Abstract
The invention discloses a composite heat-preservation color steel plate which comprises a steel plate base layer, a vacuum layer, an aerogel heat-preservation layer and a protective layer, wherein the steel plate base layer is a cold-rolled plate, the outer side of the steel plate base layer is provided with a plating layer, and the plating layer is zinc or tin; the coating comprises a steel plate base layer and is characterized in that an organic coating is arranged on the outer side of the coating and is epoxy ester, a vacuum layer is bonded on the inner side of the steel plate base layer through damping glue and is a closed double-layer organic glass, a through interface is arranged on the side wall of the vacuum layer, a valve is arranged on the interface, vacuum pumping can be performed after negative pressure equipment is connected with the interface, an aerogel heat-insulating layer is bonded on the inner side of the vacuum layer through the damping glue and comprises silica aerogel, and pre-oxidized fibers are compounded on the aerogel heat-insulating layer. The aerogel heat preservation layer is characterized in that a protective layer is attached to the inner side of the aerogel heat preservation layer, and the protective layer is epoxy acrylate photocureable coating. The composite aerogel heat-insulating layer disclosed by the invention is low in heat conductivity coefficient, has tensile and compressive strengths, and is provided with the vacuum layer, so that the heat-insulating property is improved.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of constructional engineering, and particularly relates to a composite heat-preservation color steel plate.
Background
The color steel plate is a steel plate with an organic coating, has the advantages of good corrosion resistance, bright color, beautiful appearance, convenient processing and forming, original strength of the steel plate and the like, and has lower cost. In the case of interior decoration using color steel plates, particularly in the case of walls and roofs, it is necessary to improve the heat insulating properties. The existing color steel plate is mostly provided with plastic foam between two layers of thin plates, although the cost is low, the plastic foam particles are easy to fall off after being damaged, and the heat insulation performance is influenced while the plastic foam particles are disordered. Meanwhile, the plastic foam is flammable, and the fire risk exists.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide the composite heat-insulating color steel plate which is formed by compounding the heat-insulating layer with the organic coating, reduces the heat dissipation by utilizing the vacuum layer and has excellent heat-insulating performance.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a composite heat-insulation color steel plate which comprises a steel plate base layer, a vacuum layer, an aerogel heat-insulation layer and a protective layer,
the steel plate base layer is a cold-rolled plate, a coating is arranged on the outer side of the steel plate base layer, and the coating is zinc or tin; an organic coating is arranged on the outer side of the plating layer, the organic coating is epoxy ester,
the vacuum layer is adhered to the inner side of the steel plate base layer through damping glue, the vacuum layer is a closed double-layer organic glass, the side wall of the vacuum layer is provided with a through interface, the interface is provided with a valve and can be vacuumized after being connected with the interface through negative pressure equipment,
the inner side of the vacuum layer is bonded with an aerogel heat-insulating layer through damping glue, the aerogel heat-insulating layer comprises silicon dioxide aerogel and is compounded with preoxidized fiber,
the aerogel heat preservation layer is characterized in that a protective layer is attached to the inner side of the aerogel heat preservation layer, and the protective layer is epoxy acrylate photocureable coating.
Further, the organic coating is colorless and transparent, or has a brown-yellow color.
Furthermore, the part of the vacuum layer, which is provided with the interface, is sunken inwards, so that the height of the interface is lower than that of the steel plate base layer and the aerogel heat-insulating layer.
Further, the vacuum width of the vacuum layer is larger than 1 mm.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the composite heat-preservation color steel plate is provided with the aerogel heat-preservation layer, is a solid heat-insulation material with the lowest heat conductivity coefficient in the current temperature region of about 400 ℃, has certain tensile strength and compressive strength, and improves the strength of the color steel plate; meanwhile, a vacuum layer is arranged in the composite layer, and organic glass is adopted to block heat transfer, prevent heat convection and improve heat insulation performance.

the steel plate base layer 1 is a cold-rolled plate, the outer side of the steel plate base layer is provided with a coating layer 2, and the coating layer 2 is zinc or tin; an organic coating 3 is arranged on the outer side of the plating layer 2, the organic coating 3 is epoxy ester,
the vacuum layer 4 is adhered to the inner side of the steel plate base layer 1 through damping glue, the vacuum layer 4 is a closed double-layer organic glass, a through interface 7 is arranged on the side wall of the vacuum layer 4, the interface 7 is provided with a valve, and the vacuum layer can be vacuumized after being connected with the interface 7 through negative pressure equipment,
an aerogel heat-insulating layer 5 is bonded and bonded on the inner side of the vacuum layer 4 through damping glue, the aerogel heat-insulating layer 5 comprises silicon dioxide aerogel and is compounded with pre-oxidized fibers,

In practical applications, the organic coating 3 is colorless and transparent, or has a brown-yellow color.

In practical applications, the vacuum width of the vacuum layer 4 is greater than 1 mm.
In conclusion, the color steel plate is provided with the aerogel heat-insulating layer, so that the heat conductivity coefficient is low, the tensile strength and the compressive strength are realized, and the strength of the color steel plate is improved; meanwhile, a vacuum layer is arranged in the composite layer, so that heat convection is prevented, and the heat insulation performance is improved.

The composite heat-insulating color steel plate as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the part of the vacuum layer (4) provided with the interface (7) is inwards sunken, so that the height of the interface (7) is lower than that of the steel plate base layer (1) and the aerogel heat-insulating layer (5).
4. The composite heat-insulating color steel plate as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the vacuum width of the vacuum layer (4) is more than 1 mm.
