Claims (10)

1. An identification-based vehicle information synchronization system, comprising: the system comprises an unlocking module, an identity recognition module, a cloud end, a vehicle intranet module and a vehicle body controller, wherein the unlocking module is used for unlocking a vehicle according to a legal unlocking instruction or operation; the identity recognition module is used for collecting user identity information after unlocking or in the unlocking process of the vehicle, determining the unique identity of the user according to the user identity information and transmitting corresponding user account information; the vehicle body controller is used for acquiring vehicle setting information corresponding to user account information and transmitting the vehicle setting information to the vehicle intranet module; the vehicle intranet module is used for uploading the user account information and the vehicle setting information to a cloud end, and searching corresponding vehicle matching setting information in a cloud end database according to the user account information; the cloud end is used for receiving and storing different user account information and corresponding vehicle setting information, calling corresponding vehicle matching setting information according to a search result of the vehicle intranet module, and sending the vehicle matching setting information to the vehicle intranet module; the vehicle intranet module further transmits vehicle matching setting information to the vehicle body controller after receiving the vehicle matching setting information; the vehicle body controller also controls the vehicle to carry out information synchronous setting according to the vehicle matching setting information;
the unlocking module unlocks the vehicle according to a digital key, a physical key or a radio frequency key, when the unlocking module unlocks the vehicle according to the digital key, a user sends digital key information to the vehicle body controller, the vehicle body controller identifies the digital key information and transmits user account information corresponding to the digital key to the identity recognition module, and the identity recognition module determines the unique identity of the user according to the user account information under the digital key and transmits the unique identity to the vehicle intranet module; when the unlocking module is unlocked according to a physical key or a radio frequency key, a user unlocks the vehicle through the physical key or the radio frequency key, the identity recognition module collects physical characteristic information of the user, determines the unique identity of the user according to the collected physical characteristic information, and transmits the unique identity to the vehicle intranet module;
the vehicle information synchronization system further comprises an identity information verification module, the identity information verification module identifies and determines the user identity again in the vehicle using process and transmits the user identity to the vehicle intranet module, the vehicle intranet module compares the user identity identified and determined by the identity information verification module with the unique user identity identified and determined by the identity identification module, and if the user identity and the unique user identity are not consistent, the vehicle matching setting information is updated according to the identification result of the identity information verification module.

The vehicle information synchronization system based on identification as claimed in claim 1, wherein when the vehicle intranet module searches corresponding vehicle matching setting information in a cloud database, a vehicle matching setting information downloading request is sent to the cloud, and the cloud invokes the corresponding vehicle matching setting information according to the vehicle matching setting information downloading request and sends the corresponding vehicle matching setting information to the vehicle intranet module; and when the vehicle intranet module does not search corresponding vehicle matching setting information, the vehicle body controller prompts a user to perform default preference setting on the vehicle common information.
3. The vehicle information synchronization system based on identification according to claim 1, wherein the physical characteristic information is one of a face photograph, fingerprint information and voiceprint information capable of determining a unique identity of a user.

The identification-based vehicle information synchronization system according to claim 1, wherein the vehicle setting information comprises at least one of skylight opening information, back door opening setting information, child lock opening and closing setting information, glass lifting setting information, volume setting information, backlight brightness setting information based on current ambient light, air conditioner air volume setting information, and temperature setting information.

The identity recognition-based vehicle information synchronization system according to claim 1, wherein the vehicle setting information is sunroof opening information, the vehicle controller controls a sunroof to be opened to a certain position after receiving a sunroof opening instruction sent by a user, and transmits the sunroof opening information to the vehicle intranet module, and the vehicle intranet module uploads the sunroof opening information transmitted by the vehicle controller and corresponding user account information to a cloud after receiving the sunroof opening information; when the identity identification module determines the unique identity of the user, the vehicle intranet module screens skylight opening information corresponding to the unique identity of the user and sends a downloading request to the cloud end, the cloud end issues the skylight opening information to the vehicle intranet module, the vehicle intranet module receives the skylight opening information and transmits the skylight opening information to the vehicle body controller, and the vehicle body controller controls a vehicle skylight to be opened to the skylight opening corresponding to the skylight opening information according to the received skylight opening information.
6. The identification-based vehicle information synchronization system of claim 1, further comprising an information optimization module that prompts a user to correct or optimize the wrong vehicle setting information when the wrong or unreasonable vehicle setting information is detected.

The identity recognition-based vehicle information synchronization system according to claim 6, wherein the information optimization module comprises an ACC information optimization module or a skylight information optimization module, the ACC information optimization module prompts a user to set a longer ACC distance when the setting of the ACC distance is detected to be unreasonable, and the skylight information optimization module prompts the user to open a rainy day window closing button when the wrong setting of the rainy day window closing button is detected to be closed.
8. An identification-based vehicle information synchronization method, characterized by comprising a method for setting information of a vehicle by using the identification-based vehicle information synchronization system of any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising:
unlocking the vehicle;
acquiring user identity information after the vehicle is unlocked, determining the unique user identity of the user according to the user identity information and transmitting corresponding user account information;
uploading the user account information and the vehicle setting information to a cloud end, and searching corresponding vehicle matching setting information according to the user account information;
calling corresponding vehicle matching setting information according to the search result;
issuing the vehicle matching setting information;
controlling the vehicle to carry out information synchronization setting according to the vehicle matching setting information;
and in the use process of the vehicle, the user identity is identified and determined again, the user identity identified and determined by the identity information verification module is compared with the unique user identity identified and determined by the identity identification module, and if the user identity and the unique user identity are not consistent, the vehicle matching setting information is updated according to the identification result of the identity information verification module.
9. The identification-based vehicle information synchronization method of claim 8, further comprising:
and when the vehicle setting information is wrong or unreasonable, prompting a user to correct or optimize the wrong vehicle setting information.
