Because the polyurethane has good resilience, the water-proof performance is realized by adopting the side-chain fluorine-containing waterborne polyurethane to form a film, and the resilience of the fabric or the yarn can be effectively improved after the film is formed on the fabric or the yarn.
By using the hydroxyl-terminated butadiene modified polyurethane, the polyurethane can be ensured to have more functional groups to react with the fluorine-containing acrylate monomer.
Di-n-butyltin dilaurate and stannous octoate were used as catalysts.
The mass fraction of fluorine elements in the aqueous polyurethane solution containing fluorine in the side chain is more than 6 percent, and the higher the content of the fluorine elements is, the better the hydrophobic property is.
Correspondingly, the waterproof vamp provided by the invention has the advantages of good waterproof performance, good moisture permeability and air permeability, good vamp resilience and comfortable wearing for consumers.

The performance tests of the waterproof shoe uppers obtained in the three examples were carried out according to the standards, and the test results are shown in table 1.

The side chain fluorine-containing waterborne polyurethane has good water solubility and film forming performance, the side chain fluorine-containing waterborne polyurethane is used as a waterproof reagent, the side chain fluorine-containing waterborne polyurethane can enter a fiber surface layer of a fabric or yarn in the form of aqueous solution to form a waterproof film, after the side chain fluorine-containing waterborne polyurethane is heated in the pre-drying and baking processes, hydrogen bonds inside the side chain fluorine-containing waterborne polyurethane are destroyed, so that the constraint on the migration of a fluorine-containing chain segment inside the side chain fluorine-containing waterborne polyurethane is removed, the fluorine-containing chain segment can migrate to the surface of the waterproof film to form a hydrophobic layer, the waterproof effect is achieved, the air permeability of the fabric is not influenced, the process is simple, the used solvent is water, no auxiliary agent is added, the material is environment-friendly, and the energy consumption of post-treatment is low.
Because the polyurethane has good resilience, the lateral chain fluorine-containing waterborne polyurethane is adopted to form a film to realize water resistance, and the resilience of the fabric or yarn can be effectively improved after the film is formed on the fabric or yarn.
By using the hydroxyl-terminated butadiene modified polyurethane, the polyurethane can be ensured to have more functional groups to react with the fluorine-containing acrylate monomer.

A preparation method of waterproof fabric is characterized in that the fabric or yarn is soaked in modified polyurethane aqueous solution for 5-12 minutes and then taken out for pre-drying and baking to obtain the waterproof fabric or the waterproof yarn; the pre-drying temperature is 50-70 ℃, and the pre-drying time is 30-50h; the baking temperature is 80-120 ℃, and the baking time is 60-180s; the waterproof yarn is used for weaving into a waterproof fabric; the modified polyurethane aqueous solution is a side-chain fluorine-containing aqueous polyurethane aqueous solution; the side chain fluorine-containing aqueous polyurethane solution is a highly fluorinated polyurethane solution obtained by grafting a fluorine-containing acrylate monomer after hydroxyl-terminated butadiene modified polyurethane, and the mass fraction of fluorine elements in the side chain fluorine-containing aqueous polyurethane solution is more than 6%.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the polymer concentration of the aqueous solution of the aqueous polyurethane containing fluorine in the side chain is 100g/L to 150g/L.

The method for preparing a waterproof fabric according to claim 1, wherein the preparation of the highly fluorinated polyurethane aqueous solution comprises the steps of: 4, 4-dicyclohexyl methane isocyanate, hydroxyl-terminated butadiene and polyether glycol are used as raw materials and mixed, and then di-n-butyltin dilaurate and stannous octoate are added to catalyze and synthesize a waterborne polyurethane solution; mixing the aqueous polyurethane solution and the dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate for reaction to generate the highly fluorinated polyurethane aqueous solution.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the fabric is a pretreated fabric; the pretreatment comprises the steps of washing, spin-drying and drying the fabric.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the waterproof fabric is woven from one or more yarns selected from the group consisting of cotton, polyester, and spandex.
6. A waterproof upper characterized in that it is obtained from a waterproof fabric obtained by the method for the production of a waterproof fabric according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
