mixing 40g of potassium hydroxide and 800g of distilled water in a beaker, adding the oxidation-treated wood chips into the beaker, covering the beaker with a preservative film, carrying out alkali treatment in a constant-temperature water bath at 90 ℃ for 0.5h, taking out the alkali-treated wood chips, soaking the alkali-treated wood chips in distilled water for 6h, soaking the alkali-treated wood chips in mineral water for 9h, changing the water every 3h in the process of soaking the alkali-treated wood chips in the mineral water, washing the soaked wood chips with the mineral water to make the washed wood chips neutral, clamping the obtained wood chips into a glass plate, drying the dried wood chips, adhering a layer of non-woven fabric on the back of the dried wood chips, and cutting the wood chips into the size of 180 multiplied by 20mm in length to obtain the pinus sylvestris barrel, wherein the material diagram is shown in figure 1, and the real diagram of the calligraphy works using the pinus sylvestris barrel is shown in figure 2.
Example 2
The pinus sylvestris wooden slip is prepared by the method of example 1, except that the volume of glacial acetic acid added each time is 5mL during the oxidation treatment; after a layer of nonwoven fabric was adhered to the back surface of the dried wood chips, the obtained wood chips were dyed and cut into a size of 180 × 20mm in length × width to obtain a pinus sylvestris barrel.
Example 3
Referring to the method of example 1, a pinus sylvestris wooden slip is prepared, except that in the alkali treatment process, the potassium hydroxide solution is prepared by 80g of potassium hydroxide and 800g of distilled water; and adhering a layer of non-woven fabric on the back surface of the dried wood chip, performing antiseptic treatment on the obtained wood chip, performing surface coating on the antiseptic treated wood chip by using wood wax oil, and cutting into the size of 180 multiplied by 20mm to obtain the pinus sylvestris wood slip.
From the above examples, it can be seen that the manufacturing of the wooden slip provided by the present invention is different from the complicated chemical preparation process of the common paper, but the lignin and the hemicellulose in the wood chips are removed through simple chemical treatment, because the lignin has large hardness and deep color, the flexibility of the wood chips can be improved after the lignin is removed, the hardness of the wood chips is reduced, the wood chips can be changed into white color after the hemicellulose is removed, and the natural texture and comfortable texture of the wood chips are displayed, so that the use feeling close to nature is provided for people. The wooden slip provided by the invention can meet the requirements of writing or drawing, can be dyed, oiled, fireproof and waterproof according to different requirements, has higher ornamental and collection values, is simple and safe in operation process, and meets the requirements of people on the environmental protection performance of products. In addition, the raw materials adopted in the invention have the advantages of low cost, wide sources, multiple types, reproducibility and the like, and the wood chips have wide size range, can be randomly customized and cut into required sizes according to requirements, are favorable for realizing industrial large-scale treatment, and can meet the requirements of most consumers.

Claims (9)

1. The preparation method of the wooden slip is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) rotary cutting the log to obtain wood chips;
(2) carrying out oxidation treatment on the wood chips in the step (1) by using an acidified sodium chlorite solution to obtain oxidation-treated wood chips;
(3) performing alkali treatment on the wood chips subjected to oxidation treatment in the step (2) by using a potassium hydroxide solution to obtain alkali-treated wood chips;
(4) washing the alkali-treated wood chips in the step (3) to be neutral, and drying to obtain the wood slips;
the step (2) specifically comprises: placing the wood chips into a beaker containing water, adding sodium chlorite and glacial acetic acid, then carrying out oxidation treatment, and repeating the operations of adding sodium chlorite and glacial acetic acid and oxidation treatment to obtain oxidation-treated wood chips; adding sodium chlorite and glacial acetic acid, and carrying out oxidation treatment for 2-10 times;
the dosage ratio of the water to the sodium chlorite and the glacial acetic acid added in each time is 1500 g: 15 g: 3-5 mL.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the raw wood in step (1) comprises at least one of poplar, pine, and eucalyptus.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the thickness of the wood chips in the step (1) is 0.2 to 5.0 mm.
4. The preparation method according to claim 1, wherein the temperature of the oxidation treatment is 50 to 90 ℃, and the time of the single oxidation treatment is 0.5 to 5 hours.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein the concentration of the potassium hydroxide solution in the step (3) is 1 to 10 wt.%; the temperature of the alkali treatment is 50-100 ℃, and the time is 0.5-2 h.
6. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the step (4) further comprises, after drying, adhering a nonwoven fabric to one surface of the obtained wood chips.
7. The method according to claim 6, further comprising at least one of dyeing, oiling, preservative and fire-proof treatments after the non-woven fabric is adhered to one surface of the obtained wood chips after the drying.
8. The obtained wooden slip by the preparation method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
9. Use of the wooden slips of claim 8 as carriers for writing or painting.
