The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the data platform of the public security department comprises a video structuring processing unit, a human face retrieval management unit, a vehicle retrieval management unit, a video information storage module, a human face information storage module, a vehicle information storage module and a large database of information management of the public security department;
the video structuralization processing unit is connected with the video information storage module;
the human face retrieval management unit and the vehicle retrieval management unit are respectively connected with the human face information storage module and the vehicle information storage module, and are also connected with the public security department information management big database.

The system as claimed in claim 7, wherein the video structuring processing unit is configured to view and retrieve video information stored in the video information storage module, and perform video structuring analysis on the retrieved video information, so as to achieve query through a target and enable a police officer to quickly find a suspicious target without watching a video;
the face retrieval management unit is used for checking and calling the data information stored in the face information storage module, identifying the called data and the face information in the public security department information management big database, and comparing, analyzing and processing the identified similar data information;
the vehicle retrieval management unit is used for checking and retrieving the vehicle information stored in the vehicle information storage module, retrieving the retrieved data and the vehicle information in the information management big database of the public security department, and comparing and analyzing the retrieved similar data information.
