The invention relates to a control method and a control system of an indoor air conditioner and the air conditioner, wherein the control method of the indoor air conditioner comprises the steps of detecting the humidity of an indoor environment; if the humidity of the indoor environment is judged to be smaller than the first preset value, starting atomization operation; if the humidity of the indoor environment is judged to be larger than the second preset value, the atomization operation is not started or stopped; and collecting condensed water generated by the operation of the air conditioner for atomization operation.
