本发明涉及一种双层吸水的无纺布，包括第一无纺布层、第二无纺布层、第一吸水层、第二吸水层、第一活性炭无纺布层和第二活性炭无纺布层和抗撕裂层，第一活性炭无纺布层设置在第一无纺布层和第一吸水层中间，第二活性炭无纺布层设置在第二无纺布层和第二吸水层中间，抗撕裂层设置在第一吸水层和第二吸水层中间，第一吸水层和第二吸水层的材料均为脱脂棉，第一无纺布层和第二无纺布层表面均设有若干吸水孔。本发明结构简单，生产成本低，利用正反面双层吸水可以有效的增强无纺布的吸水量，提高无纺布的吸水性，同时增加的活性炭无纺布层可以有效的吸收液体所产生的细菌，达到除菌作用，干净卫生，使得无纺布可以被广泛应用。

技术领域
本发明属于无纺布技术领域，具体涉及一种双层吸水的无纺布。
背景技术
市场上的无纺布别名为不织布，虽然是布但是不经过纺织故称之为无纺布，现有的无纺布应用领域非常广泛，透气的，防撕裂的，吸水的，抗静电的等等之类，而目前市场上吸水的无纺布都是单层的，这种吸水无纺布的吸水性不强，吸水量少，使用时受到了局限性，起不到大范围的吸水作用，因此不能被广泛应用。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决上述缺陷，提供了一种双层吸水的无纺布。
为了克服背景技术中存在的缺陷，本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种双层吸水的无纺布，包括第一无纺布层、第二无纺布层、第一吸水层、第二吸水层、第一活性炭无纺布层和第二活性炭无纺布层和抗撕裂层，所述第一活性炭无纺布层设置在第一无纺布层和第一吸水层中间，所述第二活性炭无纺布层设置在第二无纺布层和第二吸水层中间，所述抗撕裂层设置在第一吸水层和第二吸水层中间。
在本发明的一个较佳实施例中，所述第一吸水层和第二吸水层的材料均为脱脂棉，这种材料成本低，吸水量高，吸水性快，物美价廉。
在本发明的一个较佳实施例中，所述第一无纺布层和第二无纺布层表面均设有若干吸水孔，这种吸水孔起到快速吸水的效果，提高了吸水效率。
本发明的有益效果是：结构简单，生产成本低，利用正反面可以进行双层吸水，有效的提高了吸水性，增加了吸水量，活性炭无纺布层可以有效的吸收液体所产生的细菌，达到除菌作用，干净卫生，中间的抗撕裂层可以提高无纺布的抗拉、抗撕裂强度，延长无纺布的使用周期。

如图1所示，一种双层吸水的无纺布，包括第一无纺布层1、第二无纺布层2、第一吸水层5、第二吸水层6、第一活性炭无纺布层3和第二活性炭无纺布层4和抗撕裂层7，所述第一活性炭无纺布层3设置在第一无纺布层1和第一吸水层5中间，所述第二活性炭无纺布层4设置在第二无纺布层2和第二吸水层6中间，所述抗撕裂层7设置在第一吸水层5和第二吸水层6中间。
在本发明的一个较佳实施例中，所述第一吸水层5和第二吸水层6的材料均为脱脂棉。
在本发明的一个较佳实施例中，所述第一无纺布层1和第二无纺布层2表面均设有若干吸水孔。

1.一种双层吸水的无纺布，其特征在于：包括第一无纺布层、第二无纺布层、第一吸水层、第二吸水层、第一活性炭无纺布层和第二活性炭无纺布层和抗撕裂层，所述第一活性炭无纺布层设置在第一无纺布层和第一吸水层中间，所述第二活性炭无纺布层设置在第二无纺布层和第二吸水层中间，所述抗撕裂层设置在第一吸水层和第二吸水层中间。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种双层吸水的无纺布，其特征在于：所述第一吸水层和第二吸层的材料均为脱脂棉。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种双层吸水的无纺布，其特征在于：所述第一无纺布层和第二无纺布层表面均设有若干吸水孔。
