Description

Label generation method, information judgment method, management system and equipment
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of computer technologies, and in particular, to a tag generation method, an information determination method, a management system, and a device.
Background
With the diversification of commodity sales promotion forms, customers are more and more sensitive to the quality of food commodities, so that merchants pay more and more attention to the management of commodity price tags, and the existing method in the industry at present is to print more contents on the price tags to remind the quality guarantee period or the production date of the commodities of the customers. Meanwhile, the staff is arranged to regularly check the quality guarantee period of the commodity and clear the overdue commodity for off-shelf. In order to guarantee that the goods purchased by the customer are within the valid period. In the process of actual operation, often because price tag information is not obvious, the omission of inspectors causes that problematic commodities are not put on shelves in time to continue to be sold.
In addition, in a sales floor, if some goods have defects (such as package breakage) which do not affect the sales, the general processing mode of the merchant is to discount the sales, and the cashier identifies the goods and performs discount or special price processing when the cashier collects the goods, so as to achieve the purpose of different prices of the same goods. In the actual operation process, because the manual identification related to cash register, the problems of management loophole and non-uniform identification standard exist. And meanwhile, the customer cannot use the self-service second equipment, so that the user experience is reduced.

Fig. 1 shows a flowchart of a tag generation method according to an embodiment of the present application. The execution subject of the method provided in this embodiment may be a tag generation apparatus, and the apparatus may be hardware integrated on a device and having an embedded program, may also be application software installed in the device, and may also be tool software embedded in an operating system of the device, and the like, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present invention. The device can be any terminal device including a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), an intelligent wearable device and the like. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the method may include the following steps:
101. responding to an operation that a user uses equipment to scan an original label which is associated with a target object, and identifying a first identifiable code on the original label to obtain data information;
102. displaying the data information on an interactive interface;
103. responding to an information adding event triggered by a user on the interactive interface aiming at the target object, and acquiring adding information generated in the information adding event;
104. generating a second identifiable code according to the data information and the adding information;
105. and generating target label information which has relevance with the target object according to the second identifiable code and the data information.
In the step 101, the target object may be a commodity; correspondingly, the data information is commodity information. The commodity information may include, but is not limited to: name of the goods, place of origin, price of the goods, etc. The first recognizable code on the original label of the commodity may be a bar code, a two-dimensional code, or the like, which is not particularly limited in this embodiment.
See FIG. 3 for a specific example of an interactive interface. The user can fill in corresponding information according to the prompt information on the interactive interface. For example, in the interactive interface shown in fig. 3, the name of a product, calculation unit information (box), tag price, and the like are displayed; a discount filling box, a clearing price filling box, a printing quantity filling box or a selection box, an expiration date filling box and the like are also displayed.
In the step 103, the adding information includes at least one of the following: discount information, article expiration date, print quantity, etc.; further, the discount information includes at least one of: discount value, discount expiration date. Specifically, after the user triggers an addition event for the target object information on the interactive interface, information such as discount information, printing quantity and validity period of a commodity, as shown in fig. 3, may be displayed on the interactive interface, but the user only needs to input the target object information to be added at a corresponding place.
In step 104, the second identifiable code generated according to the data information and the additional information may be: the barcode and the two-dimensional code may be any information that can be identified by the corresponding code reading device, which is not particularly limited in this embodiment. In specific implementation, a preset encoding rule may be adopted to encode the data information and the added information in combination to generate the second identifiable code.
The target label information generated in step 105 above may be sent to a printing device for printing out the target label, which may be attached to the target object or printed on the target object package. Alternatively, the generated target tag information may be sent to an electronic display device associated with the target object, such as an electronic price tag, for display on the electronic price tag, and the user may obtain the corresponding information by scanning the second identifiable code displayed on the electronic price tag.
That is, the method provided by this embodiment may further include the following steps:
sending the target label information to a printing device so that the printing device can print out a target label which is associated with the target object; or
And sending the target label information to electronic display equipment associated with the target object so that the electronic display equipment can display the target label information.
In practical applications, a normal selling price tag (refer to fig. 2) of a common product includes information such as a name, a specification, a retail price, a barcode, and the like. In the normal selling process, after a cashier or a shopper uses the code reading device to directly scan the bar code printed or pasted on the commodity, the second device can obtain the commodity name, the price and the like of the commodity by identifying the bar code. However, if some goods appear in the store without affecting the sale (such as package breakage), the merchant generally handles the sale in a discount manner, for example: the merchant sets the discount and price reduction of the commodities through the system, 8 discount is performed on all the fresh commodities from 20 to 21 o 'clock later, and 6 discount is performed on all the fresh commodities from 21 to 22 o' clock later. However, such adjustment can only be performed for all the same type of commodities, and the price difference of a single commodity cannot be achieved. Such as: all are baked bread, the selling price of good product is 10 yuan, the selling price of little product is 9 yuan, the selling price of good product is 8 folds at 20 o 'clock, and the selling price of bad product is 5 folds at 20 o' clock. In addition, the method of discounting defective goods requires the cashier to identify and discount or pay special price while paying money, so as to achieve the purpose of different prices of the same goods. However, in the operation process, because the manual identification related to cash register has management loopholes and easily causes non-uniform identification standards, the manual identification cannot be used by a customer on the self-service second device, and the user experience is influenced. If the attribute information of the commodity batch is set through the cash register system, a large amount of information setting work in a background is needed, and manual operation errors still exist in the cash register process. In addition, in terms of reminding the quality guarantee period of the commodities, many merchants remind the valid period of the commodities of customers and commodity managers by printing the quality guarantee period and the production date on price tags, but the method also has careless management and leads to the problem that the commodities are still sold.
In view of the above-mentioned problems, the embodiments of the present application provide a function for a user to add information to a target object (e.g., a commodity) and to generate a machine-readable second identifiable code according to data information of the target object and the added information; therefore, the user can add personalized information to the single commodity by using the function, for example, discount information is added to the commodity with damaged package or poor quality, and other commodities of the same category can maintain the original selling price; the user may add a term to the product, the content of the added term is included in the second recognizable code, and whether the product has expired can be easily determined by recognizing the second recognizable code, and so on. In summary, the technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present application provide a more convenient commodity management solution for users, and can effectively solve many problems existing in the prior art.
In an implementation technical solution, the step 104 "generating the second identifiable code according to the data information and the adding information" may specifically be:
s11, combining the data information and the added information to obtain combined information;
and S12, encoding the combination information to generate the second identifiable code.
Specifically, still taking the discount label interface shown in fig. 3 as an example, for baked bread, the selling price of good bread is 10 yuan, the selling price of bad bread is 9 yuan, the selling price of good bread is 8 folds at 20 o 'clock, the selling price of bad bread is 5 folds at 20 o' clock, after the user inputs the price, discount and validity period corresponding to the baked bread into the corresponding position on the discount label interface, the execution main body (such as a user handheld device) of the method provided by this embodiment combines the acquired data information and the added information (such as price, discount and validity period) to obtain combined information; then, the combination information is encoded and the second identifiable code is generated, and in implementation, the generation of the second identifiable code may adopt, but is not limited to, the following specific steps:
s121, sequencing and combining the data information and the added information according to a set sequence to obtain an initial character string;
s122, encrypting the initial string and processing according to a preset coding instruction to obtain a corresponding data code;
s123, generating the second identifiable code based on the data coding and the error correction coding.
In an implementation manner, the step 105 "generating the target tag information associated with the target object according to the second identifiable code and the data information" may include the following steps:
s21, generating character information used for being displayed on the target label according to the data information and/or the adding information;
s22, acquiring a label template;
and S23, typesetting the character information and the second identifiable code according to the label template to obtain the target label information.
The "acquiring a label template" in S22 includes:
responding to an operation of entering a tag editing page triggered by a user, and displaying the tag editing page; wherein at least one selectable label template is displayed in the label editing page;
and responding to the selection operation of the user on the at least one selectable label template, and acquiring the label template selected by the user.
For example, after the executing body of the method generates the target label information, the executing body sends the target label information to the printing device for printing, so as to obtain a product label example as shown in fig. 4. The article label shown in fig. 4 includes a discount of the article, a selling price after the discount, an article name, and an identifiable code (including a one-dimensional bar code and a two-dimensional bar code), and the article code includes the data information and the additional information of the article.
In another implementation manner, the step 105 "generating the target tag information associated with the target object according to the second identifiable code and the data information" may include the following steps:
s31, generating character information used for being displayed on the target label according to the data information and the adding information;
s32, responding to the operation of entering a label editing page triggered by a user, and displaying the second identifiable code and the character information on the label editing page;
s33, in response to an editing operation triggered by a user aiming at least one of the second identifiable code and the character information, setting the second identifiable code and/or the character information according to a mode specified by the editing operation to obtain the target label information.
Wherein the editing operation includes but is not limited to at least one of the following: character size setting operation, dragging operation, and recognizable code scaling operation.
Specifically, after the user triggers the operation of entering the tag editing page to enter the tag editing page, the user may perform an editing operation on the second identifiable code and the character information displayed on the tag editing page. For example, the user may set the type, size, color, position, etc. of the character information according to his/her preference, and may also optionally zoom or shift the position of the second recognizable code.
Further, in order to facilitate querying or modifying the commodity data information, after the step 103, the method may further include: and sending the added information generated aiming at the target object to a server side so as to perform data backup at the server side.
Fig. 5 shows a schematic flow chart of tag generation according to another embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 5, the tag generation method may specifically be: scanning the bar code information (such as a one-dimensional code and a two-dimensional code) of a commodity by using a client scanning device, scanning and acquiring a bar code of a target object by using the scanning device, simultaneously and automatically bringing out the current selling price of the target object, judging whether the target object needs special price discount or is provided with an expiration date, if the target object needs special price discount or is provided with the expiration date, encrypting the label and printing the label containing discount information and the expiration date after inputting discount and label effective time on a discount label interface; the printed label is attached to the commodity, the label can be sold on any second equipment at a set price, whether the target object exceeds the validity period or not can be automatically judged when the label is sold on the second equipment, and the overdue system automatically judges that the target object cannot be sold; otherwise, the equipment directly prints out normal commodity labels.
Fig. 6 is a schematic flow chart illustrating information determination according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 6, the information determining method may specifically include:
201. in response to an operation of a second user for scanning a second identifiable code by using first equipment, acquiring data information and additional information of the commodity by identifying the second identifiable code; wherein the adding information is added to the commodity by the first user using the second device;
202. acquiring reference information;
203. judging whether the commodity can meet a set requirement or not by comparing the adding information with the reference information;
204. and when the commodity is judged not to meet the setting requirement, displaying the data information of the commodity and prompt information of the reason why the setting requirement is not met.
In a specific embodiment, the adding information in the step 201 may include, but is not limited to, at least one of the following: term information (such as the valid term of the goods, the discount valid term), the number of prints, etc.
And when the added information is the time limit information, the reference information is the current time. That is, in the step 203, "determining whether the commodity can meet the setting requirement by comparing the added information with the reference information" may specifically include:
s2031, determining that the current time is within the time limit specified by the time limit information through comparison, and judging that the commodity meets the set requirement;
s2032, if the current time is determined not to be within the commodity validity period through comparison, the commodity is judged not to meet the setting requirement.
In the above S2031, the term information includes at least one of the following: the validity period of the commodity and the discount validity period.
Specifically, for example, when a certain article is sold on the second device, some basic data information (such as name, specification, retail price) of the article will be displayed on the interface of the second device, but it cannot be automatically determined whether the article is within the valid period. In this embodiment, after the second user uses the first device to scan the second identifiable code, the first device may identify the data information and the additional information of the commodity; wherein the adding information is added to the commodity by the first user using the second device (such as discount and validity period of the commodity). In specific implementation, the commodity information may be displayed on a display screen of the first device, and the additional information may be displayed on the display screen or may not be displayed. Meanwhile, the first device also obtains the current time, determines whether the current time is within the time limit specified by the time limit information through comparison, and further determines whether the commodity meets the set requirement, namely if the current time is within the time limit specified by the time limit information, the commodity is determined to meet the set requirement (can be sold), and under the condition that the set requirement is met, the first device can complete commodity settlement and carry out settlement success prompt (such as voice and characters) after the settlement is successful; otherwise, if the current time is not within the validity period of the commodity, it is determined that the commodity does not meet the setting requirement (if the commodity is overdue, the commodity cannot be sold), at this time, the first device may display data information of the commodity and a prompt message of a reason why the setting requirement is not met, where the prompt message may be a voice prompt or a text prompt message indicating that the commodity is overdue and cannot be sold on an interface of the device.
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of a management system provided in an embodiment of the present application. The management system includes: a first device 301 and a second device 302. The first device 301 is configured to, in response to an operation of a first user using a device to scan an original tag associated with a target object, acquire data information corresponding to a first identifiable code by identifying the first identifiable code on the original tag; displaying the data information on an interactive interface; responding to an information adding event triggered by a first user on the interactive interface aiming at the target object, and acquiring adding information generated in the information adding event; generating a second identifiable code according to the data information and the adding information; and generating target label information which has relevance with the target object according to the second identifiable code and the data information. The second device 302 is used for responding to the operation that the second user uses the first device to scan the second identifiable code, and acquiring the data information and the added information of the commodity by identifying the second identifiable code; acquiring reference information; judging whether the commodity can meet a set requirement or not by comparing the adding information with the reference information; and when the commodity is judged not to meet the setting requirement, displaying the data information of the commodity and prompt information of the reason why the setting requirement is not met.
In specific implementation, the first device may be a terminal having the above function, and the terminal may be: smart phones, smart wearable devices, tablet computers, PDAs, and the like. The second device can be a terminal with the above functions, for example, a cash register used by a cash register, a self-service cash register, a smart phone, an intelligent wearable device, a tablet computer, and the like.
As shown in fig. 7, a code scanning device 305 may also be connected to the second device 302. Of course, in this embodiment, the second device 302 itself is configured with a scanning device, and there is no need to connect a scanning device.
Further, the management system provided in this embodiment may further include:
the printing device 303 is configured to print the target label after receiving the printing request carrying the target label information sent by the first device 301; and/or
And the electronic display device 306 is configured to display the target tag information after receiving the display request carrying the target tag information sent by the first device 301.
Further, as shown in fig. 7, the management system provided in this embodiment may further include a server 304. The server can be used for maintaining data such as commodity information, additional information added by a user for each commodity and the like.
