Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the circuit board 24 is provided with a fixing opening 241, the fixing opening 241 is provided with an adjuster 25 penetrating through the circuit board 24, the outer side wall of the adjuster 25 is circumferentially provided with at least two projections 251 at intervals, the projections 251 are provided with mounting slots 2511, and hall elements 2512 are mounted in the mounting slots 2511; the adjuster 25 has at least one first latch 252 on a side facing the circuit board 24, an inclined surface 2521 is formed on a side of the first latch 252 away from the adjuster 25, and a first slot 242 into which the first latch 252 is inserted is formed in a position of the circuit board 24 corresponding to the first latch 252.
Referring to fig. 6, the adjuster 25 has a small diameter section on a side away from the first housing 222, the small diameter section of the adjuster 25 is inserted into the circuit board 24, the small diameter section of the adjuster 25 has a first limiting portion 2522 at a position corresponding to the first slot 242, and the circuit board 24 has a first limiting groove 243 at a position corresponding to the first limiting portion 2522 for the first limiting portion 2522 to be inserted into. The small diameter section has a limiting bar 2523 at a position abutting against the circuit board 24, and the circuit board 24 is provided with a second limiting groove 244 for inserting the limiting bar 2523 at a position corresponding to the first limiting bar 2523.

Referring to fig. 8 and 9, the touching member 26 has an installation ring groove 261 in the circumferential direction of the end surface facing the circuit board 24, the touching member 26 has a limit groove 2611 in the length direction of the touching member 26 at one side of the installation ring groove 261 close to the rotating shaft 21, the touching member 26 has a magnetic block 262 mounted at the limit groove 2611, and the magnetic block 262 has a limit protrusion 2621 engaged with the limit groove 2611.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, the trip member 26 has a small diameter section at an end of the mounting ring groove 261 close to the circuit board 24, and the inner sidewall of the first limiting ring 253 has an inner ring sleeved on the small diameter section of the trip member 26. The trip 26 has an axial connection 263 on the side facing the first housing 222, into which the clamping ring 23 is inserted; the trigger 26 is provided with a third shaft sleeve 264, one end of the third shaft sleeve 264 abuts against the regulator 25, and the other end abuts against the clamp ring 23 near the first housing 222.
Referring to fig. 10 and 11, a reset mechanism is installed between the adjustment driving mechanism 2 and the rotation knob 3, and includes a reset plate 4 installed to the housing 1 by a locking bolt, a reset torsion spring 41 installed to the reset plate 4, and a catching piece 31 on the rotation knob 3.
Referring to fig. 3 and 10, the reset plate 4 is clamped in the mounting bayonet 17, the reset plate 4 has a mounting sleeve 42 and an arc-shaped piece 43 on one side facing the rotation knob 3, the mounting sleeve 42 is provided with a first shaft sleeve 421 on one end facing the rotation knob 3, the first shaft sleeve 421 has a mounting flange 4211 on one side far away from the reset plate 4, and the diameter of the cross section of the mounting flange 4211 is larger than that of the cross section of the reset torsion spring 41. The reset plate 4 is provided with limiting pieces 44 on both sides of the end surface where the mounting sleeve 42 is located.
Referring to fig. 10 and 11, the rotation knob 3 has a socket 32 fixed opposite to the rotation shaft 21 on a side facing the reset plate 4, the rotation shaft 21 penetrates the socket 32 and is inserted into the shaft sleeve, and the rotation knob 3 presses the first shaft sleeve 421 against the mounting sleeve 42. The locking piece 31 is provided on the side of the rotation knob 3 facing the reset plate 4.
Referring to fig. 10 and 11, when the reset torsion spring 41 is installed on the installation sleeve 42, the two sides of the arc-shaped piece 43 are respectively abutted to the two ends of the reset torsion spring 41, the rotary knob 3 compresses the shaft sleeve at the installation sleeve 42, the installation flange 4211 limits the reset torsion spring 41 at the installation sleeve 42, and the probability that the reset torsion spring 41 falls off from the installation sleeve 42 is reduced.
Referring to fig. 10 and 11, when the rotary knob 3 rotates, the card 31 drives one end of the reset torsion spring 41 to rotate around the rotating shaft 21, and the arrangement of the limiting piece 44 reduces the rotation angle of the reset torsion spring 41 and reduces the probability of damage to the reset torsion spring 41.
Referring to fig. 2 and 12, the circuit board 24 is provided with a first microswitch 245 having a horn function at a side facing the upper cover 11 and close to the front portion 15; the circuit board 24 is provided with a second microswitch 246 for a turtle speed function on a side facing the upper cover 11 and close to the rear portion 16.
Referring to fig. 2 and 12, the circuit board 24 is provided with a third micro switch 247 having an upright traveling function at a side facing the lower cover 12; the circuit board 24 is provided with a fourth microswitch 248 at the end remote from the front mould which activates the emergency stop mechanism. The circuit board 24 has an elastic piece 249 at each of the first microswitch 245, the second microswitch 246 and the third microswitch 247. A plurality of resilient tabs 249 each extend beyond the mounting block 22.
Referring to fig. 12 and 14, the housing 1 is provided with activation buttons, which are a first activation button 5 activating the first microswitch 245, a second activation button 6 activating the second microswitch 246 and a third activation button 7 activating the third microswitch 247, respectively.
Referring to fig. 13, 14 and 15, the first start button 5 includes two first hinge seats 51 symmetrically fixed on the end surface of the upper cover 11 facing the lower cover 12, a first reset button 52 hinged to the first hinge seats 51, and a first reset spring 53, the first reset button 52 includes a hinge portion 521, a first button plate 522 located on one side of the hinge portion 521, and a first spring seat 523 located on the other side of the hinge portion 521, one end of the first button plate 522 away from the hinge portion 521 is clamped at the upper cover 11, and the first reset spring 53 is mounted on the first spring seat 523, and one end of the first reset spring 53 away from the first spring seat 523 abuts against the upper cover 11.
Referring to fig. 13, 14 and 15, the second start button 6 includes a second hinge seat 61 fixed on the end surface of the upper cover 11 facing the lower cover 12, a second return button 62 hinged to the second hinge seat 61, and a second return spring 63 mounted on the upper cover 11, and a second spring seat 64 for mounting the second return spring 63 is provided on the top of the upper cover 11; the second start button 6 is clamped at the upper cover 11 at one end far away from the hinge seat 61.
Referring to fig. 14, 15 and 16, the third actuating button 7 includes a third hinge base 71 fixed to an end surface of the lower cover 12 facing the upper cover 11, a third return button 72 hinged to the third hinge base 71, and a third return spring 73 mounted to the lower cover 12, and a third spring seat 74 on which the third return spring 73 is mounted is provided on a bottom surface of the lower cover 12. The lower cover 12 has a third spring seat 74 to which the third return spring 73 is attached, and when the third return spring 73 is attached to the third spring seat 74, the third return spring 73 abuts against the third return button 72.
Referring to fig. 14, the third reset button 72 has a mounting bar 721 penetrating the lower cover 12 at a side facing the upper cover 11, and the mounting bar 721 has a mounting latch 722 latched at the lower cover 12.
Referring to fig. 17 and 18, the emergency stop mechanism includes an end cap 8 hinged to the rear portion 16. The end cap 8 has an insertion block 81 on a side facing the front portion 15, the insertion block 81 has a second locking block 811 on a side away from the end cap 8, the lower cover 12 is provided with a second locking groove 122 for inserting the insertion block 81, and after the insertion block 81 is inserted into the second locking groove 122, the second locking block 811 is locked on the upper cover 11.
Referring to fig. 17 and 18, at least one fixing groove 112 is formed in one side of the upper cover 11 facing the end cover 8, a fourth spring seat 113 is disposed on a bottom surface of the upper cover 11 at the fixing groove 112, a fourth return spring 114 is mounted on the fourth spring seat 113, a fifth spring seat 812 facing the fourth spring seat 113 is disposed on the end cover 8, and two ends of the fourth return spring 114 are respectively connected to the fourth spring seat 113 and the fifth spring seat 812.
The implementation principle of the embodiment is as follows:
1. the upper cover 11 and the lower cover 12 tightly press the adjusting driving mechanism 2 at the mounting cavity 13, so that the adjusting driving mechanism 2 is quickly mounted at the shell 1, and when the adjusting driving mechanism 2 is damaged, the upper cover 11 and the lower cover 12 are separated, so that the adjusting driving mechanism 2 is quickly dismounted at the shell 1;
2. the reset mechanism is arranged to reset the touch part 26 after touching the adjusting part, when the rotary knob 3 rotates, two sides of the arc-shaped piece 43 are respectively abutted against two ends of the reset torsion spring 41, so that when the knob rotates, the rotary knob 3 drives the end part of the reset torsion spring 41 to rotate, the end part of the reset torsion spring 41 drives the rotated card 31 to reset, and therefore the reset of the rotary knob 3 is realized;
3. a plurality of micro-gap switches all set up on circuit board 24, have realized the integration of a plurality of functions of electric fork-lift truck for when the staff is maintaining, a plurality of micro-gap switches are fixed in casing 1 department, have reduced and have broken away from between upper cover 11 and the lower cover 12, lead to the probability that a plurality of touch equipment drop from casing 1.

Claims (9)

1. A handle for a forklift, comprising a housing (1), the housing (1) including an upper cover (11) and a lower cover (12), the upper cover (11) and the lower cover (12) being fixed by a locking bolt, characterized in that: an installation cavity (13) is formed in front of the upper cover (11) and the lower cover (12), an adjusting driving mechanism (2) is installed in the installation cavity (13), the adjusting driving mechanism (2) comprises a rotating shaft (21), an installation seat (22) fixed on the installation cavity (13) and a circuit board (24) fixed on the installation seat (22), a fixing port (241) is formed in the circuit board (24), an adjuster (25) penetrating through the circuit board (24) is installed at the fixing port (241), and a Hall element (2512) is installed on the adjuster (25); a touch part (26) is sleeved on the rotating shaft (21), a magnetic block (262) for touching the Hall element (2512) is installed in the touch part (26), the rotating shaft (21) and the touch part (26) are relatively fixed, and the rotating shaft (21) is symmetrically provided with rotary knobs (3) which are relatively fixed with the rotating shaft (21) at the end parts of the rotating shaft (21);
the mount (22) includes a first housing (222) and a second housing (223), the circuit board (24) being disposed between the first housing (222) and the second housing (223);
at least two convex blocks (251) are arranged on the outer side wall of the regulator (25) at intervals in the circumferential direction, and mounting slot holes (2511) for mounting the Hall elements (2512) are formed in the convex blocks (251);
the adjuster (25) is provided with at least one first clamping block (252) on one side facing the circuit board (24), an inclined surface (2521) is formed on one side, away from the adjuster (25), of the first clamping block (252), and a first clamping groove (242) for the first clamping block (252) to be clamped into is formed in the position, corresponding to the first clamping block (252), of the circuit board (24);
the regulator (25) is provided with a small-diameter section at one side far away from the first shell (222), the small-diameter section is inserted into the circuit board (24), the small-diameter section is provided with a first limiting part (2522) at a position corresponding to the first clamping groove (242), and the circuit board (24) is provided with a first limiting groove (243) at a position corresponding to the first limiting part (2522) for the first limiting block to be clamped in;
the small-diameter section is provided with a first limiting strip (2523) at the position abutted with the circuit board (24), and the circuit board (24) is provided with a second limiting groove (244) for inserting the first limiting strip (2523) at the position corresponding to the first limiting strip (2523);
the inner side wall of the small-diameter section is in a step shape, the diameter of the small-diameter section is reduced towards the second shell (223) along the first shell (222), a first limiting ring (253) is installed on the inner side wall of the small-diameter section, the outer side wall and the inner side wall of the first limiting ring (253) are in the step shape, and the diameter of the small-diameter section is reduced towards the second shell (223) along the first shell (222);
the touch piece (26) penetrates through the circuit board (24), an installation ring groove (261) for installing the magnetic block (262) is formed in the end face of the touch piece (26) facing the circuit board (24) in the circumferential direction, a limiting groove (2611) is formed in one side, close to the rotating shaft (21), of the touch piece (26) along the length direction of the touch piece (26) on the installation ring groove (261), and the magnetic block (262) is provided with a limiting convex rib (2621) at a position corresponding to the limiting groove (2611);
the end part, close to the circuit board (24), of the contact piece (26) in the mounting ring groove (261) is provided with a small-diameter section, and the inner side wall of the first limiting ring (253) is provided with an inner ring sleeved on the small-diameter section;
the first shell (222) and the second shell (223) are respectively provided with a clamping ring (23) which is right opposite to the regulator (25), the first shell (222) and the second shell (223) are circumferentially provided with at least one second limiting groove (244) at the clamping ring (23) corresponding to the first shell and the second shell, the outer side wall of the clamping ring (23) is provided with second limiting blocks which are in one-to-one correspondence with the second limiting grooves (244), the clamping ring (23) is provided with a clamping part (232) at one side facing the circuit board (24), and the diameter of the clamping part (232) is larger than that of the clamping ring (23);
a second shaft sleeve (2232) is arranged on the inner side wall of the clamping ring (23) of the second shell (223), a butting ring (2233) is arranged on one side, facing the circuit board (24), of the second shaft sleeve (2232), one end of the butting ring (2233) is abutted to the clamping ring (23), the other end of the butting ring is abutted to the trigger (26), and the second shaft sleeve (2232) is sleeved on the rotating shaft (21) and inserted into the clamping ring (23);
the trip element (26) has a shaft connection (263) on the side facing the first housing (222) for inserting the clamping ring (23); and a third shaft sleeve (264) is arranged on the triggering part (26), one end of the third shaft sleeve (264) is abutted with the regulator (25), and the other end of the third shaft sleeve (264) is abutted with the clamping ring (23) close to the first shell (222).

The handle for a forklift according to claim 1, wherein: a reset mechanism is installed between the adjusting driving mechanism (2) and the rotating knob (3), the reset mechanism comprises a reset plate (4) installed at the position of the shell (1), a reset torsion spring (41) installed on the reset plate (4) and a clamping piece (31) on the rotating knob (3), an installation sleeve (42) is arranged on one side, facing the rotating knob (3), of the reset plate (4), the reset plate (4) is provided with an arc-shaped piece (43) at the top of the installation sleeve (42), the reset torsion spring (41) is sleeved on the installation sleeve (42), and two ends of the reset torsion spring (41) are respectively abutted against two sides of the arc-shaped piece (43); the rotary knob (3) is arranged on the rotating shaft (21), and two sides of the clamping piece (31) are respectively abutted against two ends of the reset torsion spring (41).
