Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of data analysis, and particularly relates to a data analysis method based on RFID.
Background
Data analysis refers to the process of analyzing a large amount of collected data by using an appropriate statistical analysis method, extracting useful information and forming a conclusion to study and summarize the data in detail. This process is also a support process for quality management architectures. In practice, data analysis can help people to make judgments in order to take appropriate actions, and the mathematical basis of data analysis has been established in the early 20 th century, but actual operation has not been made possible until the advent of computers and data analysis has been popularized.
The existing data analysis sources still have a plurality of data collection methods provided by users actively, certain subjectivity exists, the data collection is difficult, the problems of inaccuracy and untimely data exist, most of the existing data are directly uploaded to an upper computer and are analyzed and processed by the upper computer in a unified way, a large amount of data are input, the processing difficulty and burden are brought to the operational analysis of the upper computer, and the data analysis speed and progress are influenced.

Preferably, a sensor is arranged in the RFID electronic tag, and the sensing data is uploaded to the read-write device and the upper computer.
Preferably, the memory stores primary sample data for calling.
Preferably, the upper computer selects the requirement of the required data analysis result, issues the requirement instruction to the processor of the read-write device, and the processor performs preliminary screening on all the acquired data and uploads and analyzes the data of the target instruction.
Preferably, the wireless communication module is connected with an upper computer through a wireless base station to perform data communication.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, an RFID-based data analysis method includes the steps of:
establishing an RFID electronic tag, and establishing a corresponding RFID electronic tag for a data sample to be analyzed, wherein the tag content comprises all data content to be analyzed;
the RFID electronic tag matching method comprises the steps that a reading and writing device for matching the RFID electronic tag is established, a primary data processing system is arranged in the reading and writing device and comprises a processor, a storage and a wireless communication module, the storage and the wireless communication module are connected with the processor, primary analysis, screening and comparison are conducted on data through the processor, and useful data are transmitted to an upper computer through the wireless communication module.
Specifically, the read-write device further comprises an RFID reader-writer and a clock plug-in which are respectively connected with the processor. The clock plug-in ensures the synchronous processing of data of the data system and the timeliness of the data. The RFID electronic tag is internally provided with a sensor, and meanwhile, sensing data are uploaded to the read-write device and the upper computer, and various sensors can be added according to actual needs to obtain the sensing data. The primary sample data is stored in the memory and used for calling, so that other data required in the later period are prevented from being lost. The upper computer selects the requirement of the required data analysis result, issues the requirement instruction to the processor of the read-write device, and the processor conducts preliminary screening on all collected data and uploads and analyzes the data of the target instruction. The wireless communication module is connected with the upper computer through a wireless base station to carry out data communication.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, in the using process of the data analysis method based on RFID, a data acquisition mode based on RFID is adopted, and data RFID to be acquired is established to obtain a data source according to the actual scene requirements, the RFID acquisition mode is convenient, and the data source data is accurate and reliable; the method comprises the steps of establishing a primary data processing device matched with the RFID, analyzing and screening data in a processor, primarily processing the data, selecting effective data and required data only, not enabling the data to be greatly flooded into an upper computer, influencing the data analysis speed, and effectively and quickly analyzing the data.

1. An RFID-based data analysis method, comprising the steps of:
establishing an RFID electronic tag, and establishing a corresponding RFID electronic tag for a data sample to be analyzed, wherein the tag content comprises all data content to be analyzed;
the RFID electronic tag matching method comprises the steps that a reading and writing device for matching the RFID electronic tag is established, a primary data processing system is arranged in the reading and writing device and comprises a processor, a storage and a wireless communication module, the storage and the wireless communication module are connected with the processor, primary analysis, screening and comparison are conducted on data through the processor, and useful data are transmitted to an upper computer through the wireless communication module.
2. The RFID-based data analysis method of claim 1, wherein the read-write device further comprises an RFID reader and a clock plug respectively connected to the processor.
3. The RFID-based data analysis method according to claim 1, wherein a sensor is arranged in the RFID electronic tag, and the sensed data is uploaded to a read-write device and an upper computer.
4. The RFID-based data analysis method of claim 1, wherein the memory stores primary sample data for recall.

The data analysis method based on the RFID as claimed in claim 1, wherein the upper computer selects the requirement of the required data analysis result, the upper computer issues the requirement instruction to the processor of the read-write device, the processor performs preliminary screening on all the collected data, and the data of the target instruction is uploaded and analyzed.
