The uterus expanding suction module 4 controls the work of the uterus expanding suction module 4 through a pedal plate 12, the uterus expanding suction module 4 is in communication connection with the pedal plate 12, and after a medical worker inserts a hysteroscope into a focus of a uterine cavity of a patient, the uterus expanding suction module 4 can work only by slightly stepping on the pedal plate 12 with a foot, so that the work of the uterus expanding pump 10 and the suction pump 11 is controlled.
The working principle of the control system is as follows: when medical personnel inspect and treat the uterine cavity of a patient, firstly, the hysteroscope 8 is inserted into the image processing module 1, the hysteroscope 8 is connected with the image processing module 1 in a communication way, the received ID number information is sent to the control module 7 by the image processing module 1, meanwhile, the two-dimensional code information pasted on the hysteroscope 8 is scanned by the scanning gun and is sent to the control module 7, the control module 7 sends the received ID number and the two-dimensional code information to the disposable hysteroscope authentication module 5 to judge whether the hysteroscope 8 is used for the first time or not, and the disposable hysteroscope authentication module 5 feeds the detection result back to the control module 7.
If the endoscope is used for the first time, the control module 7 sends the relevant information to the image processing module 1, the image processing module 1 controls the display screen 2 to open and display the image content shot by the hysteroscope 8, then the medical staff inserts the hysteroscope 8 into the focus of the uterine cavity of the patient, then the uterus expanding suction module 4 can work by slightly stepping on the pedal 12 by feet, the uterus expanding suction module 4 firstly controls the uterus expanding pump 10 to work, so that the uterus expanding liquid is conveyed into the uterine cavity of the patient through the surgical instrument guide cavity, when the uterus expanding liquid in the uterine cavity of the patient reaches the set pressure, the pressure sensor 9 sends the relevant information to the uterus expanding suction module 4, the uterus expanding suction module 4 controls the suction pump 11 to work, the uterus expanding liquid is sucked out from the uterine cavity of the patient through the liquid outlet cavity, thereby the uterine distention liquid achieves dynamic balance in the uterine cavity of the patient and effectively ensures the cleanliness of the operating environment of the medical care personnel.
The image processing module 1 processes the received images in the uterine cavity of the patient collected by the hysteroscope 8 and then respectively sends the processed images to the display screen 2 for display and the storage module 3 for storage.
If the detection result is that the medical nursing system is not used for the first time, the control module 7 sends the related information to the image processing module 1, the image processing module 1 controls the display screen 2 not to be opened, medical staff are required to perform related confirmation subsequently, and the safety performance of a patient is ensured.
In conclusion, the disposable electronic hysteroscope effectively improves the heat insulation effect, can be isolated from electrified apparatuses, has good safety performance, can reduce electromagnetic interference, is beneficial to reducing the reflection of light-colored material surface and the transmission of external stray light, forms an imaging optical darkroom, improves the imaging quality of the image acquisition module, has small occupied space and high space utilization rate, can effectively avoid secondary damage to patients, reduces the discomfort of the patients in the uterine cavity operation process, and brings great convenience to the uterine cavity operation of medical care personnel; in addition, the control system can judge whether the hysteroscope is used for the first time through the disposable hysteroscope authentication module, so that the repeated use of the hysteroscope is avoided, the safety performance of a patient is ensured, great convenience is brought to the examination and treatment work of the uterine cavity of the patient, and meanwhile, the uterus expanding pump and the suction pump can be controlled through the uterus expanding suction module, so that the linkage of the uterus expanding pump and the suction pump is realized, the cleanliness of the operating environment of medical personnel is ensured, and great convenience is brought to the operation of the medical personnel.
