The contract template recommendation method implemented by the embodiment of the specification comprises the steps of receiving an operation of a user for opening a contract page on a terminal device to open the contract page, receiving an operation of the user for clicking the contract page on the terminal device when no unfulfilled contract exists in the contract page, recommending a proper contract template for the user based on the clicking operation, adopting an interactive contract template recommendation mode, and attracting the user with light interest to utilize the recommended contract template to issue a contract to a new user or an old user on the premise of not disturbing the user so as to increase the number of users of a platform for providing the contract template and the activity of the user.
