Description

U-shaped tube mass flowmeter capable of resisting strong acid and alkali corrosive media and manufacturing method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of flowmeter manufacturing, and particularly relates to a U-shaped pipe mass flowmeter capable of resisting strong acid and alkali corrosive media and a manufacturing method thereof.
Background
Currently, the closest prior art: with the continuous improvement of the on-site process technology of petrochemical enterprises, the industrial on-site requires accurate measurement on a measuring instrument, and absolute safety is ensured when the measurement is required. The corrosion resistance of the metering instrument is an important index related to the safety of an industrial field. Because the industrial site of a petrochemical enterprise is generally an explosive environment, if the instruments do not have certain corrosion resistance, leakage accidents occur when corrosive media pass through, and the site suffers serious disasters.
The liquid receiving pipeline of the mass flowmeter used in the current market is mostly made of metal materials such as stainless steel, titanium or tantalum, and the like, and the main reasons are as follows: the metal materials such as stainless steel have poor resistance to the corrosivity of acid-base media or strong oxidizing media, titanium or tantalum alloys have strong corrosion resistance but the price of non-volatile raw materials is expensive, for example, hastelloy C22 has a price of 1000 yuan per kilogram, and stainless steel has a price of 30 yuan per kilogram. If a layer of corrosion-resistant non-metallic material with the target thickness can be coated on the surface of a material of a liquid receiving part of the mass flow meter, the corrosion resistance of the mass flow meter can be improved, and the price of the mass flow meter can be greatly reduced, so that the technology is certainly favored by mass flow meter manufacturers and users. The prior art mainly develops a novel metal material to manufacture a steel pipe so as to improve the corrosion resistance, and no scheme for solving related problems by adopting a coating process exists in the same industry at present.
Meanwhile, if the technology of coating TEFZEL (the structural formula of which is [ CH2-CH2-CF2-CF2] n, which is ethylene and tetrafluoroethylene) is applied to a mass flow meter, a large amount of market research is carried out in the industry, the TEFZEL can be directly sprayed on a liquid receiving part, but the following problems cannot be solved by the prior art at present: (1) the liquid receiving pipeline of the flowmeter is in a U-shaped sealing state, and anticorrosive materials are difficult to spray on the inner wall of the spraying pipeline; (2) the coating thickness is thin and uniform. The coating thickness is required to be within the range of 0.5 +/-0.05 mm in the mass flow meter, so that the anti-corrosion performance can be ensured, and the space of a pipeline is not excessively occupied; (3) the local separation of the coating from the metal substrate causes the signal distortion phenomenon of the mass flowmeter, thereby causing the loss of the function of the mass flowmeter.
In summary, the problems of the prior art are as follows:
(1) the liquid receiving pipeline of the existing flowmeter is in a U-shaped sealing state, and anticorrosive materials are difficult to spray on the inner wall of the spraying pipeline.
(2) The existing spraying pipeline has uneven coating thickness and poor corrosion resistance, and occupies too much pipeline space.
(3) The existing coating is partially separated from the metal substrate to cause the signal distortion phenomenon of the mass flowmeter, so that the function of the mass flowmeter is lost.
The difficulty of solving the technical problems is as follows: how to evenly coat the TEFZEL of certain thickness at U type pipeline inner wall, solve the problem of even coating and just can play good anticorrosive effect, enlarge mass flow meter's the scope of being suitable for the medium.
The significance of solving the technical problems is as follows: the invention can measure some highly-oxidizing acid and alkaline media, and enlarges the application range of the mass flowmeter.

Table 1: s50 comparison of corrosion resistance duration and accuracy of liquid receiving part of mass flowmeter under different conditions and different liquid receiving part materials
Figure BDA0002346388950000081
1. The test is a corrosion test which is carried out after a medium is completely contacted with a liquid receiving part of the mass flowmeter and flange ports at two ends are plugged; "-" means the mass flowmeter has a metering accuracy of greater than + -0.5% and no repeatability. The Mass accuracy of the Mass flowmeter is seriously influenced by the reduction of the Mass of the liquid receiving part (Mass, the Mass is different from Quality) of the Mass flowmeter. The corrosion of the liquid receiving part by the medium is gradually carried out from inside to outside, and macroscopically, if the corrosion of the liquid receiving part by the medium is large, the liquid receiving part can be completely corroded after a certain time, so that the leakage of the liquid receiving part is completely caused. Since the liquid-receiving portion of the mass flow meter shows a loss of the measurement accuracy at the early stage of the corrosion, it is possible to judge whether or not the target medium-butting-liquid-receiving portion is corroded from the accuracy of the mass flow meter. The transmitter of the mass flowmeter can achieve intelligent judgment and alarm in time. Therefore, whether the material of the liquid receiving part is antiseptic or not can be judged through analyzing the accuracy data before and after the test of the mass flowmeter.
TABLE 2 selection of test target media
Figure BDA0002346388950000091
Figure BDA0002346388950000101
X: the medium and the liquid receiving part are incompatible; 0: the medium and the liquid receiving part are compatible in material; -: the compatibility of the medium and the liquid receiving part material is not concluded; note: compatibility means that the medium can exist in the structure of the liquid-receiving part material for a relatively long time without being corroded.
2. Data analysis, the following conclusions can be drawn by analyzing the data in table 1:
(1) when the liquid receiving part is made of stainless steel, 3 representative media respectively corrode the stainless steel, so that the mass flow meter loses the function of accurate metering.
(2) When the liquid receiving part is made of titanium and tantalum, 2 representative media respectively corrode the titanium and the tantalum, so that the mass flow meter loses the function of accurate metering.
(3) When the liquid receiving part is made of TEFZEL material, 3 representative media do not corrode the liquid receiving part of the mass flow meter within 24 months.
(4) The liquid receiving part also improves the metering accuracy of the mass flow meter by coating TEFZEL material on a stainless steel substrate.
The above description is only for the preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the present invention in any way, and all simple modifications, equivalent changes and modifications made to the above embodiment according to the technical spirit of the present invention are within the scope of the technical solution of the present invention.
