The arrangement of the first spurs 101 and the second spurs 102 can effectively realize the sealing performance after the two pipelines 3 are butted and prevent the leakage after the pipelines are connected, and the arrangement of the reinforcing layer 2 can fully ensure the strength and the stability of the butted position of the pipelines.
Further, the bundle node structure in the preferred embodiment is preferably prepared in the following manner, including the steps of:

(2) Winding and bonding of the caulking ring 201 are performed
The integral rubber ring 1 is correspondingly arranged on a special die, and besides 2 connecting grooves 104 positioned at the two sides of the body, glass fiber materials are wound and bonded in other connecting grooves 104, so that the connecting grooves 104 are filled with the glass fiber materials and are flush with the peripheral wall surface of the body, and a groove filling ring 201 is formed. In a preferred embodiment, the outer peripheral wall surface of the caulking ring 201 slightly protrudes from the outer peripheral wall surface of the body, and extends to both axial sides of the notch by a certain length.
(3) Performing a wrap-around bonding of the port dam 203
Port blocking platforms 203 with certain thickness and certain length are correspondingly wound and bonded on the peripheral wall surfaces at two ends of the body; specifically, when winding and bonding the port block 203, a glass fiber material is wound and bonded in the connecting groove 104 at the end, and after the connecting groove 104 is filled, the glass fiber material is wound and extended outward in the radial direction by a certain thickness on the outer circumferential wall surface of the body, so as to form the port block 203. Obviously, the innermost side of the port block 203 is formed with a convex ring structure inserted into the end connection groove 104, thereby achieving a stable arrangement of the port block 203.
When the end part of the integral rubber ring 1 is not provided with the flanging 105, the two port blocking platforms 203 are wound and formed, and then the end parts are flush with the two side end surfaces of the integral rubber ring 1;
when the end of the integral rubber ring 1 is provided with the flange 105, the two port blocking platforms 203 are wound and formed and then are accommodated in the concave cavity formed by the flange 105 by one end of the two port blocking platforms 203, one side of each port blocking platform 203 is abutted to the inner side wall surface of the flange 105, the setting thickness of each port blocking platform 203 is equal to or slightly smaller than the radial width of the concave cavity along the integral rubber ring 1, and the outer peripheral wall surface of one end of each port blocking platform 203 is abutted to the inner side wall surface of the flange 105, which is just opposite to the outer peripheral wall surface of the integral rubber ring. Meanwhile, the length of the port stopper 203 in the axial direction is greater than the length of the flange 105 in the axial direction, that is, one side wall surface of the port stopper 203 in the axial direction abuts against the inner peripheral wall surface of the flange 105, and the other side wall surface protrudes from the end of the flange 105.
(3) The bamboo skin layer 202 is wound and bonded
After the two end blocking platforms 203 are arranged, the peripheral wall surface of the integral rubber ring 1 between the two end blocking platforms 203 is wound and bonded with a certain thickness by a bamboo skin material to form a bamboo skin layer 202.
When winding bonding thin bamboo strips layer 202, preferably twine according to the mode of "hoop thin bamboo strips layer + axial thin bamboo strips layer + hoop thin bamboo strips layer" and bond to guarantee that the outmost and the inlayer of thin bamboo strips layer 202 are hoop thin bamboo strips layer respectively, and the thickness of hoop thin bamboo strips layer is not less than half of the whole thickness of thin bamboo strips layer 202. Finally, after the bamboo skin layer 202 is wound and bonded, the outer peripheral wall surface thereof is preferably flush with the outer peripheral wall surface of the port blocking table 203.
(4) Performing the winding bonding of the outer treatment layer 204
After the formation of the thin bamboo strip layer 202 is completed, an external treatment layer 204 with a certain thickness can be further wound and bonded on the peripheral wall surface of the thin bamboo strip layer 202, and the external treatment layer can be formed by winding and bonding bamboo fiber materials and glass fiber materials, and can also be formed by winding and bonding materials such as non-woven fabrics and mesh fabrics.
When the two ends of the body are not provided with the flanges 105, the outer processing layer 204 is arranged on the peripheral wall surfaces of the port blocking platform 203 and the bamboo skin layer 202, and the end parts of the outer processing layer are flush with the two end surfaces of the two port blocking platform 203, which deviate from each other.
When both ends of the body are provided with the burring 105, since one end of the port stopper 203 protrudes from the end of the burring 105, the end of the outer treatment layer 204 can be lapped on the outer peripheral plane of the end of the port stopper 203 and abut against the end of the burring 105 with the end, as shown in fig. 1.
(5) And obtaining the reinforcing layer 2 after the port baffle table 203, the bamboo skin layer 202, the groove filling ring 201 and the outer processing layer 204 are cured and molded, and obtaining the beam section structure meeting the requirements after demolding.
The bundle section structure containing the integral rubber ring can be obtained through the preparation of the steps, the preparation method in the process is simple, the obtained bundle section structure is good in integrity, the communication and butt joint of the two pipelines can be accurately realized, and the butt joint sealing performance and accuracy of the bamboo composite pipe are guaranteed; in addition, the integral manufacturing of the rubber ring is utilized, the arrangement of the binding section lining layer can be effectively avoided, the preparation process of the binding section is simplified while the structural strength and rigidity of the binding section structure are guaranteed, the preparation difficulty of the binding section is reduced, the convenience and the reliability of the utilization of the bamboo composite pipe are improved, the application cost of the bamboo composite pipe is reduced, the application and the popularization of the bamboo composite pipe are promoted, and the bamboo composite pipe has a better application prospect and popularization value.

Claims (10)

1. A bundle section structure based on an integral rubber ring is characterized by comprising the integral rubber ring and a reinforcing layer which are sequentially arranged from inside to outside in the radial direction;
the integral rubber ring comprises a body in a tubular structure, an inner baffle table is arranged on the inner peripheral wall surface of the body along the circumferential direction, and at least one protruding thorn is arranged on each inner baffle table along two axial sides of the binding structure;
the burs are annular structures arranged along the inner circumference of the body in the circumferential direction, the outermost sides of the burs are tightly connected with the inner circumferential wall surface of the body, and the end parts of the inner sides of the burs deviate towards one side of the inner baffle table; end connecting grooves are respectively formed in the peripheral wall surfaces of the two ends of the body along the annular direction;
the reinforcing layer is wound and bonded on the peripheral wall surface of the body and comprises a bamboo skin layer and a port baffle table; the two port blocking platforms are respectively arranged on the outer peripheral wall surfaces of the two ends of the body, the two port blocking platforms respectively coat the corresponding end connecting grooves, annular convex rings are respectively formed on the inner peripheral wall surfaces of the two port blocking platforms, and the annular convex rings are embedded into the corresponding end connecting grooves; the thin bamboo strips used for weaving layer sets up two on the body periphery wall between the port keeps off the platform, and its both ends respectively the butt corresponding port keeps off the platform.
2. The integral rubber ring-based beam section structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein at least one middle connecting groove is formed in the peripheral wall surface of the body between the two port blocking platforms;
and a groove filling ring is embedded into the middle connecting groove and is formed by winding and bonding glass fiber materials, and the outer peripheral wall surface of the groove filling ring is tightly attached to and bonded with the inner peripheral wall surface of the thin bamboo strip layer.

The joint structure based on the integral rubber ring as claimed in claim 2, wherein the outer peripheral wall surface of the groove filling ring protrudes from the outer peripheral wall surface of the body, and the portion of the groove filling ring protruding from the outer peripheral wall surface of the body extends to both sides of the opening of the middle connecting groove with a certain width.
4. The integral rubber ring-based knuckle structure of claim 3, wherein the radial distance between the outer peripheral wall surface of the caulking ring and the outer peripheral wall surface of the body decreases from the middle portion to both sides.
5. The beam section structure based on the integral rubber ring according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the bamboo split layer is formed by sequentially and alternately winding and bonding a circumferential bamboo split and an axial bamboo split in the radial direction.

The bundle section structure based on the integral rubber ring according to claim 5, wherein the innermost side and the outermost side of the bamboo skin layer are respectively formed by winding and bonding circumferential bamboo skins, and the total winding thickness of the circumferential bamboo skins is not less than that of the axial bamboo skins.

The integral rubber ring-based beam section structure according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein flanges are respectively arranged at two ends of the body; the two flanges are obtained by respectively extending two ends of the body outwards along the radial direction for a certain length and then oppositely extending the two ends of the body for a certain length along the axial direction, and the axially extending length of the flanges is smaller than the axial length of the port blocking platform.
8. The integral rubber ring based knuckle structure of any one of claims 1-7, wherein the opening width of the attachment groove is less than the maximum value of the axial width of the attachment groove.
9. The integral rubber ring based knuckle structure of any one of claims 1-8, wherein the axial thickness of each location of the spurs decreases with decreasing diameter.
10. A method for preparing a bundle node structure based on an integral rubber ring, which is used for preparing the bundle node structure based on the integral rubber ring in any one of claims 1 to 9, and comprises the following steps,
(1) forming and preparing an integral rubber ring for later use, wherein an inner baffle table and a protruding thorn are arranged on the inner side of the integral rubber ring, and end connecting grooves are respectively formed in the peripheral wall surfaces of two ends of the integral rubber ring;
(2) installing the integral rubber ring on a special die, winding and bonding the material for forming the port blocking table in the connecting grooves at the two end parts respectively, and continuously forming the port blocking table on the peripheral wall surface of the body outside the connecting grooves at the end parts in a winding and bonding manner after the connecting grooves at the end parts are filled;
(3) a bamboo skin material is wound and bonded on the peripheral wall surface of the body between the two port blocking platforms to form a bamboo skin layer with two ends respectively abutted against the side wall surfaces of the port blocking platforms;
when the middle connecting grooves are formed in the peripheral wall surface of the body between the two port blocking tables, glass fiber materials are wound and bonded in the middle connecting grooves before the bamboo skin layers are wound and bonded until the middle connecting grooves are filled with the glass fiber materials;
(4) and after the port blocking table and the thin bamboo strip layer are cured and molded, obtaining a reinforcing layer which is integrated with the integral rubber ring, and then demolding to obtain the bundle section structure based on the integral rubber ring.
