The monitoring module takes an embedded processor and an ADPD188GG optical monitoring sensor of ADI company as core development, and a related processing DSP algorithm is added to form the internal fistula pulsation and tremor monitoring module. The ADPD188GG sensor collects original pulse signals and carries out initial signal filtering, and on the basis of the embedded processor, an internal fistula pulse signal and an internal fistula tremor signal are separated from the original signals through a DSP algorithm, so that the conditions of internal fistula pulse and internal fistula tremor can be monitored respectively.
The invention has the monitoring and protecting functions, and the arteriovenous internal fistula of a hemodialysis patient is perfectly monitored and protected, so that the service life of a 'life line' is prolonged; the hemodialysis patient is favorably ensured that the vascular access function is complete, and the dialysis quality and the life quality of the patient are improved. Meanwhile, the waste of blood vessel resources of hemodialysis patients can be avoided, medical resources are saved, hospitalization is reduced, and the psychological pressure and the family burden of the hemodialysis patients are relieved.
The present invention may be embodied in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or essential attributes thereof, and it is therefore intended that all such changes and modifications as fall within the true spirit and scope of the invention be considered as within the following claims.
Claims (10)
1. Many function monitoring wrist band of hemodialysis patient arteriovenous internal fistula, its characterized in that: including the wrist strap, the skin side of wrist strap is equipped with internal fistula monitoring module, internal fistula monitoring module includes internal fistula natural blood flow monitor, internal fistula tremble and internal fistula pulsation monitoring module, is equipped with alarm device, display and controller on the wrist strap, internal fistula monitoring module, display and alarm device all with the controller electric connection.

The multifunctional monitoring wrist band for the arteriovenous internal fistula of the hemodialysis patient as set forth in claim 1, which is characterized in that: the alarm device comprises a first alarm prompter for alarming when the pulsation of the internal fistula is weakened or disappears and a second alarm prompter for alarming when the tremor of the internal fistula is weakened or disappears.

The multifunctional monitoring wrist band for the arteriovenous internal fistula of the hemodialysis patient according to claim 1 or 2, which is characterized in that: the skin side of wrist strap is equipped with the temperature-sensing ware that is used for monitoring internal fistula department limbs temperature, temperature-sensing ware and controller electric connection.

The multifunctional monitoring wrist band for the arteriovenous internal fistula of the hemodialysis patient as set forth in claim 3, which is characterized in that: the alarm device comprises a third alarm prompter for alarming when the monitoring temperature is higher than the preset temperature.
5. The multifunctional monitoring wrist band for the arteriovenous internal fistula of the hemodialysis patient as claimed in claim 1, 2 or 4, which is characterized in that: the alarm device is a sound and light alarm device.
6. The multifunctional monitoring wrist band for the arteriovenous internal fistula of the hemodialysis patient as set forth in claim 1, which is characterized in that: the outer surface of the wrist strap is provided with an elastic buffer layer.
7. The multifunctional monitoring wrist band for the arteriovenous internal fistula of the hemodialysis patient as set forth in claim 1, which is characterized in that: the display and the alarm device are arranged on the outer surface of the elastic buffer layer.

The multifunctional monitoring wrist band for the arteriovenous internal fistula of the hemodialysis patient as set forth in claim 1, which is characterized in that: the wrist strap is provided with a wireless communication module, and the wireless communication module is electrically connected with the controller.
9. The multifunctional monitoring wrist band for the arteriovenous internal fistula of the hemodialysis patient as set forth in claim 1, which is characterized in that: the length of the wrist band along the arm direction is 18cm-20 cm.

The multifunctional monitoring wrist band for the arteriovenous internal fistula of the hemodialysis patient according to claim 1 or 8, which is characterized in that: it still includes the vascular wall thickness monitoring module that is used for monitoring internal fistula vascular wall thickness, vascular wall thickness monitoring module and controller electric connection.
