Abstract
The invention discloses a design system based on a blockchain, which comprises a scheme design module which can carry out initial creation and secondary design by a designer, and an AI copyright judging module which judges whether a submitted design scheme is infringing or not, wherein the module can generate a time stamp at the current time, give a unique number of the whole network, submit characteristic information which is marked as an original design scheme to a blockaddress generated by a hash address generator to be stored and uploaded to the whole network for broadcasting; and the hash address generator is used for generating a blockchain for storing the original design scheme and the characteristic information thereof. The design scheme based on the blockchain is used for distinguishing originality of the design scheme which is originally created or secondarily created by a user in the scheme design module through the AI copyright distinguishing module, so that the design scheme for preventing the infringement can be uploaded, and the effect of preventing the infringement is achieved. The feature information is written into the blockchain and broadcast in the whole network at the same time, thereby providing more convenient propagation and good circulation while guaranteeing the prevention of infringement.

Background
The blockchain is a shared database, and data or information stored in the shared database has the characteristics of 'non-falsifiability', 'whole trace', 'traceability', 'disclosure transparency', 'collective maintenance', and the like. Blockchains have the advantages of traceability, non-tampering, anonymity, and the like.
Some existing block chains are used for protecting the design scheme and the system, so that the design scheme of the method can be prevented from being tampered and used, but the method has the defects that the public can not know the basic information of the design scheme, the purchasing channel can not be known, the method is difficult to be widely used in a paid mode, and the circulation is poor. Description of the embodiments

The designer may design the system from scratch or may design the system twice using a design scheme that the designer has passed by himself or herself. The design from scratch is submitted to an AI copyright discrimination module which compares with all designs stored in the system to discriminate whether infringement exists, and the stored designs in the system include past designs of the design and past designs of other designers. If the comparison is an infringement design, the infringement design cannot pass the audit, cannot be stored in a block chain to carry out original marking, and cannot carry out whole network broadcasting; and comparing to obtain original design, generating a time stamp by using the current time, giving a unique number of the whole network, marking the unique number as the original design scheme, broadcasting the design scheme, the time stamp, the unique number and the original design scheme mark in the whole network, and entering a design scheme library. After the copyright of the scheme of the designer is judged by the AI judgment module, the system gives certain initial excitation, and the total excitation number of the system is certain, so that the acquired excitation is decreased along with the accumulation of the design scheme existing in the system, the copyright of the design scheme is protected, and meanwhile, the liquidity and the enthusiasm of the design scheme can be ensured.
The scheme of the secondary design submits a basic scheme and pictures or documents of an authorization book through an authorization unit of an AI copyright judging module, the AI copyright judging module acquires a unique whole network number and inherits all information on a first block address through the basic scheme, the AI copyright judging module compares the scheme of the secondary design with all design schemes except the basic scheme to judge whether infringement exists, and if infringement exists, the scheme of the secondary design cannot pass auditing and is recorded in a block chain, and whole network broadcasting cannot be performed; if the infringement behavior does not exist, judging that the design scheme is improved, generating a time stamp by using the current time, giving a unique number to the whole network, marking the time stamp as the improvement design scheme, adding the improvement scheme into a design scheme family corresponding to the basic scheme, recording the design scheme, the time stamp, the unique number and the identification of the improvement design scheme into a second block, and broadcasting the whole network.
The hash algorithm SHA-256 generates at most two block addresses for a block, which, if of an initial design, are consistent with the block addresses of a conventional blockchain, including: the hash address of the previous block records the hash address of the current block information; in the case of the secondary design, in addition to the information of the initial design, a hash address belonging to the design family is generated, including: the block hash address of the previous inheritance design scheme, the hash address of the current block information (including information such as the difference coefficient with the inheritance design scheme) is recorded: hash address generation algorithm of initial design scheme: inputting the 3D CAD image of the design scheme into a 3D convolution feature extraction network, wherein the feature extraction network comprises five layers of 3D convolution layers, each layer of convolution layer is followed by a bn layer, a scale layer, an activation layer and a pulling layer, finally, scaling the feature image to the uniform resolution size by using maxpooling to obtain a one-dimensional feature vector of the design scheme, fixing the size of the one-dimensional feature vector, obtaining a unique hash address by using an SHA-256 algorithm, and endowing a unique original ID of the mark in a global range; hash address generation algorithm of secondary design scheme: the original ID is obtained through the inherited design scheme, the one-dimensional feature vector of the design scheme diagram is spliced with the original ID, and a unique hash address is obtained by using an SHA-256 algorithm and points to the design scheme family.
As shown in FIG. 2, the blockchain-based design system further comprises a scheme browsing module, and others can browse the summary design of all the design schemes in the system. The scheme browsing module displays the summary design of the design scheme for others to watch, not only carries out copyright protection and is not infringed by others, but also can display the detailed design scheme for selecting payment to watch or pay to purchase the use right for secondary design.
The block chain-based design system also comprises an AI design scheme screening module which can screen and search scheme designs meeting the requirements. Scheme design of other people can be conveniently found through the AI design scheme general selection module, great searching convenience is provided for designers, and circulation and use of design schemes are promoted.
The block chain-based design system also comprises a scheme transaction module for setting the use mode and charging mode of the design scheme. After the design scheme of the designer is judged by the AI copyright judging module, the use mode and the charging mode of the design scheme can be set.

1. A blockchain-based design system, comprising:
the scheme design module is used for enabling a designer to conduct initial creation and secondary design and submitting a completed design scheme to the AI copyright judging module;
the AI copyright judging module is used for comparing the design scheme submitted by a designer with all the design schemes in the system to judge whether infringement exists or not, and generating a time stamp according to the current time, giving a unique number of the whole network and submitting the characteristic information which is marked as the original design scheme to a block address generated by a hash address generator to be stored and uploaded to the whole network for broadcasting if the original design scheme is judged;
the hash address generator generates two block addresses, the first block address records information of an initial original design scheme, the second block address generates a hash address belonging to a design scheme group, one-dimensional feature vectors of a secondary design scheme are extracted, the one-dimensional feature vectors and the one-dimensional feature vectors of the initial original design are spliced into a new original ID pointing to the design scheme group, and meanwhile information of the secondary design scheme is recorded.
2. The blockchain-based design system of claim 1, wherein the AI right discrimination module includes an authorization unit for submitting past designs and rights.
3. The blockchain-based design system of claim 1, further comprising a project browsing module, wherein others can browse summary designs of all the design projects in the system.
4. The blockchain-based design system of claim 1, further comprising an AI design scheme screening module operable to screen for satisfactory scheme designs.
5. The blockchain-based design system of claim 1, further comprising a scheme trading module for setting a usage pattern of the design scheme and a charging pattern.
