The invention discloses a micro-speaker detection system and a detection method thereof, wherein the micro-speaker detection system comprises: the audio frequency emission unit is respectively electrically connected with the audio frequency control unit and the audio frequency amplification unit, the audio frequency control unit adjusts the output voltage of the audio frequency emission unit, the audio frequency amplification unit amplifies the voltage value of the output voltage, a plurality of groups of connection ports are arranged on the connection board unit, and the groups of connection ports are connected to the micro loudspeaker to be tested. By utilizing the detection system and the detection method of the micro-speaker, the voltage is output by the audio emission unit, amplified by the audio amplification unit and finally divided by the connecting plate unit to flow into the micro-speaker to be detected, so that the performance condition of the micro-speaker to be detected can be effectively detected.

The detection method at the present stage comprises the following steps: the micro loudspeaker is connected with the sound source equipment, the volume knob of the sound source equipment is adjusted to output voltage to the micro loudspeaker, and the oscilloscope is used for measuring whether the power of the micro loudspeaker meets the factory requirements. However, the above-mentioned detection method can only detect one micro-speaker at a time, and thus meets the current detection requirement.
In view of the above, it is necessary to develop a micro-speaker detection system and a detection method thereof to meet the requirement of mass micro-speaker detection and improve the current detection efficiency.

s105: the amplified output voltage is divided by the connecting plate unit to provide a power supply for the micro loudspeaker to be detected;
s106: and detecting whether the micro speakers to be detected sound normally or not, wherein if the micro speakers to be detected sound normally, the micro speakers to be detected are qualified, otherwise, the micro speakers to be detected are unqualified.
Optionally, the step 101 further includes a filtering unit electrically connected to the audio transmitting unit for filtering out noise.
Optionally, the step 106 further includes a power detector, where the power detector is connected to the micro-speaker to be detected, and detects the output power of the micro-speaker, and if the output power is smaller than the rated power of the micro-speaker, the detection is qualified, and if the output power is larger than the rated power of the micro-speaker, the detection is not qualified.
Compared with the prior art, by using the micro-speaker detection system and the detection method thereof, the voltage is output by the audio emission unit, amplified by the audio amplification unit and divided by the connecting plate unit to flow into the micro-speaker to be detected, so that the performance condition of the micro-speaker to be detected can be effectively detected.

the audio frequency control unit 10, the audio frequency emission unit 20, the audio frequency amplification unit 30 and the connection board unit 40, wherein the audio frequency emission unit 20 is electrically connected with the audio frequency control unit 10 and the audio frequency amplification unit 30 respectively, the audio frequency control unit 10 adjusts the output voltage of the audio frequency emission unit 20, the audio frequency amplification unit 30 amplifies the voltage value of the output voltage, a plurality of groups of connection ports 41 are arranged on the connection board unit 40, and the plurality of groups of connection ports 41 are connected to the micro-speaker 200 to be tested.
In this embodiment, the micro-speaker detection system 100 further includes a filtering unit electrically connected to the audio emitting unit 20 for filtering out high frequency signals.
In this embodiment, the micro-speaker detecting system 100 further includes a power detector electrically connected to the micro-speaker 200, wherein the power detector detects the output power of the micro-speaker 200.

In this embodiment, at least 5 sets of connection ports 41 are disposed on the connection board unit 40 for simultaneously detecting 5 sets of micro-speakers 200.

In this embodiment, the micro-speaker detection method provided by the present invention is applied to the micro-speaker detection system 100 for detecting 5 sets of micro-speakers 200, and the rated voltage of the micro-speakers 200 is 2.45V, and the method includes the following steps:
s101: electrically connecting the audio emission unit 20, the audio control unit 10, the audio amplification unit 30 and the connection board unit 40;
s102: sequentially inserting the micro-speakers 200 to be tested into the connection ports 41 of the connection board unit 40;
s103: adjusting the audio control unit 10 to make the audio transmitting unit 20 output an output voltage, wherein the output voltage is 5V;
s104: the output voltage is amplified to 12.25V after passing through the audio amplifying unit 30 and enters the connecting board unit 40;
s105: the amplified 12.25V output voltage is divided to 2.45V through 5 groups of connection ports 41 of the connection board unit 40, and provides power to the micro-speaker 200 to be detected;
s106: whether the micro speakers 200 sound normally within 96 hours is detected, if the sound is normally generated, the micro speakers 200 to be detected are qualified, otherwise, the detection is unqualified.
In this embodiment, the step 101 further includes a filtering unit electrically connected to the audio emitting unit 20 for filtering out noise.
In this embodiment, the step 106 further includes a power detector, where the power detector is connected to the micro-speaker 200 to be detected, and detects the output power of the micro-speaker 200, and if the output power is smaller than the rated power of the micro-speaker 200, the detection is qualified, and if the output power is larger than the rated power of the micro-speaker 200, the detection is not qualified.
Compared with the prior art, the micro-speaker detection system and the detection method thereof have the advantages that the audio emission unit 20 outputs voltage, the voltage is amplified through the audio amplification unit 30, and finally the voltage is divided by the connecting plate unit 40 and flows into the micro-speaker 200 to be detected, so that the performance condition of the micro-speaker 200 to be detected can be effectively detected.
It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and any simple modification, equivalent change and modification made to the above embodiments by those skilled in the art based on the technical solution of the present invention fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

the audio frequency control unit, audio frequency emission unit, audio frequency amplification unit and connecting plate unit, wherein audio frequency emission unit respectively with audio frequency control unit, audio frequency amplification unit electric connection, audio frequency control unit adjusts the output voltage of audio frequency emission unit, audio frequency amplification unit enlargies output voltage's voltage value, set up a plurality of groups connection port on the connecting plate unit, a plurality of groups connection port are connected to the micro loudspeaker that awaits measuring.

4. The micro-speaker detection system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the connection port on the connection board unit has positive and negative connection holes.
5. The microspeaker test system of claim 1 wherein at least 5 sets of connection ports are provided on the connector board unit.
6. A micro-speaker detection method is applied to the micro-speaker detection system, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s101: electrically connecting the audio transmitting unit, the audio control unit, the audio amplifying unit and the connecting plate unit;
s102: sequentially inserting the micro-speakers to be detected into the connecting ports of the connecting plate units;
s103: adjusting the audio control unit to enable the audio transmitting unit to output an output voltage;
s104: the output voltage is amplified after passing through the audio amplification unit and enters the connecting plate unit;
s105: the amplified output voltage is divided by the connecting plate unit to provide a power supply for the micro loudspeaker to be detected;
s106: and detecting whether the micro speakers to be detected sound normally or not, wherein if the micro speakers to be detected sound normally, the micro speakers to be detected are qualified, otherwise, the micro speakers to be detected are unqualified.
7. The method as claimed in claim 6, wherein the step 101 further comprises a filtering unit electrically connected to the audio emission unit for filtering out noise.

The method as claimed in claim 6, further comprising a power detector in step 106, wherein the power detector is connected to the micro-speaker to be tested, and detects the output power of the micro-speaker, if the output power is smaller than the rated power of the micro-speaker, the detection is passed, and if the output power is larger than the rated power of the micro-speaker, the detection is not passed.
