The invention relates to emamectin benzoate water dispersible granules and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of pesticide preparation. The emamectin benzoate water dispersible granule consists of the following components in percentage by mass: 5 to 30 percent of emamectin benzoate technical, 1 to 5 percent of anionic dispersant, 1 to 5 percent of solid wetting agent, 5 to 20 percent of modified cyclodextrin and the balance of filler are complemented to 100 percent; the modified cyclodextrin is one or more of sulfonate, carboxylate and carbamate esterified with C-2, 3, 6-site of cyclodextrin. The water dispersible granule has the advantages of good dispersibility, easy disintegration, stable performance and the like.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pesticide preparation, and particularly provides emamectin benzoate water dispersible granules and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The water dispersible granule mainly comprises a dispersant, a wetting agent, a defoaming agent, a pH regulator, a filler and the like, and has the main properties: effective content, disintegration, dispersibility, suspension rate, persistent foaming property, pH value, normal temperature, heat storage stability and the like. The disintegration and suspension rate directly affect the quality of the drug effect, and are closely related to the properties of the effective components, the used dispersing agent, wetting agent and filler. In the same formulation, the use of different dispersing agents or wetting agents can obviously affect the performance of the preparation, and if the pesticide active ingredients, the dispersing agents, the wetting agents and the fillers are incompatible, the problems of unstable performance, caking, incapability of disintegration, reduction of suspension rate and the like of the granule preparation can be caused, so that the drug effect is affected, and the dispersing agents, the wetting agents and the fillers need to be matched with the active ingredients for use.
Emamectin benzoate is a highly effective pesticide. The raw medicine is white or light yellow crystal powder, is dissolved in acetone and methanol and is slightly soluble in water, and the melting point is 141-146 ℃. The emamectin benzoate is a novel high-efficiency semi-synthetic antibiotic insecticide synthesized from a fermentation product abamectin B1, and the high-efficiency semi-synthetic antibiotic insecticide is low in raw drug content and more in impurities, so that the disintegration is not fine and the suspension rate is reduced. Therefore, the stable preparation can be prepared only by selecting proper auxiliary agents to prepare the emamectin benzoate water dispersible granules.

Preferably, the modified cyclodextrin is one or more of sulfobutyl ether-beta-cyclodextrin, mono-6-o- (p-toluenesulfonyl) -beta-cyclodextrin, trimethyl-beta-cyclodextrin, triacetyl-beta-cyclodextrin and 3A-amino-3A-deoxy- (2AS.3AS) -beta-cyclodextrin hydrate.

Example 1
The emamectin benzoate water dispersible granule consists of the following components in percentage by mass: 5.7% of original drug of 73% emamectin benzoate, 1% of polycarboxylate, 1% of naphthalenesulfonate, 1.5% of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 5% of modified cyclodextrin, 20% of corn starch, 3% of light calcium and 62.8% of ammonium sulfate.
The modified cyclodextrin is sulfobutylether-beta-cyclodextrin.
The preparation method of the emamectin benzoate water dispersible granule comprises the following steps:
step 1: sucking 5.7kg of emamectin benzoate, 20kg of corn starch, 3kg of light calcium carbonate and 62.8kg of ammonium sulfate into a jet mill for jet milling, and D90The particle size is less than 10 μm.

The emamectin benzoate water dispersible granule consists of the following components in percentage by mass: 17% of 73% of original emamectin benzoate, 2.5% of polycarboxylate, 2.5% of naphthalenesulfonate, 3% of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 15% of modified cyclodextrin, 17% of corn starch, 8% of light calcium carbonate and 35% of ammonium sulfate.
The modified cyclodextrin is trimethyl-beta-cyclodextrin.
The preparation method is the same as example 1.
Example 4
The emamectin benzoate water dispersible granule consists of the following components in percentage by mass: 20% of 73% of original emamectin benzoate, 2.5% of polycarboxylate, 2.5% of naphthalenesulfonate, 3% of sodium alkenyl sulfonate, 20% of modified cyclodextrin, 20% of corn starch, 7% of light calcium and 25% of ammonium sulfate.
The modified cyclodextrin is triacetyl-beta-cyclodextrin.
The preparation method is the same as example 1.
Example 5
The emamectin benzoate water dispersible granule consists of the following components in percentage by mass: 5% of 73% of emamectin benzoate technical, 1% of lignosulfonate, 5% of sodium alkenyl sulfonate, 5% of modified cyclodextrin and 84% of corn starch;
the modified cyclodextrin is sulfobutylether-beta-cyclodextrin.
The preparation method is the same as example 1.
Example 6
The emamectin benzoate water dispersible granule consists of the following components in percentage by mass: 30% of 73% of emamectin benzoate technical, 1% of lignosulfonate, 2% of polycarboxylate, 2% of naphthalenesulfonate, 1% of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 20% of modified cyclodextrin, 20% of corn starch and 24% of light calcium carbonate;
the modified cyclodextrin is 10% of sulfobutylether-beta-cyclodextrin and 10% of mono-6-o- (p-toluenesulfonyl) -beta-cyclodextrin.
The preparation method is the same as example 1.
To further illustrate the beneficial effects of the present invention, the following comparative examples were constructed, for reasons of space only, using example 4 as an example.
Comparative example 1
The 2.5% polycarboxylate was omitted and the make-up was done with ammonium sulfate and the other components were exactly the same as in example 4.

The 20% modified cyclodextrin was replaced with 20% beta cyclodextrin, and the contents of other components were exactly the same as in example 4.
The following performance tests were performed for the above examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 5:

2. Determination of disintegration Property
The determination method comprises the following steps: 250ml of standard hard water is added into a measuring cylinder, and 1g of emamectin benzoate water dispersible granules in the above examples and comparative examples are taken. As can be seen from the detection data in Table 2, the emamectin benzoate water dispersible granule of the invention solves the problems of non-fine disintegration and dead granules due to the addition of the modified cyclodextrin, and has better disintegrability when matched with polycarboxylate and naphthalenesulfonate.

4. Field efficacy test of cabbage diamondback moth
Due to space limitation, only the field test of the emamectin benzoate water dispersible granules on the cabbage plutella xylostella in example 4 and comparative examples 1-5 is determined.

In conclusion, the dispersant and the wetting agent used in the emamectin benzoate water dispersible granule are anionic solids, and are matched with the modified cyclodextrin for use, so that the emamectin benzoate water dispersible granule has better water-entering self-dispersibility, avoids the problem of difficult disintegration and dispersion, and has no dead granules.

the anionic dispersant is one or more of lignosulfonate, polycarboxylate and naphthalene sulfonate;
the solid wetting agent is one or more of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, sodium dodecyl sulfate and sodium alkenyl sulfonate;
the filler is one or more of corn starch, light calcium carbonate and ammonium sulfate.
