Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of oral restoration and discloses an integrated implant rod, a fixed denture and a forming method. Compared with the prior art, the integrated implant rod, the fixed denture and the forming method provided by the invention have the advantages that the provided integrated implant rod is designed based on the oral cavity of a patient, an implanted implant is matched, a plurality of missing teeth are covered at one time, when the patient bites, the biting force is dispersed to the whole integrated implant rod and borne by the whole body, the problems of damage, fracture and the like caused by uneven stress can be avoided, and the structure of the implanted tooth is optimized.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of oral restoration, in particular to a dental implant technology.
Background
With the continuous improvement of the living standard and the computer technology of people, the technology of combining CAD/CAM (computer aided manufacturing) to implant the tooth through numerical control processing technology or 3D metal printing becomes more and more mature technology in the field of oral medicine. The dental implant structure generally includes an implant, which is implanted in a jawbone, an abutment through which a set screw is fixed to the implant, and a crown which is mounted to the abutment.
When a plurality of continuous teeth are missing, the implant crown bridge can be adopted to cross the missing teeth to supplement a plurality of teeth at one time. However, in the occlusion process, occlusion force is almost applied to the crown of the implant, and missing teeth cause uneven dispersion of occlusion force, which easily leads to breakage of the crown bridge of the implant. Therefore, existing dental implant structures and techniques for bonding to implants are still in need of improvement and development.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an integrated implant rod, a fixed denture and a forming method, and aims to solve the problem that an implant crown bridge in the prior art is easy to break due to nonuniform occlusal force dispersion during occlusion.
The invention is realized in such a way that an integrated implant rod is provided, and the integrated implant rod comprises a body extending along the positions of a plurality of missing teeth on a teethridge, wherein a plurality of fixing interfaces used for matching implants are arranged on the body, and the positions of the fixing interfaces correspond to the implant positions of the implants on the teethridge.
Preferably, the cross section of the body is rectangular or trapezoidal.
Preferably, the end face of the body is provided with a groove.
Preferably, the surface of the body is smooth or sand-blasted rough.
Preferably, the body is of a single structure or a multi-stage structure.
The invention also provides a fixed denture which comprises a prosthesis, a plurality of implants implanted into the jaw bone and the integrated implant rod, wherein the body is fixed with the implants through the fixing interfaces, and the prosthesis is fixed on the body.
Preferably, the prosthesis has a groove for the body to be embedded and attached.
The invention also provides a forming method of the integrated implant rod, which comprises the following steps: acquiring the data of the healed oral cavity of a patient after an operation, and acquiring the occlusion height, the arch radian and the occlusion relation of the dental arch, the number and the position of the implants;
and determining the height, length, width and radian of the integrated implant rod according to the data, and determining the positions and the number of the fixed interfaces matched with a plurality of implants.
Preferably, the method comprises the steps of taking a model of an oral cavity which is healed through a patient operation, taking out biting wax after determining the occlusion height, the arch radian and the occlusion relation in the mouth of the patient, performing reverse molding through the model and the implant, and determining the height, the length, the width and the radian of the integrated implant rod through the biting wax.
Preferably, after the design parameters of the integrated implant rod are automatically programmed, the integrated implant rod is manufactured and molded through a numerical control machine or a 3D printer.
Compared with the prior art, the integrated implant rod, the fixed denture and the forming method provided by the invention have the advantages that the provided integrated implant rod is designed based on the oral cavity of a patient, an implanted implant is matched, a plurality of missing teeth are covered at one time, when the patient bites, the biting force is dispersed to the whole integrated implant rod and borne by the whole body, the problems of damage, fracture and the like caused by uneven stress can be avoided, and the structure of the implanted tooth is optimized.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
The implementation of the present embodiment is described in detail below with reference to specific drawings.
Example one
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the present embodiment provides a one-piece implant rod including a body 2. The body 2 extends along a plurality of missing tooth positions on the teethridge and is provided with a plurality of fixed interfaces 21 for matching the implants 11 implanted into the jawbone 1, and the positions of the fixed interfaces 21 correspond to the implantation positions of the implants 11 on the teethridge.
Because the body 2 of the integrated implant rod is matched and fixed with the plurality of implants 11, the body can be designed in a customized manner according to the actual occlusion height, the arch radian and the occlusion relation of a patient, the positions, the number and other parameters of the implanted implants 11, and a plurality of missing teeth can be covered at one time. When a patient bites, the biting force is dispersed to the whole integrated implant rod and then dispersed to various implants 11, so that the biting force can be dispersed uniformly, the problems of breakage, damage and the like caused by overlarge local stress are avoided, and the dental implant structure in the prior art is optimized.
Preferably, the cross section of the body 2 is rectangular, such as square, rectangle, etc., in other embodiments, other shapes such as trapezoid are also possible, and it is sufficient to adapt to the oral environment and keep the structure stable.
Optionally, the end face of the body 2 is provided with a groove, so that the fixing strength of the prosthesis 3 can be increased. Example two
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the present embodiment provides a fixed denture including a prosthesis 3, a plurality of implants 11 implanted in a jawbone 1, and the above-described integrated implant rod. The body 2 of the integrated implant rod is fixed with various implants 11 through a fixing interface 21, and the prosthesis 3 is fixed on the body 2.
When the patient bites, the biting force is transmitted to the integrated implant rod through the prosthesis 3, and the integrated implant rod is of an integral structure and is fixedly connected to the plurality of implants 11, so that the biting force can be effectively and uniformly dispersed, and the phenomenon that the local stress is too large to cause fracture or damage is avoided.
Preferably, the prosthesis 3 has a mounting groove 31 into which the body 2 can be inserted and attached. After the integrated implant rod is installed on various implants 11, the prosthesis 3 is sleeved outside the integrated implant rod and fixed with the integrated implant rod, namely a false tooth is formed, and the operation is simple and the fixation is firm.

the collected data are transmitted to an oral cavity manufacturing center for designing a module, the height, the length, the width and the radian of the integrated implant rod are determined, and the positions and the number of the fixed interfaces 21 matched with the plurality of implants 11 are determined.
Through gathering patient's oral cavity data, customize the integral type plant pole specially to guarantee that integral type plant pole and a plurality of implants 11 of implanting match each other, make the integral type plant pole can furthest match the oral cavity environment who adapts to the patient. In designing the one-piece implant stem, the surface thereof may be smooth, may be designed to have grooves 31 by CAD, may be formed with grooves 31 by post-processing and/or may be roughened by sand blasting to facilitate bonding with the prosthesis 3.
And after the design parameters of the integrated implant rod are determined, the integrated implant rod is imported into numerical control machining automatic programming software of a digital clinical machining module to carry out digital machining automatic programming. And then, finishing the processing of the integrated implant rod by using a numerical control machine tool technology, and manufacturing and molding the integrated implant rod. In other embodiments, the integrated implant rod can be printed, manufactured and molded by a 3D printing technology.
After the integrated implant rod is formed, whether the fixing interface 21 of the manufactured integrated implant rod and the implant 11 implanted by the patient in the operation are tightly attached to be in place or not is checked, if the matching error between the fixing interface 21 and the implant 11 exceeds the design value, the error position and the specific numerical value are acquired, and the design parameters of the integrated implant rod are modified again to enable the integrated implant rod and the implant 11 to be fully tightly attached to be in place.
The fixation interface 21 of the completed one-piece implant stem is checked for matching with the system of the implant 11 implanted at the time of the patient's surgery, and if not, the fixation interface 21 of the one-piece implant stem needs to be redesigned or modified.
Example four
The embodiment provides another integrated implant rod forming method, which is different from the third embodiment in that a healed oral cavity model is obtained through a patient operation, biting wax is taken out after determining the occlusion height, the arch radian and the occlusion relation in the mouth of a patient, and the biting wax and the system accessories of the implant 11 matched with the system interface of the implant 11 in the mouth of the patient are sent to an oral cavity manufacturing center together. The model and the system fittings of the implant 11 are taken for reverse molding, and the occlusion relation and the occlusion height are determined according to the provided occlusion wax, and the height, the length, the width and the radian of the integrated implant rod are designed as design parameters.
In the embodiment, the design parameters of the integrated implant rod are determined by adopting a model reverse mode, so that the similar technical effects are achieved, and the third embodiment is specifically referred to.

Claims (10)
1. 7. The denture of claim 6, wherein said prosthesis has a mounting groove into which said body fits and clings.

The forming method is used for designing and forming the integrated implant rod and is characterized by acquiring the data of the healed oral cavity of a patient after an operation and acquiring the occlusion height, the arch radian and the occlusion relation as well as the number and the position of the implants;
and determining the height, the length, the width and the radian of the integrated implant rod according to the data, and determining the positions and the number of the fixed interfaces matched with a plurality of implants.
9. The molding method according to claim 8, wherein the model is taken by the patient operating the oral cavity which has healed, the wax bite is taken after determining the bite height, arch curvature and bite relationship in the patient's mouth, and the height, length, width, curvature of the integrated implant stem are determined by the model and the implant reverse mold in combination with the wax bite.
10. The molding method according to claim 8 or 9, wherein the one-piece implant rod is molded by a numerical control machine or a 3D printer after the design parameters of the one-piece implant rod are automatically programmed.
