Step 206, sending out prompt information; the prompt information is used for prompting the telephone number to set call forwarding, and is also used for prompting the telephone number to be set with call forwarding to be completed and verifying the success of call forwarding setting.
And under a possible condition, after the first check information and the second check information are determined to be matched and the telephone number to be bound is successfully bound with the target social account, controlling the electronic equipment to send prompt information to remind a user of setting call forwarding for the telephone number.
In another possible case, the prompting message is also used for prompting that the call forwarding setting is finished and the call forwarding setting is verified to be successful.
Specifically, it is determined that the first verification information and the second verification information are matched, after the telephone number to be bound is successfully bound with the target social account, when the prompt information guides the user to set call forwarding for the telephone number, after the call forwarding is successfully set, further, after the prompt information prompts that the call forwarding setting is successfully verified.
As an example, after the user sets call forwarding to a telephone number according to the prompt message, the user needs to dial the telephone number, and after the recipient of the incoming call of the telephone number is determined to be a robot, the call forwarding setting is verified to be successful, in this case, the prompt message may be sent to remind the user that the call forwarding setting is successful.
Step 207, if the first verification information does not match the second verification information, prompting that the target social account verification fails.
In a possible case, when the first check information is compared with the second check information and the first check information is determined not to match with the second check information, the target social account number can be reminded that the verification is not passed.
For example, after the phone number to be bound receives the first verification information, when the user inputs the first verification information in the target social account, an error may be input, so that the second verification information sent by the target social account is not matched with the first verification information. In this case, the first check information may be sent to the phone number to be bound again, and after the second check information sent by the target social account is obtained, whether the first check information and the second check information are matched or not may be compared again.
According to the incoming call processing method, a number binding request sent by a target social contact account is received; the number binding request carries the telephone number to be bound; sending first verification information to the telephone number to be bound; acquiring second checking information sent by the target social account; and comparing to determine that the first check information is matched with the second check information, binding the telephone number to be bound with the target social account, comparing to determine that the first check information is not matched with the second check information, and prompting that the target social account fails in verification. Therefore, the phone number to be bound and the target social contact account are bound, so that the incoming call answering records of all phone numbers are pushed to the target social contact account after the incoming call of the phone number is monitored, and the phenomenon that the phone is missed when multiple phone numbers simultaneously call is avoided.
In order to implement the foregoing embodiments, a further incoming call processing method is provided in the embodiments of the present application, and fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating the further incoming call processing method provided in the embodiments of the present application.
The embodiment of the present application is exemplified by configuring the incoming call processing method in the incoming call processing apparatus, and the incoming call processing apparatus can be applied to any electronic device, so that the electronic device can execute the incoming call processing function.
The electronic device may be a smart phone, a personal computer, or the like.
As shown in fig. 3, the incoming call processing method may include the following steps:
step 301, obtaining incoming call answering records of all telephone numbers through a logged target social contact account; the incoming call answering record of each phone number is obtained by the server side monitoring incoming calls of each phone number in parallel according to a plurality of phone numbers bound by the target social contact account and responding to the monitored incoming calls.
In the embodiment of the application, the electronic device responds to a login operation triggered by a user, after a target social contact account is logged in, the server side monitors incoming calls of a plurality of telephone numbers bound to the target social contact account in parallel, responds to the monitored incoming calls to obtain incoming call answering records of the telephone numbers, and then sends the incoming call answering records of the telephone numbers to the target social contact account of the electronic device, so that the target social contact account bound to the telephone numbers of the electronic device obtains the incoming call answering records of the telephone numbers.
The incoming call answering records of all the telephone numbers comprise call records between callers of all the telephone numbers and the robot.
Step 302, prompting according to the incoming call answering record of each telephone number.
In the embodiment of the application, after the electronic equipment acquires the incoming call answering records of all the telephone numbers through the logged target social contact account, prompting is carried out according to the incoming call answering records of all the telephone numbers.
As a possible implementation manner, after the incoming call answering records of each phone number are obtained, the incoming call answering records of each phone number are respectively displayed by adopting corresponding chat interfaces. The incoming call answering record of each telephone number comprises an incoming call text and a response text. The incoming call text is obtained by performing voice recognition on the incoming call. The response text is generated according to the incoming call text and is used for generating the text of the reply voice. It can be understood that after the incoming call answering record of each phone number is obtained, the incoming call answering record of each phone number is subjected to voice recognition to recognize the voice information of the caller of each phone number and convert the voice information into character information, so as to obtain the incoming call text. And simultaneously, acquiring a text of the reply voice generated according to the incoming call text in the incoming call record of each telephone number to obtain a response text. Furthermore, the incoming call answering records of each phone number are respectively displayed on a chat interface of the target social contact account of the electronic equipment. That is to say, the incoming call text and the response text are displayed through the chat interface, so that the user can determine the incoming call content of each telephone number according to the displayed chat records, and the phenomenon that important calls are missed is avoided.
It should be noted that, when the incoming call answer records of multiple telephone numbers are obtained, the incoming call answer records of multiple telephone numbers can be respectively displayed by using corresponding chat interfaces for the incoming call answer records of each telephone number. Therefore, the number of missed calls can be intuitively determined through the logged target social contact account, so that the incoming call of each phone number can be processed according to the incoming call answering record of each phone number.
In the embodiment of the application, when the corresponding chat interface is adopted to respectively display the incoming call answering records of each telephone number, all texts of the incoming call answering records can be displayed, and only part of texts of the incoming call answering records can be displayed. When a part of texts of the incoming call answering records are displayed on the chat interface, all texts can be displayed in response to the operation of the user. For example, after the user clicks a part of the text displayed on the chat interface, the electronic device responds to the user operation and displays all the texts of the incoming call answering records on the chat interface, so that the user can determine all the incoming call contents of the telephone number according to the displayed chat records.
In the embodiment of the application, when the incoming call answering record of each telephone number is prompted, the user can be reminded to check the incoming call answering record in a voice prompting mode. For example, "you have a missed call, please look up", etc.
According to the incoming call processing device, incoming call answering records of all telephone numbers are obtained through the logged target social contact account; the incoming call answering records of all the telephone numbers are obtained by the server side according to a plurality of telephone numbers bound by the target social contact account, monitoring incoming calls of all the telephone numbers in parallel and responding to the monitored incoming calls; and prompting according to the incoming call answering record of each telephone number. Therefore, after the incoming call answering records of all the telephone numbers are obtained, the incoming call answering records of all the telephone numbers are prompted, so that a user can process missed calls in time, and the use experience of the user is improved.
In order to implement the above embodiments, the present application further provides an incoming call processing apparatus.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of an incoming call processing device according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 4, the incoming call processing apparatus 400 may include: a determination module 410, a listening module 420, a generation module 430, and a push module 440.
A determining module 410 configured to determine a plurality of phone numbers to which the target social account is bound.
The monitoring module 420 is configured to monitor an incoming call of each phone number in parallel according to a plurality of phone numbers.
The generating module 430 is configured to respond to the monitored incoming call to generate an incoming call answering record of the corresponding phone number.
The pushing module 440 is configured to push the incoming call answering record of each phone number to the target social account.
As a possible scenario, the incoming call processing apparatus 400 may further include:
the receiving module is used for receiving a number binding request sent by a target social account; wherein the number binding request carries the telephone number to be bound.
And the sending module is used for sending the first verification information to the telephone number to be bound.
The acquisition module is used for acquiring second check-up information sent by the target social account; and the second check information is generated according to the first check information.
And the binding module is used for binding the telephone number to be bound with the target social account if the first check information is matched with the second check information.
As another possible scenario, the incoming call processing apparatus 400 may further include:
the prompting module is used for sending out prompting information; the prompt information is used for prompting the telephone number to set call forwarding, and is also used for prompting the telephone number to be set with call forwarding to be completed and verifying the success of call forwarding setting.
As another possible scenario, the incoming call processing apparatus 400 may further include:
and the query module is used for determining that the to-be-bound phone number does not have the bound social account number.
As another possible scenario, the prompting module may be further configured to:
and if the first verification information is not matched with the second verification information, prompting that the target social account number fails to be verified.
As another possible scenario, the listening module may be further configured to:
allocating a plurality of threads to monitor incoming calls of a plurality of telephone numbers in parallel; wherein one thread monitors incoming calls to one phone number.
As another possible scenario, the generating module may be further configured to:
determining that at least one thread monitors an incoming call, and allocating an idle line to a corresponding telephone number so that a robot corresponding to the idle line responds; and after the response is finished, acquiring the incoming call answering record of the corresponding telephone number from the robot.
As another possible scenario, the pushing module may further be configured to:
generating corresponding push messages according to the incoming call answering records of all the telephone numbers; each push message corresponds to an incoming call answering record of one telephone number; and pushing each push message to the target social account by setting a public number.
It should be noted that the foregoing explanation on the embodiment of the incoming call processing method is also applicable to the incoming call processing apparatus of this embodiment, and is not repeated here.
The incoming call processing device of the embodiment of the application determines a plurality of telephone numbers bound to the target social contact account; monitoring incoming calls of each telephone number in parallel according to the plurality of telephone numbers; responding the monitored incoming call to generate an incoming call answering record of a corresponding telephone number; and pushing the incoming call answering records of all the telephone numbers to the target social account. The method monitors the incoming calls of the plurality of telephone numbers bound by the target social account in parallel, and can simultaneously respond to the monitored incoming calls of the plurality of telephone numbers when the incoming calls of the plurality of telephone numbers are monitored, and push the incoming call answering records of the corresponding telephone numbers to the target account, so that the plurality of telephone numbers are answered simultaneously, and the phenomenon that the target account can only bind one telephone number in the prior art to cause missed calls when a user has a plurality of telephone numbers is avoided.
In order to implement the above embodiments, the present application also provides another incoming call processing apparatus.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of another incoming call processing device according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 5, the incoming call processing apparatus 500 may include: an acquisition module 510 and a prompt module 520.
An obtaining module 510, configured to obtain, through a logged target social contact account, an incoming call answering record of each phone number; the incoming call answering records of all the telephone numbers are obtained by the server side according to a plurality of telephone numbers bound by the target social contact account, monitoring incoming calls of all the telephone numbers in parallel and responding to the monitored incoming calls;
the prompting module 520 is configured to prompt according to the incoming call answering record of each phone number.
As a possible scenario, the prompting module 520 may further be configured to:
aiming at the incoming call answering record of each telephone number, respectively displaying by adopting corresponding chat interfaces; the incoming call answering record of each telephone number comprises an incoming call text and a response text; the system comprises a mobile phone, a mobile phone and a mobile phone, wherein an incoming call text is obtained by carrying out voice recognition on an incoming call; the response text is generated according to the incoming call text and is used for generating the text of the reply voice.
It should be noted that the foregoing explanation on the embodiment of the incoming call processing method is also applicable to the incoming call processing apparatus of this embodiment, and is not repeated here.
According to the incoming call processing device, incoming call answering records of all telephone numbers are obtained through the logged target social contact account; the incoming call answering records of all the telephone numbers are obtained by the server side according to a plurality of telephone numbers bound by the target social contact account number, monitoring incoming calls of all the telephone numbers in parallel and responding to the monitored incoming calls; and prompting according to the incoming call answering records of all the telephone numbers. Therefore, after the incoming call answering records of all the telephone numbers are obtained, the incoming call answering records of all the telephone numbers are prompted, so that a user can process missed calls in time, and the use experience of the user is improved.
In order to implement the foregoing embodiments, the present application further provides an electronic device, which includes a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, and when the processor executes the computer program, the electronic device implements the incoming call processing method described in the foregoing embodiments.
In order to implement the above embodiments, the present application also proposes a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the incoming call processing method as described in the above embodiments.

The integrated module, if implemented in the form of a software functional module and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may also be stored in a computer readable storage medium.
The storage medium mentioned above may be a read-only memory, a magnetic or optical disk, etc. Although embodiments of the present application have been shown and described above, it is understood that the above embodiments are exemplary and should not be construed as limiting the present application, and that variations, modifications, substitutions and alterations may be made to the above embodiments by those of ordinary skill in the art within the scope of the present application.

Claims (10)

1. An incoming call processing method, comprising:
determining a plurality of phone numbers bound by a target social account;
according to the plurality of telephone numbers, the incoming call of each telephone number is monitored in parallel;
responding the monitored incoming call to generate an incoming call answering record of a corresponding telephone number;
and pushing incoming call answering records of all the telephone numbers to the target social contact account.
2. The incoming call processing method according to claim 1, wherein before determining the plurality of phone numbers bound to the target social account, the method further comprises:
receiving a number binding request sent by the target social account; wherein the number binding request carries a telephone number to be bound;
sending first verification information to the telephone number to be bound;
acquiring second checking information sent by the target social account; wherein the second check information is generated according to the first check information;
and if the first check information is matched with the second check information, binding the phone number to be bound with the target social account.
3. The incoming call processing method according to claim 2, wherein after the comparing to determine that the first check information and the second check information match, further comprising:
sending out prompt information; the prompt information is used for prompting the telephone number to set call forwarding, and is also used for prompting the completion of the call forwarding setting and verifying the success of the call forwarding setting.
4. The incoming call processing method according to claim 2, wherein after acquiring the second verification information sent by the target social account, the method further comprises:
determining that the to-be-bound phone number does not have a bound social account number.
5. The incoming call processing method according to claim 2, wherein after acquiring the second verification information sent by the target social account, the method further comprises:
and if the first verification information is not matched with the second verification information, prompting that the target social account number fails to be verified.
6. The incoming call processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the monitoring incoming calls of each phone number in parallel according to the plurality of phone numbers comprises:
allocating a plurality of threads to monitor incoming calls of the plurality of telephone numbers in parallel; wherein one thread monitors incoming calls to one phone number.
7. The incoming call processing method according to claim 6, wherein the responding to the monitored incoming call to generate the incoming call answering record of the corresponding phone number comprises:
determining that at least one thread monitors an incoming call, and allocating an idle line to a corresponding telephone number so that a robot corresponding to the idle line responds;
and after the response is finished, acquiring the incoming call answering record of the corresponding telephone number from the robot.
8. The incoming call processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the pushing of the incoming call answer record of each phone number to the target social account includes:
generating corresponding push messages according to the incoming call answering records of all the telephone numbers; each push message corresponds to an incoming call answering record of one telephone number;
and pushing each push message to the target social account through setting a public number.
9. An incoming call processing method, comprising:
acquiring incoming call answering records of all telephone numbers through the logged target social contact account; the incoming call answering records of all the telephone numbers are obtained by the server side according to a plurality of telephone numbers bound by the target social contact account number, monitoring incoming calls of all the telephone numbers in parallel and responding to the monitored incoming calls;
and prompting according to the incoming call answering records of all the telephone numbers.
10. The incoming call processing method according to claim 9, wherein the prompting according to the incoming call answer record of each phone number comprises:
aiming at the incoming call answering record of each telephone number, respectively displaying by adopting corresponding chat interfaces;
the incoming call answering record of each telephone number comprises an incoming call text and a response text; the incoming call text is obtained by carrying out voice recognition on an incoming call; the response text is generated according to the incoming call text and is used for generating a text of the reply voice.
