Detailed Description
To make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, it will be appreciated by those of ordinary skill in the art that numerous technical details are set forth in order to provide a better understanding of the present application in various embodiments of the present invention. However, the technical solution claimed in the present application can be implemented without these technical details and various changes and modifications based on the following embodiments.
The first embodiment of the invention relates to a method for providing multimedia content, which is applied to a server side and has the core that voice data sent by a terminal is received; acquiring a device list of multimedia devices bound with the terminal; determining target multimedia equipment and multimedia content to be pushed according to the voice data and the equipment list; and informing the target multimedia equipment to the terminal and sending the network address of the multimedia content to the terminal so that the terminal can push the network address of the multimedia content to the target multimedia equipment, so that the intelligent sound box can provide the multimedia content for the multimedia equipment bound by the intelligent sound box according to the voice recognition result of the voice of the user, and the personalized requirements of the user are met.
The following describes the implementation details of the method for providing multimedia content according to the present embodiment in detail, and the following description is only provided for the convenience of understanding and is not necessary for implementing the present embodiment.
The method for providing multimedia content in this embodiment is shown in fig. 1:
step 101: and receiving voice data sent by the terminal.
Specifically, the terminal may be an electronic device with a voice acquisition function, such as a smart speaker, a mobile phone, and a notebook computer, and the voice data is a digital signal converted from a user voice signal acquired by the terminal.
Step 102: and acquiring a device list of the multimedia devices bound with the terminal.
Specifically, the multimedia device is bound to the terminal, that is, the multimedia device is associated with the terminal in data. In a specific application scenario, a user can perform account authentication when using a terminal, account data is retained in a server, and a multimedia device establishes a binding relationship with the terminal by using the same account. When the device list of the multimedia device bound with the terminal is obtained, only the multimedia device information used by the authentication account of the terminal needs to be called from the server side, and at this time, the multimedia device list also contains the terminal itself.
In addition, the multimedia device is bound with the terminal, and the binding mode can also be that the multimedia device is connected with the terminal through a local area network, such as bluetooth, WIFI and purple peak. If the binding relationship is established in this way, when the device list of the multimedia device bound with the terminal is obtained, the multimedia device in the same local area network with the terminal needs to be obtained from the terminal.
It should be noted that, the precedence relationship between step 101 and step 102 is not limited, and in practical application, step 102 may be executed first, and then step 101 is executed.
Step 103: and determining target multimedia equipment and multimedia content to be pushed according to the voice data and the equipment list.
Specifically, when voice recognition is performed on voice data, the nlp engine of the server analyzes whether the voice data is directed to a multimedia device bound with the terminal, and if so, preferentially pushes multimedia content determined according to the voice data to the multimedia device to which the voice data is directed. When voice recognition is performed on voice data, the server side can also perform multimedia content push according to the device type of the multimedia device bound with the terminal, for example, a set top box is provided in the device list bound with the terminal, and the nlp engine can preferentially recommend video content to a user. If the sound box is on the screen in the list, the nlp engine also preferentially recommends the content suitable for playing.
It is worth mentioning that when determining the target multimedia device and the multimedia content to be pushed, the history data of the terminal user can be used as a consideration factor for determining the multimedia content to be pushed, and since the multimedia content with high playing frequency in the user history data can represent the multimedia content preference of the user, the multimedia content to be pushed is determined according to the voice data and the user history data, the pertinence of the provided multimedia content can be improved, and the personalized requirements of the user can be met.
Step 104: and informing the terminal of the target multimedia equipment and sending the network address of the multimedia content to the terminal.
Specifically, after the target multimedia device and the content to be pushed are determined, the target multimedia device is notified to the terminal, and the network address of the multimedia content is sent to the terminal, so that the terminal can push the network address of the multimedia content to the target multimedia device.
Compared with the prior art, when the semantic analysis is performed on the user voice, the multimedia device executing the user voice instruction and the multimedia content to be pushed are determined according to the user voice and the device list of the multimedia device bound to the terminal, so that the terminal can provide corresponding multimedia content according to the device type of the multimedia device bound to the terminal after acquiring the voice data and performing voice recognition, and the intelligent degree of the terminal is improved.
A second embodiment of the present invention relates to a method for providing multimedia content. The second embodiment is substantially the same as the first embodiment, except that the second embodiment specifically provides a method for determining a target multimedia device and multimedia content to be pushed according to voice data and a device list, comprising: carrying out voice recognition on voice data to obtain a voice recognition result; and determining target multimedia equipment in the equipment list according to the voice recognition result, and determining the multimedia content to be pushed according to the voice data and the type of the target multimedia equipment.
As shown in fig. 2, the method for providing multimedia content in this embodiment specifically includes:
step 201: and receiving voice data sent by the terminal.
Step 202: and acquiring a device list of the multimedia devices bound with the terminal.
Step 203: and carrying out voice recognition on the voice data to obtain a voice recognition result.
Specifically, the nlp engine is used to perform semantic parsing on the voice data to obtain a voice recognition result.
Step 204: and determining target multimedia equipment in the equipment list according to the voice recognition result, and determining the multimedia content to be pushed according to the voice data and the type of the target multimedia equipment.
Specifically, the nlp engine will preferentially identify the target multimedia device in the bound multimedia device list when performing speech recognition. When the user voice includes the device name of a certain multimedia device in the device list, the multimedia device is directly used as a target multimedia device, for example, the user voice is "television playing movie", at this time, the television in the device list is directly used as the target multimedia device, and if the list includes a television a and a television B, voice interaction can be performed by the terminal and the user, and the user is sequentially asked whether to play the movie on the television a and the television B. When the device name is not included in the user's voice, nlp will determine the target multimedia device based on the verb included in the user's voice, in conjunction with the context, or the verb type. For example, the user speech is "show movie", and the projection devices in the device list are preferentially determined as the target multimedia devices according to the verb "show". And after the target multimedia equipment is determined, pushing the multimedia content matched with the equipment type of the target multimedia equipment.
It should be noted that, in this step, when determining the target multimedia device in the device list according to the voice recognition result, the method may further include introducing a priority of each device in the device list preset by the user as a consideration factor for determining the target multimedia device, and specifically includes: acquiring a preset priority of each device in the device list; and sequentially judging whether each multimedia device in the device list is matched with the voice recognition result according to the high-low sequence of the preset priority, and if so, taking the matched multimedia device as a target multimedia device. The target multimedia equipment is determined by combining the voice recognition result and the priority of the multimedia equipment preset by the user, so that the user can control the priority order determined by the target multimedia equipment according to the requirement, and the user experience is improved.
Step 205: and informing the terminal of the target multimedia equipment and sending the network address of the multimedia content to the terminal.
Step 205 is substantially the same as step 104 in the first embodiment, and is not repeated herein to avoid repetition.
Compared with the prior art, when the semantic analysis is carried out on the user voice, the multimedia device for executing the user voice instruction and the multimedia content to be pushed are determined according to the user voice and the device list of the multimedia device bound by the terminal, so that the terminal can determine the target multimedia device in the multimedia device bound by the terminal after acquiring the voice data and carrying out voice recognition, and provide the corresponding multimedia content according to the type of the target multimedia device, thereby improving the intelligent degree of the terminal.
A third embodiment of the present invention relates to a method for providing multimedia content. The third embodiment is substantially the same as the first embodiment, except that the third embodiment specifically provides a method for determining a target multimedia device and multimedia content to be pushed according to voice data and a device list, comprising: acquiring a history record of data pushed by a terminal to multimedia equipment; determining target multimedia equipment according to the history record and the equipment list; and determining the multimedia content to be pushed according to the voice data and the target multimedia equipment.
As shown in fig. 3, the method for providing multimedia content in this embodiment specifically includes:
step 301: and receiving voice data sent by the terminal.
Step 302: and acquiring a device list of the multimedia devices bound with the terminal.
Step 303: and acquiring a history record of data pushed to the multimedia equipment by the terminal.
Specifically, in the case that it is difficult to determine the target multimedia device according to the voice data, the target multimedia device may be determined by pushing a history of data to the multimedia device through the terminal, where the history includes a device name of the pushed multimedia device and a corresponding push time.
Step 304: and determining the target multimedia equipment according to the history record and the equipment list.
Specifically, the target multimedia device is determined according to the history record and the device list, a push record closest to the current time in the history record may be obtained, and the target multimedia device in the push record is used as the target multimedia device to be pushed this time, for example, after the user finishes listening to song 1 using the sound box C, the user speaks the name of song 2, and at this time, the target multimedia device cannot be determined directly according to the name of song 2, and the sound box C is used as the target multimedia device in the history record that the sound box C plays song a, that is, the sound box C plays song 2.
It is worth mentioning that the target multimedia device is determined according to the history record and the device list, and the multimedia device with the highest number of times of user usage in the current time period in the history record may also be obtained and used as the target multimedia device. For example, the history record is pushed to display, the user is used to listen to songs using the sound box C in the morning and watch movies using the television a at night, when the target multimedia device is determined, the current time period can be determined first, if the current time period is morning, the sound box C is used as the target multimedia device, and if the current time period is evening, the television a is used as the multimedia device.
Step 305: and determining the multimedia content to be pushed according to the voice data and the target multimedia equipment.
Specifically, voice recognition is performed on the voice data, and multimedia content matching the device type of the target multimedia device is determined as the multimedia content to be pushed.
Step 306: and informing the terminal of the target multimedia equipment and sending the network address of the multimedia content to the terminal.
Step 306 is substantially the same as step 104 in the first embodiment, and is not repeated herein to avoid repetition.
Compared with the prior art, the embodiment of the invention has the advantages that for the voice data of the target multimedia equipment which is difficult to identify by the nlp engine, the target multimedia equipment is determined by pushing the history record of the data to the multimedia equipment through the terminal, so the intelligent degree of providing the multimedia content is improved, and the user experience is improved under the condition of low identification degree of the acquired voice data.
A fourth embodiment of the present invention relates to a method for providing multimedia content. The fourth embodiment is substantially the same as the first embodiment, except that the fourth embodiment specifically provides a method for determining a target multimedia device and multimedia content to be pushed according to voice data and a device list, comprising: acquiring multimedia content to be pushed according to the voice data and the equipment list; the target multimedia device is determined in the device list based on the multimedia content.

step 401: and receiving voice data sent by the terminal.
Step 402: acquiring a device list of multimedia devices bound with the terminal;
Step 403: and acquiring the multimedia content to be pushed according to the voice data and the equipment list.
Specifically, in the case where it is difficult to determine the target multimedia device based on the recognition result of the voice data, the multimedia content to be pushed is determined directly based on the recognition result of the voice data and the device list, and the type of the determined multimedia content is matched with at least one multimedia device in the device list. For example, if there are only a plurality of speakers (without screen, only audio type files are supported for playing) in the device list, the determined multimedia content is all audio type.
Step 404: and determining target multimedia equipment in the equipment list according to the multimedia content.
Specifically, according to the type of the multimedia content, the multimedia device matched with the device list in the device list is determined as the target multimedia device, and at this time, if a plurality of devices in the list are matched with the multimedia content, the terminal and the user can perform voice interaction to sequentially inquire whether the user pushes the multimedia content to the devices. For example, if the determined type of the multimedia content to be pushed is a video type, and at this time, a television a, a television B, and a projector D in the device list are matched with the multimedia content, the terminal sequentially inquires whether the user pushes the multimedia content to the television a, the television B, and the projector D, and pushes the multimedia content after the user confirms the multimedia content.
Step 405: and informing the terminal of the target multimedia equipment and sending the network address of the multimedia content to the terminal.
Step 405 is substantially the same as step 104 in the first embodiment, and is not described herein again to avoid repetition.
Compared with the prior art, in the embodiment of the invention, for the voice data of the target multimedia device which is difficult to identify by the nlp engine, the multimedia content to be pushed is determined according to the voice data, and then the matched target multimedia device is determined according to the multimedia content, so that the intelligent degree of providing the multimedia content is improved, and the user experience is improved under the condition that the obtained voice data has low identification degree.
The steps of the above methods are divided for clarity, and the implementation may be combined into one step or split some steps, and the steps are divided into multiple steps, so long as the same logical relationship is included, which are within the scope of the present patent; it is within the scope of the patent to add insignificant modifications to the algorithms or processes or to introduce insignificant design changes to the core design without changing the algorithms or processes.
