The electronic device in the embodiment of the present invention may be an electronic device having an operating system. The operating system may be an Android (Android) operating system, an ios operating system, or other possible operating systems, and embodiments of the present invention are not limited in particular.
The following describes a software environment to which the display control method provided by the embodiment of the present invention is applied, by taking an android operating system as an example.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of an architecture of a possible android operating system according to an embodiment of the present invention. In fig. 1, the architecture of the android operating system includes 4 layers, which are respectively: an application layer, an application framework layer, a system runtime layer, and a kernel layer (specifically, a Linux kernel layer).
The application program layer comprises various application programs (including system application programs and third-party application programs) in an android operating system.
The application framework layer is a framework of the application, and a developer can develop some applications based on the application framework layer under the condition of complying with the development principle of the framework of the application. For example, applications such as a system setup application, a system chat application, and a system camera application. And the third-party setting application, the third-party camera application, the third-party chatting application and other application programs.
The system runtime layer includes libraries (also called system libraries) and android operating system runtime environments. The library mainly provides various resources required by the android operating system. The android operating system running environment is used for providing a software environment for the android operating system.
The kernel layer is an operating system layer of an android operating system and belongs to the bottommost layer of an android operating system software layer. The kernel layer provides kernel system services and hardware-related drivers for the android operating system based on the Linux kernel.
Taking an android operating system as an example, in the embodiment of the present invention, a developer may develop a software program for implementing the display control method provided in the embodiment of the present invention based on the system architecture of the android operating system shown in fig. 1, so that the display control method may operate based on the android operating system shown in fig. 1. That is, the processor or the electronic device may implement the display control method provided by the embodiment of the present invention by running the software program in the android operating system.
The following describes the display control method provided in the embodiment of the present invention in detail with reference to the flowchart of the display control method shown in fig. 2. Wherein, although the logical order of the display control methods provided by embodiments of the present invention is shown in method flow diagrams, in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in an order different than here. For example, the display control method illustrated in fig. 2 may include S201 and S202:
s201, the electronic device receives a first input to the electronic device under the condition that the first content and the second content are respectively displayed on the first display area and the second display area, wherein the first input is a folding input to the electronic device.
The similarity between the first content and the second content is greater than or equal to a preset threshold value, namely the first content and the second content are two similar contents. Specifically, the value of the preset threshold may be determined according to the actual use requirement of the user, and if the preset threshold is 70%, details are not described here.
For example, when 10 chinese characters are included in one content and 10 chinese characters are included in another content, if 8 chinese characters in the two contents are the same, it indicates that the two contents are similar.
It is to be appreciated that where the first content and the second content are of a longer length, the electronic device can scroll to display the first content on the first display area and scroll to display the second content on the second display area. Wherein, the electronic device can automatically or triggered by the user to scroll and display the long content.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the content displayed by the electronic device may be content in a document, that is, text content. Specifically, the first content and the second content are two contents of similar documents, that is, the first content and the second content are contents in two similar documents including different modified partial contents.
Illustratively, the first content and the second content are content of an end-of-year summary document, content of program code, or content of a speech word.
Optionally, the first content and the second content are both content in a preset language, such as content in english, chinese, french, or korean. Specifically, in the following, the display control method provided by the embodiment of the present invention is described by taking the first content and the second content as the content of chinese and/or english as an example.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the first input may be used to trigger the electronic device to compare the similar first content and the second content, and obtain a comparison result.
Optionally, the electronic device may compare the similar first content and the second content by using a word segmentation technology, and obtain a comparison result, that is, which of the first content and the second content is different.
Wherein, word segmentation technique refers to: the process of recombining continuous word sequences into word sequences according to a certain specification.
Specifically, latin languages represented by english have empty spaces as natural delimiters. In English, spaces are used as natural delimiters between words to form sentences, and punctuation is used for separating the sentences to form large text, so that sentence division can be simply performed by using the punctuation, and word division can be performed by using the spaces. Wherein, the punctuations appearing in the english text are generally english comma "," ", english sentence" ", and english question mark"? If we have a section of english text, we can first segment the text into several small sections of text according to the english sentence dots, and then segment each small section of text again according to the english comma or english question mark appearing inside, so as to realize english word segmentation.
In addition, compared with English word segmentation, Chinese word segmentation has the particularity, Chinese words inherit from the tradition of ancient Chinese and are not separated, so that the difficulty of Chinese word segmentation is very high, and the existing Chinese word segmentation algorithms have five categories: dictionary-based methods, statistical-based methods, rule-based methods, word-labeling-based methods, artificial intelligence technology-based (understanding-based) methods. In the embodiment of the present invention, the specific implementation of the five algorithms for Chinese word segmentation is not described in detail. The punctuation marks appearing in the Chinese text are typically Chinese commas, "Chinese periods". "and question mark"? If we have a segment of Chinese text, we can first segment the text into several small segments of text according to the Chinese sentence number, and then segment each small segment of text again according to the Chinese comma or Chinese question mark appearing inside, so as to realize Chinese word segmentation.
Further, the content of a document (e.g., the first content or the second content) typically includes a plurality of paragraphs of text.
Optionally, the electronic device may identify paragraph marks in the first content or the second content to identify different paragraphs in the first content and the second content. Furthermore, the electronic device may identify each similar passage in the first content and the second content, identify every two similar sentences ending with a period (e.g., english period, english or chinese period) in the similar passage, and then identify every two similar sentences ending with commas (except english comma and chinese comma) (i.e., clauses).
S202, the electronic equipment responds to the first input, displays at least one first sub-content in the first content with a first preset effect, and displays at least one second sub-content in the second content with a second preset effect.
The at least one first sub-content corresponds to the at least one second sub-content one to one, and each first sub-content is different from the corresponding second sub-content.
In the embodiment of the invention, the first preset effect and the second preset effect are the same or different.
It is understood that the first preset effect may highlight at least one first sub-content in the first content, so that the user may intuitively know the at least one first sub-content from the first content.
Optionally, the first preset effect may be an effect of adding double underlines to the font, an effect of bold font display, an effect of displaying the font in a certain preset color (e.g., red), an effect of highlighting the font in a certain preset color (e.g., yellow), a display effect of frame selection, or the like, and may also be any other display effect that can be achieved, which is not described herein again.
Similarly, the description of the second preset effect may refer to the description of the first preset effect in the foregoing embodiment, and is not repeated here.
Optionally, different sub-contents in the at least one first sub-content may be located in different paragraphs of the first content, or in different sentences of the same paragraph, or in the same sentence, and are not specifically limited herein.
Similarly, the description of the at least one second sub-content may refer to the above description of the at least one first sub-content, and is not repeated here.
Optionally, in implementation manner 1 of the embodiment of the present invention, in a case that the electronic device includes a foldable screen, the first display area and the second display area are respectively disposed on different screens of the foldable screen, and the first input is a folding input to the foldable screen. At this time, the first input may be a folding input of the user to a folding place (i.e., a position between the first display region and the second display region) of the folding screen.
Optionally, in implementation mode 2 of the embodiment of the present invention, in a case that the electronic device includes a flexible screen, the first display area and the second display area are different display areas in the flexible screen, and the first input is a folding input to the flexible screen, for example, a folding input to any position of the flexibility.
Under the condition that the electronic device comprises the folding screen or the flexible screen, a user can trigger the electronic device to execute a process of comparing similar contents through a first input of the folding electronic device, and then a comparison result is displayed to the user, for example, at least one first sub-content in the first contents and at least one second sub-content in the second contents are displayed. Therefore, the applicability of the method for triggering the electronic equipment to compare similar contents by folding the electronic equipment by the user is improved.
It can be understood that the electronic device can visually display which contents of the first contents and the second contents are different by simultaneously displaying at least one first sub-content with a first preset effect and displaying at least one second sub-content with a second preset effect, so that a user can conveniently compare and view the first contents and the second contents.
It should be noted that, in the display control method provided in the embodiment of the present invention, in a case that similar first content and second content are respectively displayed on the first display area and the second display area, the display of at least one first sub-content in the first content with a first preset effect and the display of at least one second sub-content corresponding to the at least one first content in the second content with a second preset effect may be triggered by a first input of the foldable electronic device, and each first sub-content is different from the corresponding one second sub-content. That is, the user does not need to complete the first content and the second content word by word, but can quickly and conveniently trigger the electronic device to intuitively display which contents of the first content and the second content are different, such as which parts of the second content are modified compared with the first content, by folding the input of the electronic device. Thus, the steps of the user to find different content in similar documents are reduced and the time consumption is reduced.
Optionally, the display control method provided in the embodiment of the present invention, after the step S201, may further include the step S203:
s203, the electronic equipment responds to the first input, cancels display of at least one third sub-content in the first content, and cancels display of at least one fourth sub-content in the second content.
And the at least one third sub-content corresponds to the at least one fourth sub-content one to one, and each third sub-content is the same as the corresponding fourth sub-content.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, the execution sequence of S202 and S203 is not limited, and may be any execution sequence, for example, S202 and S203 are executed simultaneously.
Optionally, when the electronic device cancels the display of the at least one third sub-content in the first content, the electronic device may rearrange the other contents except the at least one third sub-content in the first content on the first display area without leaving a display position where the at least one third sub-content is displayed on the first display area vacant. Therefore, the display resources of the electronic equipment can be reasonably utilized, so that the other contents are closely arranged on the first display area, and the user can conveniently view the other contents.
Similarly, for the description of the electronic device rearranging the other contents in the second content on the second display area except for the at least one fourth sub-content, reference may be made to the above description of the other contents in the first content except for the at least one third sub-content, and details are not repeated here.
It can be understood that, since each third sub-content in the first content is the same as one fourth sub-content in the second content, and the user generally does not need to compare and view the same content in the two documents, the electronic device cancels the display of the at least one third sub-content and the at least one fourth sub-content, so that the user can more intuitively know which of the first content and the second content are different.
Optionally, in the display control method provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the step S203 may be implemented by the step S203a of:
s203a, the electronic device cancels the display of the at least one third sub-content and cancels the display of the at least one fourth sub-content according to the target rule.
Optionally, the electronic device may cancel displaying the same content of the first content and the second content according to different content presentation granularities of the content. Accordingly, the electronic device may display different ones of the first content and the second content at different content presentation granularities of the content.
Wherein the target rule indicates any one of rule 1 to rule 3. For example, the content display granularities corresponding to the rules 1 to 3 are different, and for example, the content display granularities corresponding to the rules 1 to 3 are sequentially reduced.
Rule 1: a third sub-content is the same paragraph as a corresponding fourth sub-content.
Accordingly, in rule 1, one first sub-content and a corresponding one second sub-content are in two similar paragraphs. At this time, the user may compare the semantics of one sub-content and a second sub-content in the similar paragraph.
Rule 2: one third sub-content and the corresponding fourth sub-content are the same sentences taking the first type punctuation marks as the end.
It will be appreciated that punctuation of the first type is generally used to indicate punctuation of the end of a sentence. For example, in English, the first kind of punctuation marks are punctuation marks such as English periods and English question marks; in Chinese, the first type of punctuation marks are punctuation marks such as Chinese periods and Chinese question marks.
Accordingly, in rule 2, a first sub-content and a corresponding second sub-content are in two sentences similar and ending with a first type punctuation mark. At this time, the user can compare the semantics of one sub-content and a second sub-content in a similar sentence.
Rule 3: and the third sub-content and the corresponding fourth sub-content are the same sentences taking the punctuation marks of the second type as the tail.
It will be appreciated that the second type of punctuation mark is generally used to denote punctuation marks in the middle of a sentence, i.e. punctuation marks where a sentence has not ended. For example, in english, the first type of punctuation marks are punctuation marks such as english comma and english semicolon; in Chinese, the second type of punctuation marks are punctuation marks such as Chinese comma and Chinese semicolon.
Accordingly, in rule 3, a first sub-content and a corresponding second sub-content are in two sentences similar and ending with a punctuation mark of a second type. At this time, the user can compare the semantics of one sub-content and a second sub-content in a similar sentence.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the electronic device may cancel displaying the same content in the first content and the second content according to different rules, that is, cancel displaying the same content in the first content and the second content by using different content display granularities, such as a paragraph, a sentence ending with the first type punctuation mark, and a sentence ending with the second type punctuation mark. Thus, flexibility and diversity of displaying the same content and similar content in the first content and the second content by the electronic device are improved.
Optionally, in the display control method provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the step S203a may be implemented by the step S203 b:
s203b, when the folding parameter of the electronic device meets the preset parameter range, the electronic device cancels to display at least one third sub-content and cancels to display at least one fourth sub-content according to the target rule corresponding to the preset parameter range.
Wherein different preset parameters correspond to different target rules; under the condition that the first input is folding input of the folding screen, the folding parameter is a folding angle of the folding screen; in case the first input is a folding input to the flexible screen, the folding parameter comprises at least one of a folding angle and a folding position of the flexible screen.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, a parameter range may be preset in the electronic device, and different parameter ranges correspond to different target rules, that is, different parameter ranges correspond to different content display granularities.
For example, in implementation mode 1, the preset parameter range in the electronic device includes a parameter range 1 to a parameter range 3.
Wherein, the parameter range 1 is [10, 15) degrees, the parameter range 2 is [15, 25) degrees, and the parameter range 3 is [25, 35) degrees. Specifically, the rule corresponding to the preset parameter range of [10, 15 ]) degrees is the rule 1, and the corresponding content display granularity is a paragraph; the rule corresponding to the preset parameter range of [15, 25 ]) is the rule 2, and the corresponding content display granularity is a sentence taking the first punctuation mark as the end; the rule corresponding to the preset parameter range of [25, 35 ]) is the above rule 3, and the corresponding content presentation granularity is a sentence ending with the second type punctuation mark.
When the folding angle of the folding screen of the electronic equipment triggered by the first input is in any parameter range from the parameter range 1 to the parameter range 3, the electronic equipment can cancel displaying the same content in the first content and the second content according to a rule corresponding to the parameter range from the rule 1 to the rule 3.
For example, in a case where a user folds a folding angle of a folding screen in the electronic device by less than 10 degrees, the electronic device continuously displays the first content itself on the first display area and continuously displays the second content on the second display area. Subsequently, when the folding angle of the folding screen by the user is [10, 15 ]) degrees, the electronic device may display at least one of the first contents with a first preset effect, display at least one of the second contents with a second preset effect, and cancel displaying the contents of the same paragraph in the first contents and the second contents according to rule 1. Subsequently, when the folding angle of the folding screen by the user is [15, 25 ]) degrees, the electronic device may cancel displaying the same content of the sentence ending with the first kind of punctuation mark among the first content and the second content according to rule 2. Furthermore, when the folding angle of the folding screen by the user is [25, 35 ]) degrees, the electronic device may cancel displaying the same content of the sentence ending with the punctuation mark of the second type in the first content and the second content according to rule 3.
Further, under the condition that the electronic device cancels display of the same content in the first content and the second content according to any rule of rules 1 to 3, if the user decreases the folding angle of the folding screen, the electronic device cancels display of the same content in the first content and the second content again according to the rule corresponding to the preset parameter range where the decreased folding angle is located.
Illustratively, in implementation 1, as shown in fig. 3 (a), the electronic device displays document 1 (i.e., first content) on panel a1 (i.e., a first display area) in the folded screen and document 2 (i.e., second content) on panel a2 (i.e., a second display area) in the folded screen; at this time, the folding angle of the folding screen is 0 degree. Subsequently, in a case where the user folds the folding angle of the folding screen to 10 degrees, as shown in (b) of fig. 3, the electronic apparatus may display "72.5%" in the paragraph "bob" in the document 1 and "52.0%" in the paragraph "bob" in the document 2 in a manner of font-double underlining; "# 000000" in paragraph "Waiting" in document 1 and "# 0000 fff" in paragraph "Waiting" in document 2 are displayed in a font-double underlined manner; and displaying 50% "in the sentence" top: 50% "in the paragraph" Waiting _ progress "in the document 1 and" 80% "in the sentence" top: 80% "in the paragraph" Waiting _ progress "in a manner that font is double underlined.
Further, in a case where the user folds the folding angle of the folding screen to 20 degrees, as shown in (c) of fig. 3, the electronic apparatus may cancel displaying the contents of the paragraph "# a-container" in the document 1 and the "# a-container" in the document 2, and rearrange displaying the contents of the paragraph "a-Setting" in the document 1 and the paragraph "a-Setting" in the document 2. In fig. 3 (c), the electronic device displays "90%" in the paragraph "a-Setting" in the document 1 and "80%" in the paragraph "a-Setting" in the document 2 in a manner that the font is double underlined.
For example, in the implementation mode 2, the preset parameter range in the electronic device includes a parameter range 4 to a parameter range 6. Wherein the parameter range 4 is used to indicate the folding area 1, the parameter range 5 is used to indicate the folding area 2, and the parameter range 6 is used to indicate the folding area 3. Specifically, the rule corresponding to the preset parameter range of the folding area 4 is the rule 1, and the corresponding content display granularity is a paragraph; the rule corresponding to the preset parameter range of the folding area 5 is the rule 2, and the corresponding content display granularity is a sentence ending with the first punctuation mark; the rule corresponding to the preset parameter range of the folding region 6 is the rule 3, and the corresponding content display granularity is a sentence ending with the second type punctuation marks. For example, the folding area 1 is an area in the first display area, the folding area 2 is an area in the second display area, and the folding area 3 is an area between the first display area and the second display area.
Further, to avoid that the user folds the flexible screen carelessly, which may cause the electronic device to trigger the comparison of the first content and the second content by mistake. The user may not compare the first content with the second content until the electronic device displays a difference between the first content and the second content after a certain area (e.g., the folding area 1) of the flexible screen is folded to a certain angle (e.g., 10 degrees).
Specifically, the above-described parameter range 4 includes the folding angle being [10, ∞) degrees and the folding position being in the folding zone 1, the parameter range 5 includes the folding angle being [10, ∞) degrees and the folding position being in the folding zone 2, and the parameter range 6 includes the folding angle being [10, ∞) degrees and the folding position being in the folding zone 1.
When the folding angle of the flexible screen of the electronic device triggered by the first input is in any one of the parameter ranges 4 to 6, the electronic device can cancel displaying the same content in the first content and the second content according to a rule corresponding to the parameter range in the rules 1 to 3.
Illustratively, in a case where the user does not fold the flexible screen in the electronic device, the electronic device continuously displays the first content itself on the first display area and continuously displays the second content on the second display area. Subsequently, when the folding angle of the folding area 1 in the flexible screen by the user is greater than 10 degrees, the electronic device may display at least one of the first contents with a first preset effect, display at least one of the second contents with a second preset effect, and cancel displaying the contents of the same paragraph in the first contents and the second contents according to rule 1.
Illustratively, in implementation 2, as shown in fig. 4 (a), the electronic device displays a document 3 (i.e., first content) on a display area B1 (i.e., a first display area) in the flexible screen and displays a document 4 (i.e., second content) on a screen B2 (i.e., a second display area) in the flexible screen; at this time, the folding angle of the flexible screen is 0 degree. The flexible screen includes a folding region P1-a folding region P3 (i.e., the folding region 1-the folding region 3). Subsequently, in a case where the user folds the folding angle of the folding region P1 of the flexible screen to 10 degrees, as shown in (b) of fig. 4, the electronic device may display "big tree" in paragraph S1 in document 3 and "tree" in paragraph S1 in document 4 in a font-underlined manner; "can" in paragraph S2 in document 3 and "ok" in paragraph S2 in document 4 are displayed in a font double underlined manner; and, the "can" in paragraph S3 in document 3 and the "can", "pair" in paragraph S3 in document 4 are displayed in a font-double underlined manner.
In this way, the electronic device may display similar content in the first content and the second content using different target rules and cancel displaying the same content in the first content and the second content according to the folding parameters of the flexible screen or the folding screen. Therefore, the diversity of the electronic equipment in comparison with similar content is further improved.
