By implementing the method, the search area can be updated by using the second historical position information, and the parent end can acquire the current position information of the wearable device.

301. when receiving a search request which is sent by a service device and comprises identity information of certain wearable device, a terminal device transmits a Bluetooth broadcast signal carrying the identity information of the wearable device, so that the wearable device reports the current position information of the wearable device to the terminal device when receiving the Bluetooth broadcast signal.
In the embodiment of the present invention, it should be noted that the terminal device is located in a search area, and when the service device receives a location request carrying an identity of the wearable device, which is sent by a parent, the service device detects that the service device is not in communication connection with the wearable device, and determines the search area according to first historical location information recently reported by the wearable device.
Optionally, the terminal device in the embodiment of the present invention may be a wearable device such as a smart watch, a smart bracelet, or smart glasses, and then the terminal device may be the same as or different from the certain wearable device mentioned in step 301, and if the terminal device is the same as the certain wearable device, the embodiment of the present invention is not limited.

Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic flowchart illustrating another positioning information obtaining method according to an embodiment of the present invention. The positioning information obtaining method shown in fig. 4 may specifically include the following steps:
401. when a search request including identity information of certain wearable device sent by a service device is received, the terminal device transmits a Bluetooth broadcast signal carrying the identity information of the wearable device, so that the wearable device reports the current position information of the wearable device to the terminal device when receiving the Bluetooth broadcast signal.
402. The terminal device detects whether current position information of the wearable device is received, and if yes, step 403 is executed; if not, step 404 is performed.

By implementing steps 401 to 407, when the terminal device does not receive the current location information of the wearable device, the terminal device may send the received second historical location information autonomously reported by the wearable device to the service device, so that the parent end may obtain the second historical location information from the service device, and the parent may know the approximate location of the child.
By implementing the method, the parent end can be effectively ensured to acquire the position information of the wearable device, the power consumption of the wearable device can be effectively reduced, and the parent can know the approximate position of the child under the condition that the current position information of the wearable device is not obtained.

the first detecting unit 501 is configured to detect whether to communicate with a wearable device when receiving a location request carrying an identity of the wearable device sent by a home agent.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present invention, the positioning request sent by the parent end may not carry an identity of the wearable device, the service device may pre-store an association table between the parent end and the wearable device, and the first detection unit 501 is configured to, when receiving the positioning request sent by the parent end, obtain an equipment identifier of the parent end, determine the identity of the wearable device from the association table according to the equipment identifier, search the identity of the wearable device in an identifier list of the service device in the current communication connection, and if the identity of the wearable device is found, determine the communication connection between the service device and the wearable device; and if the wearable device is not found, determining that the service device is not in communication connection with the wearable device. According to the method, the user does not need to manually operate and select the wearable device at the home, so that the use experience of the user can be improved.
The first obtaining unit 502 is configured to obtain, when the first detecting unit 501 detects that the wearable device is not in communication connection with the wearable device, first historical location information that is recently reported by the wearable device.
A determining unit 503, configured to determine a search area according to the first historical location information.
As an optional implementation manner, in an embodiment of the present invention, a manner that the determining unit 503 is configured to determine the search area according to the first historical location information may specifically be: a determining unit 503, configured to determine a circular area with a preset distance value as a radius, with a center point of the area indicated by the first historical position information as an origin, and to take the circular area as a search area. According to the implementation method, the search range can be increased by determining the circular area according to the preset distance value, and the acquisition of the position information of the wearable device by the parent end is further ensured.
A sending unit 504, configured to send a search request carrying an identity of the wearable device to a terminal device in a search area, so as to trigger the terminal device to obtain current location information of the wearable device; and feeding back the current position information of the wearable device reported by the terminal device to the home terminal.
Through implementing above-mentioned service equipment, can effectively guarantee the acquisition of head of a family's end to wearable equipment positional information, can also improve user's use and experience the sense.

Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of another service device according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 6, the service device shown in fig. 6 is obtained by optimizing the service device shown in fig. 5, and the first detecting unit 501 in the service device may be further configured to detect whether current location information of the wearable device reported by the terminal device is obtained within a specified time period after the sending unit 504 sends a search request carrying an identity of the wearable device to the terminal device located in the search area, and when the current location information is obtained within the specified time period, trigger the sending unit 504 to perform the operation of feeding back the current location information of the wearable device reported by the terminal device to the home keeper.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the sending unit 504 may be further configured to send a start instruction to the first detecting unit 501 after sending a search request carrying an identity of the wearable device to the terminal device in the search area, so as to start the first detecting unit 501 to perform the above-mentioned detection whether the current location information of the wearable device reported by the terminal device is acquired within a specified time period.
As an optional implementation manner, in an embodiment of the present invention, the first detecting unit 501 may be further configured to, when the current location information is acquired within a specified time period, analyze the current location information of the wearable device, determine whether the located area of the wearable device is a dangerous area (such as a lake, near a high-voltage line, or a section of a road with heavy traffic), and send the warning information to the parent end when the located area of the wearable device is the dangerous area. By implementing the method, parents can take measures in time when children are in dangerous areas, and the probability of danger of the children is reduced. Further optionally, the first detecting unit 501 may be further configured to detect whether the location information of the parental side is received after the early warning information is sent to the parental side, and when the location information of the parental side is received, generate a preferred navigation path that consumes the shortest time according to the location information of the parental side and the current location information of the wearable device, and send the preferred navigation path to the parental side, so that the preferred navigation path is output at the parental side. By implementing the method, the parents can quickly reach the area where the child is located through the guidance of the preferred navigation path, and the danger probability of the child can be further reduced.
The first obtaining unit 502 is further configured to obtain second historical location information of the wearable device, which is reported by the terminal device, when the current location information of the wearable device is not obtained within a specified duration; the wearable device automatically reports the second historical position information to the terminal device, and the interval duration between the reporting time point of the second historical position information and the current time point is less than the preset duration.
The sending unit 504 is further configured to feed back the second historical location information to the home terminal.
In the embodiment of the present invention, if the current location information of the wearable device reported by the terminal device is obtained within the specified duration, the sending unit 504 feeds back the current location information of the wearable device reported by the terminal device to the parent end, so as to achieve the obtaining of the current location information of the wearable device by the parent end, and if the current location information of the wearable device reported by the terminal device is not obtained within the specified duration, the sending unit 504 feeds back the second historical location information of the wearable device reported by the terminal device to the parent end, so that the parent end obtains the approximate location information of the wearable device.
As another optional implementation manner, in this embodiment of the present invention, the first obtaining unit 502 may be further configured to, when the current location information of the wearable device is not obtained within a specified time period, after obtaining second historical location information of the wearable device reported by the terminal device, determine a second search area according to the second historical location information and a reporting time point of the second historical location information, and send a second search request carrying an identity of the wearable device to the terminal device in the second search area, so as to trigger the terminal device in the second search area to obtain the current location information of the wearable device, and feed back the current location information of the wearable device, which is obtained by the terminal device in the second search area, to the home keeper.
Further optionally, the manner of determining the second search area by the first obtaining unit 502 according to the second historical location information and the reporting time point of the second historical location information may specifically be: the first obtaining unit 502 is configured to use a center point of the area indicated by the second historical location information as a search origin, determine a search radius according to an interval duration between a reporting time point of the second historical location information and a current time point, and determine the second search area according to the search origin and the search radius. By implementing the method, the search area can be updated by using the second historical position information, and the parent end can acquire the current position information of the wearable device.

In this embodiment of the present invention, when the second detecting unit 703 detects that the current location information of the wearable device is not received, the second obtaining unit 704 may send the received second historical location information autonomously reported by the wearable device to the service device, so that the parent end may obtain the second historical location information from the service device, and the parent may know the approximate location of the child.
Through implementing above-mentioned terminal equipment, can effectively guarantee the acquisition of head of a family's end to wearable device positional information, can also effectively reduce wearable device's consumption, can also make the head of a family know child's approximate position under the condition of not obtaining wearable device's current positional information.

Claims (13)

1. A method for acquiring positioning information is characterized by comprising the following steps:
when a positioning request carrying an identity of wearable equipment and sent by a home agent is received, a service device detects whether the service device is in communication connection with the wearable equipment;
if the wearable device is not in communication connection, the service device acquires first historical position information reported recently by the wearable device;
the service equipment determines a search area according to the first historical position information;
the service equipment sends a search request carrying the identity of the wearable equipment to the terminal equipment in the search area so as to trigger the terminal equipment to acquire the current position information of the wearable equipment;
and the service equipment feeds back the current position information of the wearable equipment reported by the terminal equipment to the home terminal.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the serving device determining a search area from the first historical location information comprises:
the service equipment determines a circular area by taking the central point of the area indicated by the first historical position information as an origin and taking a preset distance value as a radius;
the service device takes the circular area as a search area.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein after the serving device sends a search request carrying the identity of the wearable device to a terminal device in the search area, the method further comprises:
the service equipment detects whether current position information of the wearable equipment reported by the terminal equipment is acquired within a specified time;
when the current position information is acquired within the specified duration, the service equipment feeds back the current position information of the wearable equipment reported by the terminal equipment to the home agent;
when the current position information is not acquired within the specified duration, the service equipment acquires second historical position information of the wearable equipment reported by the terminal equipment and feeds the second historical position information back to the home terminal; the second historical position information is automatically reported to the terminal equipment by the wearable equipment, and the interval duration between the reporting time point of the second historical position information and the current time point is less than the preset duration.
4. A method for acquiring positioning information is characterized by comprising the following steps:
when a search request which is sent by a service device and comprises identity information of a certain wearable device is received, a terminal device transmits a Bluetooth broadcast signal carrying the identity information of the wearable device, so that the wearable device reports the current position information of the wearable device to the terminal device when receiving the Bluetooth broadcast signal; when the service equipment receives a positioning request which is sent by a parent and carries an identity of the wearable equipment, the service equipment detects that the service equipment is not in communication connection with the wearable equipment, and the service equipment determines the search area according to first historical position information recently reported by the wearable equipment;
and the terminal equipment reports the received current position information of the wearable equipment to the service equipment so that the service equipment feeds the current position information of the wearable equipment back to the home terminal.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein after the terminal device transmits a Bluetooth broadcast signal carrying identity information of a wearable device when receiving a search request including identity information of a certain wearable device sent by a service device, the method further comprises:
the terminal equipment detects whether current position information of the wearable equipment is received or not;
if so, the terminal device reports the received current position information of the wearable device to the service device, so that the service device feeds the current position information of the wearable device back to the home terminal;
if not, the terminal equipment detects whether second historical position information autonomously reported by the wearable equipment is stored or not; when the second historical position information is stored, acquiring a reporting time point of the second historical position information, and judging whether the interval time length between the reporting time point and the current time point is less than a preset time length; when the interval duration is smaller than the preset duration, determining that the second historical position information is valid; and reporting the second historical position information to the service equipment so that the service equipment feeds the second historical position information back to the home terminal.
6. A service device, comprising:
the first detection unit is used for detecting whether the wearable equipment is in communication connection with the wearable equipment or not when receiving a positioning request which is sent by a home terminal and carries an identity of the wearable equipment;
the first acquisition unit is used for acquiring first historical position information reported recently by the wearable device when the first detection unit detects that the wearable device is not in communication connection with the wearable device;
the determining unit is used for determining a search area according to the first historical position information;
a sending unit, configured to send a search request carrying an identity of the wearable device to a terminal device in the search area, so as to trigger the terminal device to obtain current location information of the wearable device; and feeding back the current position information of the wearable device reported by the terminal device to the home terminal.
7. The service device according to claim 6, wherein the determining unit is configured to determine the search area according to the first historical location information in a manner that:
the determining unit is configured to determine a circular area with a center point of the area indicated by the first historical position information as an origin and a preset distance value as a radius, and use the circular area as a search area.

The serving device according to claim 6, wherein the first detecting unit is further configured to detect whether current location information of the wearable device reported by the terminal device is obtained within a specified duration after the sending unit sends a search request carrying an identity of the wearable device to the terminal device in the search area, and trigger the sending unit to perform the operation of feeding back the current location information of the wearable device reported by the terminal device to the home agent when the current location information is obtained within the specified duration;
the first obtaining unit is further configured to obtain second historical location information of the wearable device, which is reported by the terminal device, when the current location information is not obtained within the specified duration; the wearable device autonomously reports the second historical position information to the terminal device, and the interval duration between the reporting time point of the second historical position information and the current time point is less than a preset duration;
the sending unit is further configured to feed back the second historical location information to the home keeper.
9. A terminal device, comprising:
the wearable device comprises a broadcasting unit and a terminal device, wherein the broadcasting unit is used for transmitting a Bluetooth broadcast signal carrying identity information of the wearable device when receiving a search request which is sent by a service device and comprises the identity information of a certain wearable device, so that the wearable device reports the current position information of the wearable device to the terminal device when receiving the Bluetooth broadcast signal; when the service equipment receives a positioning request which is sent by a parent and carries an identity of the wearable equipment, the service equipment detects that the service equipment is not in communication connection with the wearable equipment, and the service equipment determines the search area according to first historical position information recently reported by the wearable equipment;
and the reporting unit is used for reporting the received current position information of the wearable device to the service device so that the service device feeds the current position information of the wearable device back to the home agent.
10. The terminal device according to claim 9, wherein the terminal device further comprises:
a second detecting unit, configured to detect whether current location information of the wearable device is received after the broadcasting unit transmits a bluetooth broadcast signal carrying identity information of the wearable device when receiving a search request including identity information of a certain wearable device sent by a service device, and trigger the reporting unit to perform the reporting of the received current location information of the wearable device to the service device when detecting that the current location information of the wearable device is received, so that the service device feeds the current location information of the wearable device back to the home; detecting whether second historical position information autonomously reported by the wearable equipment is stored or not when the current position information of the wearable equipment is not received;
a second obtaining unit, configured to obtain a reporting time point of the second historical location information when the second detecting unit detects that the second historical location information is stored;
the judging unit is used for judging whether the interval duration between the reporting time point and the current time point is less than the preset duration or not;
the reporting unit is further configured to determine that the second historical location information is valid when the interval duration is less than the preset duration, and report the second historical location information to the service device, so that the service device feeds the second historical location information back to the home agent.
11. A positioning information acquisition system, characterized in that the system comprises:
the service equipment is used for detecting whether the service equipment is in communication connection with the wearable equipment or not when receiving a positioning request which is sent by a home terminal and carries the identity of the wearable equipment; when the fact that the wearable device is not in communication connection is detected, first historical position information reported recently by the wearable device is obtained; determining a search area according to the first historical position information; sending a search request carrying the identity of the wearable device to the terminal device in the search area to trigger the terminal device to acquire the current position information of the wearable device; feeding back the current position information of the wearable device reported by the terminal device to the home terminal;
the terminal device is used for transmitting a Bluetooth broadcast signal carrying identity information of the wearable device when receiving a search request which is sent by a service device and comprises the identity information of a certain wearable device, so that the wearable device reports the current position information of the wearable device to the terminal device when receiving the Bluetooth broadcast signal; when the service equipment receives a positioning request which is sent by a parent and carries an identity of the wearable equipment, the service equipment detects that the service equipment is not in communication connection with the wearable equipment, and the service equipment determines the search area according to first historical position information recently reported by the wearable equipment; and detecting whether current location information of the wearable device is received; and when detecting that the current position information is received, reporting the current position information of the wearable device to the service device, so that the service device feeds the current position information of the wearable device back to the home terminal.
12. A service device, comprising:
a memory storing executable program code;
a processor coupled with the memory;
the processor calls the executable program code stored in the memory to execute the positioning information obtaining method according to any one of claims 1 to 3.
13. A terminal device, comprising:
a memory storing executable program code;
a processor coupled with the memory;
the processor calls the executable program code stored in the memory to execute the positioning information obtaining method according to any one of claims 4 to 5.
