s1: firstly, coating a surface layer polyurethane slurry on a high-gloss film, and drying to form a surface layer polyurethane layer, wherein the drying temperature is kept between 110 and 120 ℃;
s2: coating the intermediate layer polyurethane slurry on the surface layer polyurethane layer, drying, and forming an intermediate polyurethane layer above the surface layer polyurethane layer, wherein the drying temperature is kept at 120-130 ℃;
s3: and coating the polyether type solvent-free polyurethane slurry on the intermediate polyurethane layer to form a polyether type solvent-free polyurethane layer, laminating the fixed-width microfiber polyurethane synthetic leather and the polyether type solvent-free polyurethane layer by using a compression roller, then sending the laminated layers into an oven for curing, rolling the laminated layers together, curing the laminated layers in a curing chamber, and finally stripping the highlight mirror surface film to obtain the solvent-free highlight paint surface microfiber polyurethane synthetic leather.

Claims (10)
1. The synthetic leather solvent-free microfiber high gloss finish polyurethane is characterized in that: the solvent-free super-fiber high-gloss finish polyurethane for the synthetic leather comprises a surface layer polyurethane layer, a middle polyurethane layer, a polyether type solvent-free polyurethane layer and super-fiber polyurethane synthetic leather, wherein:
the surface layer polyurethane layer is prepared by mixing surface layer polyurethane slurry consisting of the following components in parts by weight: 80 parts of polycaprolactone-polyether composite polyurethane resin, 10-14 parts of polyvinyl chloride powder, 1-2 parts of a microporous functional auxiliary agent, 45-60 parts of dimethylformamide, 2-4 parts of water-splashing oil agent, 12-14 parts of solvent type pigment, 0.1-0.3 part of a flatting agent and 4-6 parts of a curing agent;
the intermediate polyurethane layer is prepared by mixing intermediate polyurethane slurry consisting of the following components in parts by weight: 80 parts of polyether polyester composite polyurethane resin, 2-3 parts of microporous functional auxiliary, 1-2 parts of water-soluble functional auxiliary, 1-3 parts of water-splashing oil agent, 20-30 parts of dimethylformamide, 10-12 parts of pigment, 0.4-0.6 part of flatting agent and 4-6 parts of curing agent;
the polyether type solvent-free polyurethane layer is prepared by mixing polyether type solvent-free polyurethane slurry consisting of the following components in parts by weight: 80 parts of polytetrahydrofuran diol, 2-3 parts of microporous functional auxiliary agent, 1-2 parts of water-soluble functional auxiliary agent, 14-16 parts of chain extender, 40-50 parts of filler, 0.1-0.3 part of catalyst, 80-100 parts of isocyanate prepolymer and 4-6 parts of curing agent.

The synthetic leather solvent-free microfiber high gloss finish polyurethane of claim 1, wherein: the surface layer polyurethane layer is prepared by mixing surface layer polyurethane slurry consisting of the following components in parts by weight: 80 parts of polycaprolactone-polyether composite polyurethane resin, 12 parts of polyvinyl chloride powder, 1 part of a microporous functional assistant, 50 parts of dimethylformamide, 3 parts of a water-splashing oil agent, 13 parts of a solvent type pigment, 0.12 part of a flatting agent and 5 parts of a curing agent.

The synthetic leather solvent-free microfiber high gloss finish polyurethane of claim 1, wherein: the intermediate polyurethane layer is prepared by mixing intermediate polyurethane slurry consisting of the following components in parts by weight: 80 parts of polyether-polyester composite polyurethane resin, 2 parts of microporous functional additive, 1 part of water-soluble functional additive, 2 parts of water-splashing oil agent, 25 parts of dimethylformamide, 11 parts of pigment, 0.5 part of flatting agent and 5 parts of curing agent.

The synthetic leather solvent-free microfiber high gloss finish polyurethane of claim 1, wherein: the polyether type solvent-free polyurethane layer is prepared by mixing polyether type solvent-free polyurethane slurry consisting of the following components in parts by weight: 80 parts of polytetrahydrofuran diol, 1 part of microporous functional auxiliary, 1 part of water-soluble functional auxiliary, 15 parts of chain extender, 45 parts of filler, 0.2 part of catalyst, 90 parts of isocyanate prepolymer and 5 parts of curing agent.
5. The synthetic leather solvent-free microfiber high gloss finish polyurethane of claim 1, wherein: the water-splashing oil-splashing agent is one or a mixture of two of a salt surfactant containing long-chain alkane and a fluorine-containing surfactant.
6. The synthetic leather solvent-free microfiber high gloss finish polyurethane of claim 1, wherein: the solvent type pigment is one or the mixture of two or more of wet color paste, pigment and color master slice.
7. The synthetic leather solvent-free microfiber high gloss finish polyurethane of claim 1, wherein: the leveling agent is one or a mixture of two of a surface active agent containing organic silicon and a silicone surface active agent.
8. The synthetic leather solvent-free microfiber high gloss finish polyurethane of claim 1, wherein: the microporous functional assistant is one or the mixture of active carbon and fluff powder.
9. The synthetic leather solvent-free microfiber high gloss finish polyurethane of claim 1, wherein: the water-soluble functional auxiliary agent is one or a mixture of more than two of sulfate, hydrochloride, water-soluble protein powder and cyclodextrin.
10. A method for preparing the synthetic leather solvent-free microfiber high gloss finish polyurethane according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the method comprises the following steps:
s1: firstly, coating a surface layer polyurethane slurry on a high-gloss film, and drying to form a surface layer polyurethane layer, wherein the drying temperature is kept between 110 and 120 ℃;
s2: coating the intermediate layer polyurethane slurry on the surface layer polyurethane layer, drying, and forming an intermediate polyurethane layer above the surface layer polyurethane layer, wherein the drying temperature is kept at 120-130 ℃;
s3: and coating the polyether type solvent-free polyurethane slurry on the intermediate polyurethane layer to form a polyether type solvent-free polyurethane layer, laminating the fixed-width microfiber polyurethane synthetic leather and the polyether type solvent-free polyurethane layer by using a compression roller, then sending the laminated layers into an oven for curing, rolling the laminated layers together, curing the laminated layers in a curing chamber, and finally stripping the highlight mirror surface film to obtain the solvent-free highlight paint surface microfiber polyurethane synthetic leather.
