Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of protective films, in particular to a thermoplastic elastomer protective film and a process thereof.
Background
Thermoplastic elastomer TPE/TPR, also known as elastomer or elastomer. The product not only has the excellent performances of high elasticity, aging resistance and oil resistance of the traditional cross-linked vulcanized rubber, but also has the characteristics of convenient processing and wide processing mode of common plastics. The nozzle can be produced by processing modes such as injection molding, extrusion, blow molding and the like, and 100 percent of the nozzle corners are directly used for the second time after being crushed. The processing process is simplified, and the processing cost is reduced, so that the thermoplastic elastomer TPE/TPR material becomes a latest material for replacing the traditional rubber, is environment-friendly, nontoxic, comfortable in hand feeling and exquisite in appearance, and makes the product more creative. Therefore, the material is a novel synthetic material with more humanization and high grade, and is also a worldwide standard environment-friendly material; TPEs that have been produced industrially in the world are: styrenes (SBS, SIS, SEBS, SEPS), olefins (TP 0, TPV), dienes (TPB, TPI), vinyl chlorides (TPVC, TCPE), urethanes (TPU), esters (TPEE), amides (TPAE), organofluorine (TPF), silicones, and vinyls, and the like, and cover almost all fields of synthetic rubbers and synthetic resins at present.
The TPU is a thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer, is short for thermoplastic polyurethane high polymer materials, and is prepared by adding and polymerizing polyether or polyester diol, diisocyanate and a small molecular weight chain extender. The rubber has the characteristics of high modulus, high strength, high elongation, high elasticity, excellent wear resistance, low temperature resistance, no odor, no toxicity, heat seal processing and the like, has the processability of plastics and the physical and mechanical properties of rubber, and is widely applied to the fields of automobile industry, aerospace, medical treatment and health, articles for daily use and the like.
The existing TPU mould preparation process has the problems of crystal impurity points, flow marks, water ripples, low cleanliness and the like easily appearing on the surface in the preparation process, so that the requirement of high cleanliness of screen protection cannot be met, the scratch-resistant protective film products in the market can only play a role in preventing hard objects from being scratched, and if products such as mobile phones and the like slide down from hands or heavy objects fall on the screen, the screen cannot be effectively protected; the protective effect is achieved by increasing the thickness of the base material, but because the base material of the protective film is mainly PET, the thickness of the protective film is more than 100 μm, the protective film is extremely hard and is not beneficial to the later processing, and meanwhile, the hand feeling is not good when a customer uses the protective film and the skin is easily scratched, therefore, the technical personnel in the field provide the protective film of the thermoplastic elastomer and the process thereof so as to solve the problems in the background technology.
