The foldable flexible display screen is also a heating point in the prior art, but more technical difficulties exist in the preparation process of the prior foldable display screen. Although the flexible display screen has an excellent transparent flexible substrate and is very suitable for carrying a design scheme of a camera under the screen, the foldable flexible display screen can generate dislocation between layers of materials of the module to form a length difference in the dynamic bending process, so that the problem that how to better solve the problem that the camera under the screen can be better used when the foldable display screen is dynamically bent is solved, and the foldable display screen is one of the technical difficulties which must be solved at best in the development process of researching and developing mass production at present.

the blind hole is formed below the cover plate and penetrates through the foam, the back plate, the flexible substrate, the thin film transistor, the organic electroluminescent device layer, the packaging layer, the polarizing plate and the optical adhesive layer.
Further, the blind hole is a combined blind hole, and comprises:
a first hole formed in the foam and the back plate; and
a second hole portion formed in the optical adhesive layer and penetrating from the flexible substrate,
wherein the first hole portion has a larger diameter than the second hole portion.
Further, the soft filling layer is disposed on an inner side wall of the second hole portion.
Furthermore, the camera assembly comprises a supporting base and a lens arranged on the supporting base, the supporting base is arranged in the first hole part, the lens is arranged in the second hole part, a gap is formed between the outer side wall of the lens and the soft filling layer, and the width of the gap is 0.05-0.2 mm.

a camera assembly 300 disposed in the blind hole 200;
and the soft filling layer 400 is arranged on the inner side wall of the blind hole 200.

In this embodiment, the thickness d of the soft filling layer 400 in the direction parallel to the flexible display panel is 0.1-0.3 mm. When the thickness is too thin, the buffering effect is weak, and the use effect of the camera assembly 300 during dynamic bending cannot be completely guaranteed; when the thickness is too large, the aperture of the blind hole 200 for accommodating the camera assembly 300 is too large, which affects the display effect.
In this embodiment, the material of the soft filling layer 400 is a black light-shielding soft rubber material. On one hand, the material of the soft filling layer 400 needs to have the black shading characteristic, so that a user is prevented from visually observing the internal structure of the panel through the hole part of the camera, the image visual experience is realized, in the existing design of the camera under the screen, a layer of black ink is usually coated on the hole wall for accommodating the camera component to achieve the shading effect, and the black ink layer can be omitted by using the black shading material as the soft filling layer 400, so that the process flow is simplified; on the other hand, the soft filling layer 400 is usually a soft rubber material, such as an OCA rubber material, a soft silicone rubber, etc., and the soft rubber material is easily deformed when being stressed and can immediately return to its original shape when the force causing the deformation disappears, thereby playing a good buffering role to protect the camera component 300.
In this embodiment, the blind holes are formed by means of laser cutting. Wherein the precision of the laser cutting is less than or equal to 0.1 mm. Thereby ensuring that the end dislocation of each film layer is kept to a small level when the flexible display panel 100 is in a static state.
In a preferred embodiment of this embodiment, a flexible display panel is provided, and the cross-sectional structure of the flexible display panel is shown in fig. 2,
wherein the flexible display panel 100 includes:
the foam 101 is used as a soft buffer material of the lowest layer of the flexible display panel;
the back plate 102 is arranged on the foam 102, and since the upper layers of the flexible substrate 103, the thin film transistor 104, the organic electroluminescent device layer 105 and the like are relatively flexible, in order to prevent wrinkles from occurring in the use process, the lower part of the flexible substrate 103 is provided with the back plate 102 with relatively high hardness so as to play a better supporting role, and the material of the back plate 102 can be generally PET, a soft metal film (such as a copper film) and the like;
a flexible substrate 103, which may be typically a polyimide film, disposed on the backplate 102;
a thin-film transistor layer 104 disposed on the flexible substrate 103, wherein the structure of the thin-film transistor layer 104 is not limited in the present invention, and any conventional structure in the art may be adopted;
an organic electroluminescent device layer 105 disposed on the thin film transistor 104;
an encapsulation layer 106 disposed on the organic electroluminescent device layer 105;
a polarizer 107 disposed on the encapsulation layer 106;
an optical adhesive layer 108 disposed on the polarizing plate 107;
the cover plate 109 is arranged on the optical adhesive layer 108;
and a black ink layer 110, including a first portion disposed between the cover plate 109 and the optical adhesive layer 108 and formed in an outer wall area of the blind hole 200, and a second portion disposed at the same layer as the organic electroluminescent device layer 105 and covering the outer wall of the blind hole 200, wherein the black ink layer 110 cooperates with the soft filling layer 400 to achieve a light-shielding effect.
The blind hole 200 is formed under the cover plate 109 and penetrates through the foam 101, the backplate 102, the flexible substrate 103, the thin film transistor 104, the organic electroluminescent device layer 105, the encapsulation layer 106, the polarizer 107, and the optical adhesive layer 108, that is, the cover plate 109 is kept intact, so as to protect the camera assembly 300 below, and all layers below are opened to form the blind hole 200 for placing the camera assembly 300.
In this embodiment, the blind hole 200 is a combined blind hole, and includes:
a first hole portion 201 formed in the foam 101 and the back plate 102;
and a second hole portion formed in the optical adhesive layer 108 penetrating from the flexible substrate 103,
the first hole portion 201 has a larger diameter than the second hole portion 202 to adapt to the shape of the conventional camera module 300, which will be described in detail later.
Further, the soft filler layer 400 is provided on the inner wall of the second hole 202, and a lens in the camera module 300 is provided in the second hole 202, which will be described later in detail.
Further, the camera assembly 300 includes a supporting base 301 and a lens 302 disposed on the supporting base 301, the supporting base 301 is disposed in the first hole portion 201, the lens 302 is disposed in the second hole portion 202, a gap exists between an outer side wall of the lens 302 and the soft filling layer, a width G of the gap is 0.05-0.2mm, and a certain space is reserved for the end of the film layer to be dislocated during dynamic bending. In general, the size of the supporting base 301 is larger than that of the lens 302, and therefore, the aperture of the first hole 201 for accommodating the supporting base 301 needs to be larger than that of the second hole 202 for accommodating the lens 302.
It should be noted that the flexible display device provided in the above embodiments may be a foldable display device, and may also be a common static flexible display device. When the flexible display device is a foldable flexible display device, the soft filling layer can protect the camera assembly during dynamic bending, and the staggered film layer is placed to cause collision and extrusion on the camera assembly, so that the using effect of the camera assembly is influenced; when the flexible display device is static, the camera component can be buffered and protected when the display device shakes or falls in use, which is difficult to avoid.
It should be noted that, in the above-mentioned embodiment of the flexible display device, only the above-mentioned structure is described, and it is understood that any other necessary structure may be included as needed besides the above-mentioned structure, and the specific structure is not limited herein.

the display device comprises a flexible display panel, a light source and a light source, wherein a blind hole is formed in the flexible display panel;
the camera assembly is arranged in the blind hole; and

4. The flexible display device of claim 1, wherein the blind holes are formed by laser cutting.
5. The flexible display device of claim 4, wherein the laser cut is to an accuracy of 0.1mm or less.
6. The flexible display device of claim 1, wherein the flexible display panel comprises:
soaking cotton;
the back plate is arranged on the foam;
a flexible substrate disposed on the back plate;
the thin film transistor layer is arranged on the flexible substrate;
an organic electroluminescent device layer disposed on the thin film transistor;
the packaging layer is arranged on the organic electroluminescent device layer;
the polarizing plate is arranged on the packaging layer;
the optical adhesive layer is arranged on the polarizing plate; and
a cover plate arranged on the optical adhesive layer,
the blind hole is formed below the cover plate and penetrates through the foam, the back plate, the flexible substrate, the thin film transistor, the organic electroluminescent device layer, the packaging layer, the polarizing plate and the optical adhesive layer.
7. The flexible display device of claim 6, wherein the blind holes are combined blind holes comprising:
a first hole formed in the foam and the back plate; and
a second hole portion formed in the optical adhesive layer and penetrating from the flexible substrate,
wherein the first hole portion has a larger diameter than the second hole portion.
8. The flexible display device according to claim 7, wherein the soft filling layer is disposed on an inner sidewall of the second hole portion.
9. The flexible display device according to claim 8, wherein the camera assembly comprises a support base and a lens disposed on the support base, the support base is disposed in the first hole portion, the lens is disposed in the second hole portion, and a gap is present between an outer sidewall of the lens and the soft filling layer, and a width of the gap is 0.05-0.2 mm.
10. The flexible display device of claim 1, wherein the flexible display device is a foldable flexible display device.
