Abstract
The invention discloses a stream file editing method, a special plug-in and a system of a business information system, comprising the following steps: responding to a document editing instruction initiated by a service information system, and acquiring basic data information of document editing; synchronizing a streaming file to be edited, starting streaming file processing software, and opening the streaming file; editing the information elements of the streaming file, and assigning the values of the information elements to corresponding positions of the streaming file; and storing the streaming document and transmitting the streaming document back to the service information system. The invention realizes the data interaction between the streaming file processing software and the service information system, meets the requirement of document editing of the service information system, retains the editing habit of the original streaming file and improves the efficiency of file editing. The special plug-in for stream file editing opens the local stream file processing software in a mode independent of the process and the window of the service information system, loads and edits the stream file of the system, and perfectly links the service data of the service information system.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of computer information processing, in particular to a method, a special plug-in and a system for editing a stream file of a business information system.
Background
With the rapid development of information technology, business information systems are applied to various industries of society, and the application of the business information systems overturns complicated and low-efficiency office modes and manual management means, so that the method has the advantages of saving paper, protecting the environment, improving the office efficiency, reducing the waste of human resources, realizing scientific and standard management flow, interconnecting and intercommunicating information channels and the like.
However, the business information system is still in the development stage, and there is still room for improvement in technology, for example, document editing and synchronization are not fully automated.
There are two ways of documentation for business information systems: one is that the editing streaming file is manually created and opened in a computer, and is uploaded to a service information system for circulation and processing after the editing is completed, all information elements need to be manually edited and filled in during circulation, and the document editing is completely separated from the service information system; the other method is that the streaming file is embedded into a service information system interface, so that the operation experience of the system is greatly different from that of conventional document editing, the system does not conform to the document editing habit of a user, and related information elements also need to be edited and filled manually in the circulation process.
The above two modes have the following defects:
1) the information elements generated by the service flow can not be automatically assigned to the corresponding positions of the streaming electronic documents, manual filling is needed, manual operation is complicated, efficiency is low, and the aim of automation cannot be achieved.
2) The operation mode of embedding the stream processing software and the stream file operation interface into the service information system is inconvenient to edit and check, the daily use habit of a user is not met, and the daily office efficiency of the user is seriously influenced.
3) The requirement of automation cannot be met, so that the learning cost of a user is higher, and the user cannot use the system easily.

The invention provides a method, a special plug-in and a system for editing a streaming file of a business information system, which solve the problem that related information elements need to be edited and filled manually in the prior art.

responding to a document editing instruction initiated by a service information system, and acquiring basic data information of document editing, wherein the basic data information comprises a synchronous address and an information element value of the streaming file;
synchronizing a streaming file to be edited, starting streaming file processing software, and opening the streaming file;
editing the information elements of the streaming file, and assigning the acquired information element values to corresponding positions of the streaming file;
and storing the streaming file and transmitting the streaming file back to the service information system.
As a preferred technical solution, the method further comprises a step of customizing a document template, wherein the document template customizes the number, type and position of the information elements, and the information element values of the information system are assigned to the corresponding information element positions of the streaming document according to the document template.
As a preferred technical solution, before the document is transmitted back to the service information system, the streamed document is revised.
As a preferred technical solution, the method further comprises: receiving the circulation element information of the information element value generated in the circulation process of the flow file, and assigning the circulation element information to the corresponding information element position of the flow file.
A streaming file editing-specific plug-in, comprising: the special tool group sub-module is provided with a plurality of streaming file related automatic integrated operation buttons, and the operation buttons are used for outputting operation instructions for editing the streaming files to edit the information elements;

And the information element submodule 202 is used for assigning the obtained information element value to the corresponding position of the streaming file. The information element submodule 202 realizes self-assignment of information element values in the service information system to corresponding positions in the streaming file, and a user can automatically assign values as long as element information generated in the circulation of the service information system, and does not need to edit and modify the information element values in the streaming file again, so that the information elements are automatically processed.
A streaming file editing system of a business information system, comprising:
the business information system application module 300 is used for collecting basic data information of document editing, issuing a document editing instruction, and receiving, storing and downloading a streaming file;
the streaming file processing software editing module 100 is used for editing the text of the streaming file by using streaming file processing software;
the plug-in 200 special for editing the streaming file is used for editing the information elements of the streaming file and assigning the obtained information element values to the corresponding information element positions of the streaming file.
The streaming file editing specific plug-in 200 includes:

The user generates data information in the file flow, such as file title, text number, security level, etc., and sends a document editing instruction in the system through the service information system application module 300, and transmits the basic data information of document editing and the streaming file from the service information system server to the plug-in 200 dedicated for streaming file editing. After the user finishes editing the document, the processed streaming file is transmitted back to the service information system server through the special plug-in 200.
The streaming file processing software module 100 is a document editing module responsible for providing users with modifications to revised revision document content, wherein the streaming file processing software module 100 includes the subject document content 101.

responding to a document editing instruction initiated by a service information system, and acquiring basic data information of document editing, wherein the basic data information comprises a synchronous address and an information element value of the streaming file;
synchronizing a streaming document to be edited, starting streaming file processing software, and opening the streaming document;
editing the information elements of the streaming file, and assigning the values of the information elements to corresponding positions of the streaming file;
and storing the streaming file and transmitting the streaming file back to the service information system.

The method for editing streaming file of service information system according to claim 1, wherein: the method also comprises a step of customizing a file template, wherein the file template customizes the number, the type and the positions of the information elements, and the information element value of the service information system is assigned to the corresponding information element position of the streaming file according to the file template.
3. The method for editing streaming file of service information system according to claim 1, wherein: and revising the streaming file before the document is transmitted back to the service information system.
