Abstract
The invention provides a board assembling jig, which comprises: the first plate is used for fixing a first board card to be assembled; the third plate is used for fixing a second board card to be assembled; and the second plate is perpendicular to the first plate, a sliding rail extending towards the first plate is arranged on the second plate, the third plate is slidably supported on the second plate through the sliding rail, and the upright post is connected with the second plate through a movable connecting structure so that the second plate can move and be fixed along the upright post. According to the invention, the mechanical device is used for assisting in connecting and disassembling the board card, so that the problems of improper manual force application, inclination in direction and the like are avoided, the board card damage probability is reduced, and the board card maintenance cost is reduced.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of servers and memories, in particular to a board assembling jig.
Background
In the field of servers and memories, white box tests such as SI and the like on boards are often involved, and the boards are generally operated directly instead of being assembled into a chassis. Because the number of pins of the high-density terminal connector in the server and the memory product is large, the high-density terminal connector is often connected in place with a large force when the board card is assembled, and the connector is often damaged due to improper manual operation (such as over-violent force and direction deviation), especially when the controller board is connected with the middle back board, the connector and even the board card are easily damaged due to the fact that the number of the connectors is large and the terminals are dense, and the connector and even the board card are easily damaged due to manual repeated plugging and unplugging.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, an object of the embodiments of the present invention is to provide a board assembly jig, which can assist in assembling and connecting or disassembling two boards.
Based on the above purpose, an aspect of the embodiments of the present invention provides a board assembling jig, including: the first plate is used for fixing a first board card to be assembled;
the third plate is used for fixing a second board card to be assembled; and
a second plate arranged perpendicular to the first plate, the second plate being provided with a slide rail extending toward the first plate, the third plate being slidably supported on the second plate via the slide rail,

The invention has the following beneficial technical effects: according to the board card assembling jig provided by the embodiment of the invention, the board cards are connected and disassembled by utilizing the assistance of the mechanical device, so that the problems of board card damage and the like caused by improper manual force and oblique direction are avoided, the board card damage probability is reduced, the research and development test progress is ensured, and the board card maintenance cost is reduced.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the following embodiments of the present invention are described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Based on the above object, an embodiment of the present invention provides a board assembling jig, including: the plate assembly device comprises a first plate A used for fixing a first plate A to-be-assembled plate card, a third plate C used for fixing a second plate C to-be-assembled plate card, a second plate B used for supporting the third plate C and an upright post, wherein the first plate A is perpendicular to the second plate B and the third plate C, and a slide rail is arranged on the second plate B to enable the third plate C to slide forwards and backwards towards the first plate A. The upright is connected with the second plate B by a movable connecting structure, such as a movable buckle, a screwable clamping ring, etc., so that the second plate B can move and be fixed along the upright.
In some embodiments, the first plate a includes a screw, a shaft, and a knob, the screw is used for connecting a screw hole on the board card, and can move left and right along the shaft where the screw is located and be fixed, the shaft can be adjusted up and down along the first plate a, and the knob is used for fixing the shaft where the screw is located. It will be appreciated that other fixation devices suitable for use with the present invention are possible in addition to screws and knobs.
In some embodiments, the third plate C includes a screw, a shaft, and a knob, the screw is used for connecting a screw hole on the board card and can move left and right along the shaft where the screw is located and be fixed, the shaft can be adjusted back and forth along the third plate C facing the first plate a, and the knob is used for fixing the shaft where the screw is located. It will be appreciated that other fixation devices suitable for use with the present invention are possible in addition to screws and knobs.
In some embodiments, a track is fixed below the third plate C. The length of the crawler belt can be adaptively adjusted according to practical application.
In some embodiments, a gear is fixed above the second plate B, so that when the third plate C slides towards the first plate a under the action of the sliding rail, the gear engages with a track of the third plate C.
In some embodiments, a handle is fixed to the second plate B for controlling the rotation of the gear.
In some embodiments, the second plate B is mounted on a bracket, the bracket being connected at one end to the first plate a to effect the first plate a being perpendicular to the second plate B.
In some embodiments, the other end of the bracket is connected to two uprights, such that the second plate B can move up and down along the uprights and the first plate a. The upright posts are perpendicular to the second plate B and the third plate C, and planes formed by the two upright posts are parallel to the first plate A. In one embodiment, the two posts may have the same height as the first plate a.

When the board card assembling jig is used for installing the board cards, the board card ① to be assembled is fixed on a first plate A, the board cards are enabled to be in proper positions through adjusting screws A1, A2 and a knob J, the board card ② to be assembled is fixed on a third plate C, the board cards are enabled to be in proper positions through adjusting screws C1, C2 and a knob M, the height of the second plate B is adjusted, the board card ② and the board card ① are enabled to be in the same height, the third plate C is pushed to enable a crawler belt to be meshed with a gear of the second plate B, the fact that interfaces of the board cards ① and ② are correct is confirmed again, a handle F is pulled, the board card ② on the third plate C is driven by the gear to be in butt joint with the board card ① on the first plate A, the assembling can be completed, the screws A1, A2, C1 and C2 are screwed down, the third plate C is moved backwards, and the assembled board.
Where technically feasible, the technical features listed above for the different embodiments may be combined with each other or changed, added, omitted, etc. to form further embodiments within the scope of the invention.
As can be seen from the above embodiments, the jig for assembling board cards provided by the embodiments of the present invention utilizes a mechanical device to assist in connecting and detaching the board cards, avoids the problems of board card damage and the like caused by improper manual force and oblique direction, reduces the board card damage probability, ensures the research and development test progress, and reduces the board card maintenance cost.

Claims (10)

The assembly jig of claim 1, wherein the third plate comprises a screw, a shaft and knobs, the screw is used for connecting with a screw hole on a board card and can move left and right along the shaft and be fixed, and the knobs are arranged at two ends of the shaft and are used for clamping the shaft at a required horizontal position on the third plate.
4. The assembly jig of claim 3, wherein a crawler is fixed below the third plate.
5. The assembly jig of claim 4, wherein a gear is fixed above the second plate, and when the third plate slides along the slide rail toward the first plate, the gear engages with a track of the third plate.
6. The assembly jig of claim 1, wherein a handle is fixed to the second plate for controlling rotation of the gear.
7. The assembly jig of claim 1, wherein the second plate is mounted on a bracket, one end of the bracket being movably connected to the first plate and the other end being movably connected to the upright.
8. The assembly jig of claim 7, wherein the other end of the bracket is connected to the two posts.
9. The assembly jig of claim 1, wherein the movable connection structure comprises a movable snap or a screw-down clamp ring.
10. The assembly jig of claim 2, wherein the number of screws is adjustable according to the board card.
