Present granule is made, generally adopts two kinds of batching modes, one is artifical batching, has great error, one is machine batching, but the batching is accomplished still need to transport raw materials powder to the granulation equipment through various transfer apparatus, so still make raw materials batching inaccurate because of the transportation loss. By the method and the formula, the obtained granules have accurate proportion, wherein each 100g of the granules contains 0.2g of salidroside and 4g of puerarin by detection. The effective components are accurate and reasonable. The problem of inaccurate proportioning is solved in the existing granule proportioning.
Meanwhile, when the particles are just extruded, the surfaces are wet and easy to adhere, the product is not good after adhesion, large errors are easily caused when the particles are weighed and packaged in the later period, and dissolution after taking with water is not good. But if the shaking is violent, the freshly pressed particles are easy to loose, and waste is caused. The method combines equipment to effectively disperse the wet particles, prevent adhesion, keep the particles complete and obtain the particles with better quality.
