As a specific implementation mode of the dismounting method of the highway bridge erecting machine provided by the invention, before dismounting, the highway bridge erecting machine is transversely moved to a dismounting position, and a support leg motor and a walking wheel of the highway bridge erecting machine are well cushioned and fixed; the crown block runs to a disassembly position, and the electrical equipment is disassembled after the power supply is cut off; and dismantling all the parts in reverse sequence according to the mounting steps of the highway bridge erecting machine.

As a specific implementation mode of the dismounting method of the highway bridge girder erection machine provided by the invention, the dismounting construction steps are as follows: (1) according to the construction condition of the disassembly site, the bridge girder erection machine runs to the disassembly position after the beam slab erection is completed, and is close to one side of the toilet way, so that the loading and the transferring are convenient. assembling a plurality of intermediate section beams into an intermediate beam;
hoisting the middle beam to the middle support and the rear support, wherein the middle support is fixed with the front end part of the middle beam, and the rear support is fixed with the rear end part of the middle beam;
simultaneously mounting end section beams at two ends of the middle beam until a main beam is formed;
fixing the front support leg to the front end of the main beam;
and an accessory component is arranged on the main beam.
2. The method for installing a road bridge girder erection machine according to claim 1, wherein the step of installing an accessory on the main beam specifically comprises:
and a guide beam, a lifting mechanism, electrical equipment and a lifting appliance are arranged on the main beam.

paving a front support transverse moving track on the bridge pier, wherein the distance between supporting points at two ends of the front support transverse moving track is not more than 1 m;

removing the connection relation between the front supporting legs and the main beam;
disassembling the end section beam;
removing the connection relation between the middle beam and the middle support and the rear support, and lifting the middle beam away;
removing the middle support and the rear support;
and removing the front supporting leg.
9. The method of disassembling a road bridge girder erection machine according to claim 8, wherein before disassembling the end section girder, further comprising:
and sealing the middle beam.
10. The method of disassembling a road bridge girder erection machine according to claim 9, wherein after the suspending the intermediate beam off, further comprising:
and hoisting the middle beams to the ground, and dismantling the middle section beams one by one.
