本发明公开了一种高强度拉链式快速门,包括外框架、上门板和下门板,外框架采用中空长方体结构,外框体内侧分别安装左滑轨和右滑轨,上门板和下门板分别安装在外框架内部,上门板两侧分别设有与左滑轨、右滑轨滑动连接的第一滑轮,下门板两侧分别设有与左滑轨、右滑轨滑动连接的第二滑轮,上门板和下门板正对设置,上门板、下门板内侧安装有保温层,上门板、下门板外侧安装有耐磨层,本发明结构设计新颖,具有良好的抗冲击、保温、耐磨性能,延长了快速门的使用寿命。

本发明涉及快速门技术领域,具体为一种高强度拉链式快速门。
背景技术
快速门是“快速卷门”和“快速卷帘门”的简称,是快速升降的无障碍隔离门,主要功能是保温、保湿、防尘、防虫、隔音等,使车间保持恒温、恒湿、洁净的工作环境。适用于食品、医药、电子、橡胶、化工、汽车、纺织、物流等领域。
目前的快速门结构复杂,保温和耐磨性能差,容易变形,使用寿命短,因此,有必要进行改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高强度拉链式快速门,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种高强度拉链式快速门,包括外框架、上门板和下门板,所述外框架采用中空长方体结构,所述外框体内侧分别安装左滑轨和右滑轨,所述上门板和下门板分别安装在外框架内部,所述上门板两侧分别设有与左滑轨、右滑轨滑动连接的第一滑轮,所述下门板两侧分别设有与左滑轨、右滑轨滑动连接的第二滑轮,所述上门板和下门板正对设置,所述上门板、下门板内侧安装有保温层,所述上门板、下门板外侧安装有耐磨层。
优选的,所述保温层由保温材料制成,所述保温材料组份按重量份数包括聚乙烯醇缩丁醛10-18份、匀泡剂5-12份、硅油8-18份、硅藻土3-9份、活性炭5-15份、片层结构的云母粉2-8份、空心玻璃微珠4-12份、开孔膨胀珍珠岩3-9份、一氟二氯乙烷3-9份、高岭土10-20份、硅酸钠4-10份,所述保温层厚度为3mm-5mm。
优选的,所述耐磨层由耐磨材料制成,所述耐磨材料组份按重量份数包括片状刚玉10-18份、碳化硅晶粒5-15份、钛铁5-12份、碳化硅5-15份、硼砂8-15份、硅酸锆3-8份、氮化铝4-12份、氮化钛4-12份、硅微粉3-9份、纳米氧化钛3-9份、膨胀蛭石4-10份;所述耐磨层厚度为3mm-5mm。
优选的,所述上门板下端面和下门板的上端面分别安装有缓冲垫,所述缓冲垫包括第一橡胶层、第二橡胶层和泡棉垫,所述泡棉垫正面和背面分别包覆第一橡胶层和第二橡胶层,所述缓冲垫厚度为5mm-10mm。

(4)本发明采用的缓冲垫具有优异的减震和缓冲性能,减少了门板的冲击力。

本发明中,上门板2下端面和下门板3的上端面分别安装有缓冲垫9,所述缓冲垫9包括第一橡胶层10、第二橡胶层11和泡棉垫12,所述泡棉垫12正面和背面分别包覆第一橡胶层10和第二橡胶层11,所述缓冲垫9厚度为5mm-10mm。本发明采用的缓冲垫具有优异的减震和缓冲性能,减少了门板的冲击力。

保温层由保温材料制成,所述保温材料组份按重量份数包括聚乙烯醇缩丁醛10份、匀泡剂5份、硅油8份、硅藻土3份、活性炭5份、片层结构的云母粉2份、空心玻璃微珠4份、开孔膨胀珍珠岩3份、一氟二氯乙烷3份、高岭土10份、硅酸钠4份,所述保温层厚度为3mm。
耐磨层由耐磨材料制成,所述耐磨材料组份按重量份数包括片状刚玉18份、碳化硅晶粒15份、钛铁12份、碳化硅15份、硼砂15份、硅酸锆8份、氮化铝12份、氮化钛12份、硅微粉9份、纳米氧化钛3份、膨胀蛭石4份;所述耐磨层厚度为3mm。
实施例二:
保温层由保温材料制成,所述保温材料组份按重量份数包括聚乙烯醇缩丁醛18份、匀泡剂12份、硅油18份、硅藻土9份、活性炭15份、片层结构的云母粉8份、空心玻璃微珠12份、开孔膨胀珍珠岩9份、一氟二氯乙烷9份、高岭土20份、硅酸钠10份,所述保温层厚度为3mm。

本发明采用的保温层具有优异的保温隔热性能,进一步提高了门板的耐高温性能;本发明采用的耐磨材料具有良好的硬度和韧性,机械性能好,能够延长门板的使用寿命。
综上所述,本发明结构设计新颖,具有良好的抗冲击、保温、耐磨性能,延长了快速门的使用寿命。
