Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medicine packaging, in particular to a medicine bottle capable of preventing children from eating medicine by mistake.
Background
The existing medicine bottle on the market adopts a bottle cap and a bottle mouth to be of a spiral structure: screwing in the clockwise direction and unscrewing in the anticlockwise direction. The bottle is easy to open for curious children. However, even though the conventional safety medicine bottles are opened by being pressed downward, some young children can open the safety medicine bottles empirically due to their commonness. The children can even cause disability or death once the children eat the medicines by mistake with unforeseen consequences.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a medicine bottle for preventing children from eating by mistake, which aims to overcome the defect that the existing safe medicine bottle is opened after being pressed downwards, so that part of children can still open the medicine bottle due to the commonness of the safe medicine bottle and the medicine bottle cannot be effectively prevented from eating by mistake by children.
The invention provides the following technical scheme:
prevent children from eating medicine bottle by mistake, it includes the body, its characterized in that: the bottle body comprises an inner layer and an outer layer, wherein the inner layer and the outer layer are respectively provided with a first through hole and a second through hole which can be communicated, and the outer layer is movably arranged on the outer side of the inner layer; the inner layer and the outer layer are locked through a locking structure.
It is further characterized in that:
the inner layer and the outer layer are cylindrical;
the outer layer is rotatably sleeved on the inner layer outer ring;
the locking structure comprises a clamping plate, the inner layer and the outer layer are provided with a first sliding groove and a second sliding groove which can be communicated, and the clamping plate can slide to the junction of the first sliding groove and the second sliding groove from the first sliding groove;
the clamping plate is arranged on the sliding block, and the sliding block is arranged in the sliding rail arranged on the inner layer in a sliding manner;
the length of the first sliding groove is greater than or equal to that of the clamping plate;
the length of the second sliding groove is smaller than that of the clamping plate;
a spring is arranged between the sliding block and the sliding rail;
the spring is a compression spring and presses the top ends of the sliding block and the sliding rail;
the cardboard has two, set up respectively in body both sides.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
according to the invention, the first through hole and the second through hole which can be communicated are respectively arranged on the inner layer and the outer layer, and only when the locking structure is loosened and the outer layer is moved to the first through hole and the second through hole to be communicated, the medicine can be poured out from the first through hole and the second through hole, otherwise, the medicine cannot be poured out, and the opening mode is complex, so that children can be effectively prevented from eating the medicine by mistake;
compression spring's pressure can guarantee the automatic locking of cardboard, has secondly guaranteed the dead firmness of lock, avoids children to open the medicine box easily, further effectively prevents children from eating by mistake.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions of the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present invention, not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, the medicine bottle for preventing children from eating by mistake comprises a bottle body 1, wherein the bottle body 1 comprises an inner layer 11 and an outer layer 12, the inner layer 11 and the outer layer 12 are cylindrical, the outer layer 12 is rotatably sleeved on the outer ring of the inner layer 11, the inner layer 11 and the outer layer 12 are locked by a locking structure 2, and a first through hole 111 and a second through hole 121 which can be communicated are respectively formed in the inner layer 11 and the outer layer 12. The locking structure 2 comprises a clamping plate 21, the inner layer 11 and the outer layer 12 are provided with a first sliding groove 112 and a second sliding groove 122 which can be communicated, the clamping plate 21 can slide to the junction of the first sliding groove 112 and the second sliding groove 122 from the first sliding groove 112, the clamping plate 21 is installed on a sliding block 22, and the sliding block 22 is installed in a sliding rail 113 arranged on the inner layer 11 in a sliding manner. The length of the first sliding groove 112 is greater than or equal to the length of the catch plate 21, the length of the second sliding groove 122 is less than the length of the catch plate 21, a spring 23 is arranged between the slider 22 and the slide rail 113, and the spring 23 is a compression spring 23 and presses the top ends of the slider 22 and the slide rail 113. The two clamping plates 21 are respectively arranged at two sides of the bottle body 1.
According to the invention, the first through hole 111 and the second through hole 121 which can be communicated are respectively arranged on the inner layer 11 and the outer layer 12, and only when the locking structure 2 is loosened and the outer layer 12 is moved to the first through hole 111 and the second through hole 121 to be communicated, the medicine can be poured out from the first through hole 111 and the second through hole 121, otherwise, the medicine cannot be poured out, and the opening mode is complex, so that children can be effectively prevented from eating the medicine by mistake. Compression spring 23's pressure can guarantee cardboard 21 automatic locking firstly, has secondly guaranteed the dead firmness of lock, avoids children to open the medicine box easily, further effectively prevents children from eating by mistake.
