Abstract

The card reader is an induction type IC card reader.
The communication line adopts an RS485 communication line.

(2) a fixed user downlink step:
(a) the resident sends a call signal to the elevator controller through a key on the indoor machine of the resident, and the elevator controller controls the elevator to reach the floor where the resident is located and opens the elevator door;
(b) the resident enters the lift car, a public open floor button on the inner signboard is pressed to send a signal to the elevator controller, and the elevator controller controls the elevator to reach the selected public open floor button and open the elevator door;
(3) and a resident mutual visit step:

(4) visitor uplink step:
(a) calling an indoor unit of a visited floor by a visitor through a doorway machine, and talkbacking with a resident of the indoor unit through a microphone and a loudspeaker;
(b) the resident sends the calling signal to the elevator controller through the button of the indoor machine, and after receiving the calling signal of the resident, the elevator controller controls the elevator to go down to the floor where the visitor is located, opens the elevator door, and activates the button of the floor where the resident is located on the internal calling panel;
(c) when a visitor enters the elevator car and presses a resident floor key to send a signal to the elevator controller, the elevator controller controls the elevator to reach the resident floor and opens the elevator door, and keys on other floors are invalid;
(5) and a visitor downlink step:
(a) the same procedure as fixed user downlink.
At present, because the existing elevator control system is lack of a card reader on an external calling panel, a person without a card can call the elevator to the floor where the elevator is located although the person without the card can not enter the floor without permission through the card reader on the internal calling panel, so that the elevator is in invalid operation, and unnecessary operation cost and mechanical aging are generated. After a card reader on an outbound panel is added, a person without a card can not directly call through an uplink key and a downlink key under the condition of no verification, and the key is pressed to produce no effect.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: through increasing the authentication step that needs to swipe the card on the panel card reader of calling outward, no card personnel can't directly call through the up-and-down button under not verifying the condition, press the button and can not produce any effect, can prevent that the personnel of no authority from using the elevator, improved the security of residential housing on the one hand, on the other hand has reduced elevator use number of times and cost, prevents that the elevator from ageing, extension elevator life.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, an intelligent elevator control method comprises a door machine installed outside a unit door, an indoor machine installed inside a house, an elevator controller installed inside an elevator, and an inner hall panel, wherein the door machine comprises a door machine controller, and a display, a key, a microphone, a loudspeaker and a card reader electrically connected with the door machine controller, the indoor machine comprises an indoor machine controller, and a display, a key, a microphone and a loudspeaker electrically connected with the indoor machine controller, the inner hall panel is provided with a display, a key and a card reader electrically connected with the elevator controller, a communication interface of the door machine controller is electrically connected with communication interfaces of the indoor machine controller and the elevator controller through a communication line, and further comprises an outer call controller and an outer call panel installed outside the elevator door of each floor, the communication interface of the outer call controller is electrically connected with the communication interface of the door machine controller through a communication line, the outbound panel is provided with a display, an uplink key, a downlink key and a card reader which are electrically connected with the outbound controller.
The card reader is an induction type IC card reader.
The communication line adopts an RS485 communication line.
The door phone, the indoor machine, the elevator controller, the inner calling panel, the display, the keys, the microphone, the loudspeaker, the card reader, the outer calling controller and the outer calling panel are all products sold in the market.
The card reader is a commercially available induction type IC card reader.
The elevator controller uses a commercially available ECU3200M model motherboard. It has the following technical characteristics: support for local area networks and wide area networks; the communication between the master controller and the server adopts 128-bit AES encryption to ensure the information security; the intelligent fire-fighting system has a fire-fighting linkage function, and when a fire-fighting alarm signal appears, the intelligent fire-fighting system automatically exits from the authority judgment, and all floor buttons have authority to enter and exit; possesses automatic key function. When the authority judges that the card number is swiped to the layer A only, the layer A key is automatically selected without the need of a client to click the layer A key; the device is compatible with various front-end input devices and standard RS485 card reader interfaces; the advanced process technology is adopted, and the method has the characteristics of high integration level, low power consumption, large capacity, reliable information and the like; the input interface and the output interface adopt advanced protection circuits, have the characteristics of lightning impulse resistance, instantaneous overvoltage and short circuit protection, and have strong anti-interference capability; and the elevator linkage controller is matched with the elevator linkage controller, so that the elevator can realize soft and hard linkage with the visual intercom system.
The outbound controller adopts a DT-WH-01 type outbound controller, is arranged outside an elevator car, and calls an elevator by swiping a card.
The intelligent control of the elevator is realized through the hardware foundation and the following control method:

(b) the resident enters the lift car, a public open floor button on the inner signboard is pressed to send a signal to the elevator controller, and the elevator controller controls the elevator to reach the selected public open floor button and open the elevator door;
(3) and a resident mutual visit step:
(a) the method comprises the following steps that x-layer residents want to go to the homes of y-layer residents, the x-layer residents call indoor units of the y-layer residents through the indoor units, after the indoor units of the y-layer residents receive signals, two residents talk through microphones and loudspeakers on the indoor units, and the y-layer residents open signals of y-layer keys to the x-layer residents and send the signals to an elevator controller through pressing the keys on the indoor units;
(b) the x-floor resident sends a calling call signal to the elevator controller through the keys of the indoor unit, the elevator controller controls the elevator to reach the x floor and open the elevator door, and meanwhile, the elevator controller activates the y-floor keys on the inner calling panel;
(c) the x-floor residents enter the elevator, press the y-floor keys activated on the inner call panel to send signals to the elevator controller, the elevator controller controls the elevator to reach the y floor and open the elevator door, the floor keys outside the y floor are not opened, and the user selects the keys not to respond;
(4) visitor uplink step:
(a) calling an indoor unit of a visited floor by a visitor through a doorway machine, and talkbacking with a resident of the indoor unit through a microphone and a loudspeaker;
(b) the resident sends the calling signal to the elevator controller through the button of the indoor machine, and after receiving the calling signal of the resident, the elevator controller controls the elevator to go down to the floor where the visitor is located, opens the elevator door, and activates the button of the floor where the resident is located on the internal calling panel;
(c) when a visitor enters the elevator car and presses a resident floor key to send a signal to the elevator controller, the elevator controller controls the elevator to reach the resident floor and opens the elevator door, and keys on other floors are invalid;
(5) and a visitor downlink step:
(a) the same procedure as fixed user downlink.
After the card reader on the outer calling panel is added, a card-free person can not directly call the elevator through the uplink and downlink keys without verification, the pressing of the keys can not generate any effect, the operation cost of the elevator is reduced, and the service life is prolonged.
