Abstract

The invention provides an insurance data acquisition method and device, electronic equipment and a computer storage medium, which can improve the efficiency of acquiring insurance information by a user. The method comprises the following steps: receiving a data query request of a user, and querying a preset insurance knowledge graph according to the data query request to obtain demand information of the user, wherein the insurance knowledge graph comprises a corresponding relation of at least two of personnel information, policy information and claim information of insurance application; and feeding back the requirement information to the user.

In the insurance industry, users need to search for insurance related information in different ways. The nodes in the graph structure represent substantive information of the insurance, and the edges between the nodes represent relationships between the substantive information. FIG. 2 shows a diagram structure corresponding to a insurance knowledge graph. The part of the content comprises 5 nodes representing essential information of insurance, namely applicant-zhang, insurance type-car insurance, related claim-car insurance claim, insured vehicle-hu AXXXXX and insurance businessman-lie, and the association relationship between the associated nodes in the 5 nodes forms the edge between the nodes. Through any one of the 5 nodes, all information related to the node can be found by adopting a depth-first traversal algorithm according to the connectivity of the graph structure.
In the embodiment, the insurance knowledge graph is stored in a graph structure mode, so that information required by a user can be conveniently searched for by a priority traversal algorithm aiming at the graph structure, and the efficiency of acquiring insurance information by the user is improved.
Referring to fig. 3, the present invention discloses an insurance data acquiring apparatus, including:
