Abstract
本发明涉及一种双层吸水的无纺布,包括第一无纺布层、第二无纺布层、第一吸水层、第二吸水层、第一活性炭无纺布层和第二活性炭无纺布层和抗撕裂层,第一活性炭无纺布层设置在第一无纺布层和第一吸水层中间,第二活性炭无纺布层设置在第二无纺布层和第二吸水层中间,抗撕裂层设置在第一吸水层和第二吸水层中间,第一吸水层和第二吸水层的材料均为脱脂棉,第一无纺布层和第二无纺布层表面均设有若干吸水孔。本发明结构简单,生产成本低,利用正反面双层吸水可以有效的增强无纺布的吸水量,提高无纺布的吸水性,同时增加的活性炭无纺布层可以有效的吸收液体所产生的细菌,达到除菌作用,干净卫生,使得无纺布可以被广泛应用。

技术领域
本发明属于无纺布技术领域,具体涉及一种双层吸水的无纺布。
背景技术
市场上的无纺布别名为不织布,虽然是布但是不经过纺织故称之为无纺布,现有的无纺布应用领域非常广泛,透气的,防撕裂的,吸水的,抗静电的等等之类,而目前市场上吸水的无纺布都是单层的,这种吸水无纺布的吸水性不强,吸水量少,使用时受到了局限性,起不到大范围的吸水作用,因此不能被广泛应用。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决上述缺陷,提供了一种双层吸水的无纺布。
为了克服背景技术中存在的缺陷,本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种双层吸水的无纺布,包括第一无纺布层、第二无纺布层、第一吸水层、第二吸水层、第一活性炭无纺布层和第二活性炭无纺布层和抗撕裂层,所述第一活性炭无纺布层设置在第一无纺布层和第一吸水层中间,所述第二活性炭无纺布层设置在第二无纺布层和第二吸水层中间,所述抗撕裂层设置在第一吸水层和第二吸水层中间。
在本发明的一个较佳实施例中,所述第一吸水层和第二吸水层的材料均为脱脂棉,这种材料成本低,吸水量高,吸水性快,物美价廉。
在本发明的一个较佳实施例中,所述第一无纺布层和第二无纺布层表面均设有若干吸水孔,这种吸水孔起到快速吸水的效果,提高了吸水效率。
本发明的有益效果是:结构简单,生产成本低,利用正反面可以进行双层吸水,有效的提高了吸水性,增加了吸水量,活性炭无纺布层可以有效的吸收液体所产生的细菌,达到除菌作用,干净卫生,中间的抗撕裂层可以提高无纺布的抗拉、抗撕裂强度,延长无纺布的使用周期。

下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
如图1所示,一种双层吸水的无纺布,包括第一无纺布层1、第二无纺布层2、第一吸水层5、第二吸水层6、第一活性炭无纺布层3和第二活性炭无纺布层4和抗撕裂层7,所述第一活性炭无纺布层3设置在第一无纺布层1和第一吸水层5中间,所述第二活性炭无纺布层4设置在第二无纺布层2和第二吸水层6中间,所述抗撕裂层7设置在第一吸水层5和第二吸水层6中间。
在本发明的一个较佳实施例中,所述第一吸水层5和第二吸水层6的材料均为脱脂棉。
在本发明的一个较佳实施例中,所述第一无纺布层1和第二无纺布层2表面均设有若干吸水孔。

1.一种双层吸水的无纺布,其特征在于:包括第一无纺布层、第二无纺布层、第一吸水层、第二吸水层、第一活性炭无纺布层和第二活性炭无纺布层和抗撕裂层,所述第一活性炭无纺布层设置在第一无纺布层和第一吸水层中间,所述第二活性炭无纺布层设置在第二无纺布层和第二吸水层中间,所述抗撕裂层设置在第一吸水层和第二吸水层中间。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种双层吸水的无纺布,其特征在于:所述第一吸水层和第二吸层的材料均为脱脂棉。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种双层吸水的无纺布,其特征在于:所述第一无纺布层和第二无纺布层表面均设有若干吸水孔。
