As shown in fig. 1 to 7, the bearing seat 21 has a vertical sleeve portion 212, the wheel seat 22 is rotatably provided on the sleeve portion 212 through a bearing set (24, 25), the fork portion 224 of the wheel seat 22 is obliquely arranged, and the wheel 23 is mounted at the bottom of the fork portion 224 and does not interfere with the lower portion of the inner hole of the sleeve portion 212. Fig. 7 is an alternative embodiment of the wheel seat 22, and the fork portion 224 of the wheel seat 22 for mounting the wheel 23 can also adopt other various prior art structures as long as the functional requirements are met, so that the wheel 23 does not interfere with the lower part of the inner hole of the sleeve portion 212.
As shown in fig. 2 to 6, the lifting column 31 slidably passes through the inner hole of the sleeve portion 212, the bottom end of the lifting column 31 is provided with a rubber sleeve 34, and a hexagonal shaft section 311 is provided above the rubber sleeve 34. As shown in fig. 2 to 6 and 9, the lifting sleeve 32 is screwed to the lifting column 31. As shown in fig. 2 to 6, 9 and 10, a compression spring 35 is sleeved on the upper portion of the lifting column 31, the upper end of the compression spring 35 is pressed against the chassis 10, the lower end of the compression spring presses the lifting sleeve 32 against the bearing seat 21, the swing arm 33 is mounted on the chassis 10 and can rotate in a vertical plane, and the front end 331 of the swing arm 33 is matched with the lifting sleeve 32.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5 and fig. 10 to 13, the step button 42 has a receiving cavity 421, and is disposed on the cover 41 or the chassis 10 in a vertically sliding manner, the lower end of the step button 42 is engaged with the tail ends 333 of the two swing arms 33 symmetrically disposed, the lower end of the locking rod 43 is rotatably disposed in the receiving cavity 421, the upper end of the locking rod is provided with a protrusion block 431 toward the mouth of the receiving cavity 421 by the elastic element 44, and the step button 42 is pressed down and then is supported by the protrusion block 431 and the opening of the cover 41.
