and binding the preset fingerprint information with the identity card number of the person needing to transact the business.

matching the fingerprint information with preset fingerprint information;
determining that the fingerprint information is matched with the preset fingerprint information under the condition that the matching degree of the fingerprint information and the preset fingerprint information is in a preset range;
and determining the electronic certificate of the person needing to transact business according to the preset fingerprint information matched with the fingerprint information.
4. The method for determining according to claim 1, before acquiring fingerprint information of the transacting business, further comprising:
generating a template file of the electronic certificate;
and determining a synthesis method of the template file.
5. The method for determining the electronic certificate of the business transactor according to the fingerprint information of the business transactor according to the claim 4, comprising:
and generating the electronic certificate of the person needing to transact business according to the fingerprint information and the template file.
6. The method for determining according to claim 1, wherein after determining the electronic certificate of the transacting business according to the fingerprint information, further comprising:
selecting the electronic certificate needed by the person needing to transact the predetermined service;
and the electronic certificate is adopted to handle the related business for the business needing to be handled.
7. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the electronic certificate comprises at least one of:
electronic identity card, electronic family account book, electronic residence permit, electronic driver's license.
8. An apparatus for determining an electronic certificate, comprising:
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring the fingerprint information of a person needing to transact business;
and the first determining unit is used for determining the electronic certificate of the person needing to transact the business according to the fingerprint information.
