本申请公开了一种被用于无线通信的用户设备、基站中的方法和装置。用户设备在第一时间间隔内执行能量检测得到第一检测功率,在第二时间间隔内执行能量检测得到第二检测功率;并根据所述第一检测功率和第一阈值的关系获得第一计数的值,以及根据所述第二检测功率和第二阈值的关系获得第二计数的值;进而判断是否发送第一无线信号以及所述第一无线信号所采用的空间发送参数组。本申请通过将所述第一无线信号所采用的空间发送参数组与进行能量检测的时间窗的长度以及多个阈值建立联系,优化基于波束赋形的发送参数组的选择,进而提高系统整体性能。
