Abstract
The invention provides a novel metal rubber separator for a waste rubber track. It is mainly composed of machine base, rollers, speed variator, motor and two forward and backward switches, on the two rollers are respectively set mutually-reversed grabs, in addition, it is equipped with portable electric heating cutter. By adopting the arrangement, the metal and the rubber of the waste rubber track can be separated and recycled, thereby being beneficial to economy and environmental protection.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a waste rubber product recovery device, in particular to a waste rubber crawler metal rubber separator. Background
With the demand of economic development, machines such as harvesters and excavators using rubber tracks are increasing, and with the increase of waste rubber tracks, how to utilize the waste rubber tracks in an environment-friendly and economic way is a major problem at present. The rubber crawler belt is formed by gluing metal and rubber, so that the waste rubber crawler belt can not be recycled as metal or rubber, is generally burnt as fuel at present, and is neither economical nor environment-friendly. There is a great need in the society for a machine that can separate the metal and rubber of the waste rubber crawler belt, so that the metal and rubber can be recycled and have a recycling benefit.
Disclosure of Invention
The task of the present invention is to provide a machine that is able to separate the metal and the rubber of the waste rubber track.
The solution is as follows: the separator consists of a machine base, two rollers, two speed changers, two motors and two reversing switches, wherein the two rollers are respectively provided with mutually reverse grapples and are matched with a portable electric heating cutter.
By adopting the scheme, the metal and rubber separation of the waste rubber track can be realized.
Drawings
The invention will be further elucidated with reference to the embodiments described in the following figures.
FIG. 1: the top view of the embodiment is schematically shown;
FIG. 2: the front view of the embodiment is schematically shown.
In the figure: 1. the reversing switch 2, the base 3, the roller 4, the grapple 5, the belt pulley 6, the speed changer 7 and the motor.
Detailed Description
With reference to the accompanying drawings: the automatic transmission comprises a base (2), two rollers (3), two transmissions (6), two motors (7) and two reversing switches (1). The two rollers (3) are respectively provided with eagle claw-shaped grapples (4) which are opposite to each other, and a portable electric heating cutter (not shown) is additionally matched. The motor (7) adopts a three-phase motor, so that the rotation direction can be conveniently converted. The belt pulley (5) is connected with the motor (7) by a rubber belt.
The rubber crawler belt is a rubber compound formed by wrapping a steel wire belt and a crawler belt tooth iron core by rubber, and the separator is used for separating the rubber at the outer layer from the steel wire belt and the crawler belt tooth iron core at the inner layer. When the device is operated, the waste rubber track to be separated is cut off, a small section of the rubber track is peeled off at any fracture by a sharp knife, then the peeled layers are respectively buckled and hung on eagle claw-shaped grapples (4) of two rollers (3), two reversing switches (1) are opened (the rotating directions are simultaneously adjusted to enable the two rollers (3) to rotate in the reverse direction), a motor (7) is started to drive a belt pulley (5) to rotate through an adhesive tape, the speed is changed through a speed changer (6), the two rollers (3) rotate in the reverse direction, the two rollers (3) are used for grabbing the two peeled layers to rotate in the reverse direction through the eagle claw-shaped grapples (4), and meanwhile, an operator uses a portable electric heating cutting knife to assist in cutting and peeling openings to peel. For some materials to be separated which are not firmly gripped by the hawk claw-shaped gripping hook (4), a steel rope with a hook can be used for assisting the gripping.
By using the embodiment, the metal and the rubber of the waste rubber crawler belt can be separated and utilized respectively. The rubber can be granulated and pulverized to become industrial raw materials, and the metal can also be recycled and comprehensively utilized. By adopting the technology, the economic benefit of the waste rubber track can be greatly improved, the environmental protection pressure is reduced, the country and the people are benefited, the society is benefited, and the economic value and the environmental protection value are higher.
Claims (2)
1. A waste rubber product recovery device, in particular to a waste rubber track metal rubber separator, which is characterized in that: the separator consists of a machine base, two rollers, two speed changers, two motors and two reversing switches, wherein the two rollers are respectively provided with mutually reverse grapples and are matched with a portable electric heating cutter.
2. The metal-rubber separator of waste rubber track as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the motor adopts a three-phase motor.
