Claims (4)
1.一种高强度拉链式快速门,包括外框架(1)、上门板(2)和下门板(3),其特征在于:所述外框架(1)采用中空长方体结构,所述外框体(1)内侧分别安装左滑轨(4)和右滑轨(5),所述上门板(2)和下门板(3)分别安装在外框架(1)内部,所述上门板(2)两侧分别设有与左滑轨(4)、右滑轨(5)滑动连接的第一滑轮(6),所述下门板(3)两侧分别设有与左滑轨(4)、右滑轨(5)滑动连接的第二滑轮(7),所述上门板(2)和下门板(3)正对设置,所述上门板(2)、下门板(3)内侧安装有保温层(8),所述上门板(2)、下门板(3)外侧安装有耐磨层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度拉链式快速门,其特征在于:所述保温层由保温材料制成,所述保温材料组份按重量份数包括聚乙烯醇缩丁醛10-18份、匀泡剂5-12份、硅油8-18份、硅藻土3-9份、活性炭5-15份、片层结构的云母粉2-8份、空心玻璃微珠4-12份、开孔膨胀珍珠岩3-9份、一氟二氯乙烷3-9份、高岭土10-20份、硅酸钠4-10份,所述保温层厚度为3mm-5mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度拉链式快速门,其特征在于:所述耐磨层由耐磨材料制成,所述耐磨材料组份按重量份数包括片状刚玉10-18份、碳化硅晶粒5-15份、钛铁5-12份、碳化硅5-15份、硼砂8-15份、硅酸锆3-8份、氮化铝4-12份、氮化钛4-12份、硅微粉3-9份、纳米氧化钛3-9份、膨胀蛭石4-10份;所述耐磨层厚度为3mm-5mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度拉链式快速门,其特征在于:所述上门板(2)下端面和下门板(3)的上端面分别安装有缓冲垫(9),所述缓冲垫(9)包括第一橡胶层(10)、第二橡胶层(11)和泡棉垫(12),所述泡棉垫(12)正面和背面分别包覆第一橡胶层(10)和第二橡胶层(11),所述缓冲垫(9)厚度为5mm-10mm。
