Detailed Description
The invention will be further explained with reference to the drawings.
The invention relates to a vehicle, a TBOX vehicle-mounted terminal, a vehicle networking cloud platform, a TBOX admission detection platform management end and a TBOX admission detection platform client.
Before detection, the vehicle is required to be equipped with a TBOX vehicle-mounted terminal, a mobile network of an operator is opened, and equipment filing is finished (binding relation between the vehicle and the TBOX vehicle-mounted terminal is maintained in the cloud).
The main flow of detection is shown in fig. 1 and mainly divided into a preparation phase and a detection phase. The preparation stage is mainly completed at a TBOX admission detection management end, a user needs to carry out system configuration according to the sequence of detection category configuration → detection item and detection rule configuration → vehicle type detection template configuration → registration of equipment to be detected, and after the configuration is completed, admission detection can be started.
The configuration of the detection stage is mainly completed at a TBOX admission detection platform client, after a user inputs a registered equipment ID, the system starts the detection categories and detection items in the template to carry out item-by-item detection according to the configured vehicle type template, and after the detection is completed, the system generates a detection report, and the user can independently download and look up the detection result on a historical detection report interface.
In this embodiment, a TBOX admission detection method includes the following steps:
(1) detecting class configuration
As shown in fig. 2, logging in to the management end of the TBOX admission detection platform, adding a detection category, configuring a detection category name, a detection category code, setting whether the detection category can be skipped, and a detection order thereof in a detection category configuration menu. After the new addition is finished, the configured detection types can be modified, deleted and inquired. For normal TBOX admission detection, the default configuration recommended by the cloud is: equipment record information detection, equipment login (platform) detection, remote control detection and driving data detection.
(2) Detection item and detection rule configuration
As shown in fig. 3, the user logs in to the management terminal of the TBOX admission detection platform, selects a detection category in the detection item configuration menu, and adds a new detection item under the detection category. When a new detection item is added, the name of the detection item, the code of the detection item, the classification of the detection item (that is, the detection item is configured by the detection category in fig. 3), the reference value, the sequence of the detection item (that is, the detection item is configured by the detection sequence in fig. 3), and the data standard are configured, and meanwhile, the detection rule is configured, and the expression, the abnormal prompt, and whether the detection is finished when the abnormality is selected are written. The method can be used for regularly configuring the detection of the single point (for example, if the temperature of the engine coolant is "-48-142.5 degrees", the detection expression is configured as "-48 < = engine water temp and & engine water temp < = 142.5"), and can also be used for configuring the comprehensive detection rule aiming at the comprehensive logic judgment of multiple detection items (for example, if the comprehensive judgment rule of two detection items of "vehicle state" and "rotating speed" is that "vehicle state is flameout, rotating speed = 0", the detection expression is configured as "turnoffand rotameter speed = 0").
After the new addition is finished, the configured detection items can be modified, deleted and inquired. For the modification of the detection rule, only the 'write expression' needs to be modified, and the code level does not need to be updated.
(3) Vehicle type detection template configuration
As shown in fig. 4, the TBOX entry detection platform management end is logged in, a template is newly created in a detection template menu, configured detection categories and detection items are selected, a vehicle type detection template is generated, and the configured vehicle type detection template can be modified, deleted and queried after the new addition is completed. Then, in the vehicle model template matching menu, a vehicle model detection template is selected for each vehicle model. If the user does not configure the vehicle type detection template for a certain vehicle type, when the vehicle type is subjected to access detection, the full detection is carried out based on all detection types and detection items configured in the platform.
(4) Device registration to be checked
As shown in fig. 5, the terminal logs in to the management end of the TBOX admission detection platform, and adds or deletes the ID of the device to be detected in the white list menu of the terminal.
(5) Device detection
As shown in fig. 6, when logging in a TBOX admittance detection platform client, inputting a device ID to start detection, the system finds a corresponding vehicle type detection template according to the record information of the device, thereby sequentially detecting the device item by item, and during the detection, the user can check the real-time detection result, the vehicle 3D model, the vehicle position information, and the details of the message uploaded by the vehicle. And after all the detection items are detected, clicking to finish, generating a detection report by the system, and if the detection items are not detected, quitting abnormally, not generating the report (when the detection items are configured to detect the abnormality, finishing the detected items, and generating the report after finishing the detection).
(6) Historical detection report download
As shown in fig. 7, logging in a TBOX admission detection platform client, inputting a device ID query and downloading a historical detection report, and knowing a detection result through the detection report, if there is an abnormality in detection, a detection person can trace back to a specific problem through an error list, where the error list includes: detection category, detection item, actual value, reference value, detection result, exception prompt, platform message time (accurate to second), and device ID.
