 42 is driven to poke out the cut tobacco. When the tobacco shred pushing device is used, a horizontal force needs to be provided to enable the pushing piece 41 to move horizontally, the material shifting piece 42 is inserted into tobacco shreds, then the force in the vertical direction is provided to drive the pushing piece 41 to move downwards along the shell 2, and the material shifting piece 42 is driven to move downwards to shift out the tobacco shreds. In the embodiment, the pushing member 41 can be directly driven by human hands to move. Of course, other electric mechanisms may be used to drive the pushing member 41.
In the present embodiment, the kick-out member 42 is a kick-out plate. The end part of the kick-out plate is provided with a convex tip, so that the kick-out plate can be inserted into tobacco shreds more easily.
In order to facilitate the driving of the pushing member 41 to move, the housing 2 is provided with a first sliding slot 22, and the pushing member 41 is slidably disposed in the first sliding slot 22. Specifically, one end of the pushing member 41 is disposed outside the housing 2, and the other end is connected to the material pulling member 42, so that the pushing member 41 can be easily moved, and the structure is simple and easy to operate.
Specifically, the kick-out mechanism 4 includes a fixed member 43 and an elastic member 44, the fixed member 43 is slidably disposed with respect to the housing 2, and one end of the elastic member 44 is connected to the fixed member 43 and the other end is connected to the pushing member 41. When the tobacco shred pushing device is used, the pushing piece 41 is driven to move horizontally, the elastic piece 44 is elastically deformed, the material poking piece 42 is inserted into tobacco shreds, and then the pushing piece 41 is driven to move downwards. After all the cut tobaccos are pulled out, the pushing piece 41 is loosened, the elastic piece 44 recovers elastic deformation, the pushing piece 42 is driven to return to the original position, and then the pushing piece 41 moves upwards, so that the tobacco shred pushing device is simple in structure and convenient to operate. In the present embodiment, the elastic member 44 is an elastic sheet.
In order to move the pushing member 41 conveniently, the material stirring mechanism 4 further comprises a button 45, and the button 45 is mounted on the pushing member 41 and is convenient for the pushing member 41 to be driven to move manually.
In order to facilitate installation, the smoke breaking device further comprises a smoke tube 5 for accommodating the cigarette 1, the smoke tube 5 is arranged in the passage 21, and a second sliding groove 51 is formed in the smoke tube 5. The fixing member 43 is slidably disposed on the smoke tube 5, and the pushing member 41 slidably penetrates through the second sliding slot 51. Specifically, when the cigarette 1 is inserted, the part of the cigarette 1 is located in the smoke tube 5, and the first sliding groove 22 corresponds to the second sliding groove 51. In this embodiment, the fixing member 43 is shaped like a ring, and the fixing member 43 is slidably sleeved on the smoke tube 5.
As shown in fig. 6, the smoke tube 5 is provided with a first through hole 52 for the material-pulling member 42 to pass through, and the first through hole 52 is communicated with the second sliding groove 51. Specifically, the width of the first through hole 52 is larger than that of the second slide groove 51. When the material stirring part 42 is driven to move horizontally, cut tobacco is inserted into the material stirring part 42 from the first through hole 52, and then the material stirring part 42 is driven downwards, the second sliding groove 51 can prevent the material stirring part 42 from popping out of the smoke tube 5, and when the pushing part 41 moves downwards, only downward force needs to be provided, horizontal pressure does not need to be provided any more, and the operation is easier.
Specifically, the smoke tube 5 is provided with a second through hole 53 for the material shifting member 42 to pass through, the second through hole 53 is communicated with the second sliding chute 51, and the first through hole 51 and the second through hole 53 are respectively arranged at two ends of the second sliding chute 51. When the material poking piece 42 is used, the smoke pipe 5 is inserted into the first through hole 53, and when the material poking piece 42 moves to the bottom, the material poking piece 42 is ejected out of the second through hole 53.
Specifically, a limiting column 54 is disposed on the smoke tube 5, a limiting groove 431 is disposed on the fixing member 43, and the fixing member 43 is slidably disposed on the smoke tube 5 through the matching of the limiting column 54 and the limiting groove 431. When the pushing member 41 is driven to move downwards, the limiting column 54 can limit the position of the fixing member 43, so that the fixing member is prevented from shaking left and right when moving downwards along with the pushing member 41. In the present embodiment, four stopper posts 54 are provided.
