In addition, as shown in fig. 5, the first display screen is browsing a web page, the second display screen is playing a video, and also because the type corresponding to the video is a preset type, and the type corresponding to the web page is not a preset type, the priority of the first display screen is low, at this time, if the communication service message is an alarm clock reminder, only the web page browsing is interrupted, the alarm clock reminder is displayed on the first display screen, and the second display screen continues playing the video. For another example, the first display screen is in a lighting state, the second display screen is in a lighting-off state, and the communication service message may be displayed on the second display screen, so that the user may directly display the communication service message on the first display screen by directly tiling/turning on the second display screen or by operating to not light the second display screen when the user wants to view the communication service message.
It can be understood that, when the priority of one of the first display screen and the second display screen is higher, it indicates that the display screen is the display screen mainly used by the user, and at this time, the acquired communication service message is pushed to the other display screen with the lower priority for display, so as to avoid affecting the current operation of the user.

Illustratively, when the working mode of the terminal is a large-screen mode, the terminal detects low electric quantity, and when the electric quantity of the terminal is detected to be lower than a preset threshold value, the large-screen mode is switched to a single-screen mode to work, so that the consumption of the terminal on electric resources is saved.
It should be noted that, the terminal is switched to the single-screen mode to operate because the communication service message that the current display content needs to be interrupted is acquired, and then, after the communication service message is processed, the terminal may continue to operate in the single-screen mode, or may automatically switch from the single-screen mode to the large-screen mode to operate.
Exemplarily, as shown in fig. 6, when the terminal is operating in the large-screen mode, and the obtained communication service message is a low-power reminder, where the low-power reminder is real-time processing information and is key information, at this time, the terminal is switched from the large-screen mode to a single-screen display, the originally displayed content of the terminal is displayed on the first display screen, and the low-power reminder is displayed on the second display screen.
It should be noted that, when the communication service message is the low power reminder, the terminal is switched from the large screen mode to the single screen mode to operate, so that the consumption of the terminal on the electrical resources is reduced.
It can be understood that, when the terminal displays the first display content in the large-screen mode, and after the communication service message is obtained, the terminal is switched from the large-screen mode to the single-screen mode, the first display content is displayed on one of the first display screen and the second display screen, and the communication service message is displayed on the other display screen, so that the minimum interference effect on the user is achieved.
It can also be understood that, when the multi-screen terminal is in the display state, one display screen is intelligently selected to display the communication service message according to the priority of the display screen, so that other display screens can still display the current main second display content, the situations that the communication service message interrupts the current main second display content of the screen and cannot display the communication service message in real time are avoided, the display screen can be effectively allocated to the communication service message, and the intelligence of the terminal in processing information is improved.

Based on the inventive concept together with the embodiments, an embodiment of the present invention provides a terminal 1, where the terminal 1 at least includes a first display screen and a second display screen, and corresponds to an information processing method, and fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of the terminal provided in the embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 7, the terminal 1 includes:
an obtaining unit 10, configured to obtain a communication service message;
the comparison unit 11 is configured to obtain priority comparison information of the first display screen and the second display screen when the terminal is in a display state, where the display state indicates that the terminal displays a first display content, and the priority comparison information is information indicating that the first display screen and the second display screen are high and low in priority;
a display unit 12, configured to display the communication service message on one of the first display screen and the second display screen according to the priority comparison information, and display a second display content on a display screen other than the display information of the terminal in the first display screen and the second display screen, where the second display content belongs to the first display content.
Optionally, the comparing unit 11 is specifically configured to obtain a first display state corresponding to the first display screen and a second display state corresponding to the second display screen; when the first display state is a lit state and the second display state is an extinguished state, taking the priority of the first display screen higher than the priority of the second display screen as the priority comparison information; and when the first display state is an off state and the second display state is an on state, taking the priority of the first display screen lower than the priority of the second display screen as the priority comparison information.
Optionally, the comparing unit 11 is specifically configured to obtain a third display content corresponding to the first display screen and a fourth display content corresponding to the second display screen, where the third display content and the fourth display content constitute the first display content; and acquiring the priority comparison information according to the third display content, the fourth display content and a preset type.
Optionally, the comparing unit 11 is specifically configured to, when the type corresponding to the third display content is a preset type and the type corresponding to the fourth display content is not the preset type, use, as the priority comparison information, a priority of the first display screen that is higher than a priority of the second display screen; and when the type corresponding to the third display content is not the preset type and the type corresponding to the fourth display content is the preset type, taking the priority of the first display screen lower than the priority of the second display screen as the priority comparison information.
Optionally, the comparing unit 11 is further specifically configured to, when the type corresponding to the third display content and the type corresponding to the fourth display content are both the preset types, determine whether the first display screen and the second display screen display the content corresponding to the preset types together; and when the first display screen and the second display screen display the content corresponding to the preset type together, taking the priority of the first display screen equal to the priority of the second display screen as the priority comparison information.
Optionally, the comparing unit 11 is further specifically configured to, when the first display screen and the second display screen do not display the content corresponding to the preset type together, obtain first operation information corresponding to the first display screen and second operation information corresponding to the second display screen; and acquiring the priority comparison information according to the first operation information and the second operation information.
Optionally, the comparing unit 11 is further specifically configured to, when the type corresponding to the third display content and the type corresponding to the fourth display content are not both the preset type, obtain first operation information corresponding to the first display screen and second operation information corresponding to the second display screen; and acquiring the priority comparison information according to the first operation information and the second operation information.
Optionally, the comparing unit 11 is specifically configured to obtain first operation information corresponding to the first display screen and second operation information corresponding to the second display screen; and acquiring the priority comparison information according to the first operation information and the second operation information.
Optionally, the comparing unit 11 is further specifically configured to, when the first operation information satisfies a preset operation condition and the second operation information does not satisfy the preset operation condition, take a priority of the first display screen higher than a priority of the second display screen as the priority comparison information; and when the first operation information does not meet a preset operation condition and the second operation information meets the preset operation condition, taking the priority of the first display screen lower than the priority of the second display screen as the priority comparison information.
Optionally, the display unit 12 is specifically configured to display the communication service message on the first display screen when the priority comparison information indicates that the priority of the first display screen is lower than the priority of the second display screen; and displaying the communication service message on the second display screen when the priority comparison information indicates that the priority of the first display screen is higher than the priority of the second display screen.
Optionally, the display unit 12 is further specifically configured to determine that the working mode of the terminal is an large-screen mode when the priority comparison information indicates that the priority of the first display screen is equal to the priority of the second display screen, where the large-screen mode is that the first display screen and the second display screen jointly display the first display content; switching the large screen mode to a single screen mode, wherein the single screen mode is that the first display content is not displayed on the first display screen and the second display screen together; and displaying the communication service message on any one of the first display screen and the second display screen, and displaying the first display content on a display screen other than the display information of the terminal in the first display screen and the second display screen.
In practical applications, the obtaining Unit 10 and the comparing Unit 11 can be implemented by a processor 13 located on the terminal 1, specifically, implemented by a CPU (Central Processing Unit), an MPU (Microprocessor Unit), a DSP (Digital Signal processor), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), or the like, and the display Unit 12 can be implemented by a display 14 located on the terminal.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a terminal 1, and as shown in fig. 8, the terminal 1 includes: a processor 13, a display 14, a memory 15 and a communication bus 16, wherein the display 14 and the memory 15 communicate with the processor 13 through the communication bus 16, and the memory 15 stores instructions executable by the processor 13, and when the instructions are executed, the information processing method according to the first embodiment is executed by the processor 13.
The embodiment of the present invention provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which a program is stored, and the computer-readable storage medium is applied to a terminal, the terminal at least includes a first display screen and a second display screen, and the program implements the information processing method according to the first embodiment when executed by a processor 13.
It can be understood that, when the multi-screen terminal is in the display state, one display screen is intelligently selected according to the priority of the display screen to display the communication service message, so that other display screens can still display the current main second display content, the situations that the communication service message interrupts the current main second display content of the screen and cannot display the communication service message in real time are avoided, the display screen can be effectively allocated to the communication service message, and the intelligence of the terminal for processing information is improved.

Claims (8)

1. An information processing method is applied to a terminal, and is characterized in that the terminal at least comprises a first display screen and a second display screen, and the method comprises the following steps:
acquiring a communication service message;
when the terminal is in a display state, acquiring priority comparison information of the first display screen and the second display screen, wherein the display state indicates that the terminal displays first display content, and the priority comparison information is information indicating that the first display screen and the second display screen are high and low in priority;
displaying the communication service message on one of the first display screen and the second display screen according to the priority comparison information, and displaying second display content on a display screen other than the display information of the terminal in the first display screen and the second display screen, wherein the second display content belongs to the first display content;
the acquiring priority comparison information of the first display screen and the second display screen comprises one of the following modes:
the first method is as follows: acquiring third display content corresponding to the first display screen and fourth display content corresponding to the second display screen, wherein the third display content and the fourth display content form the first display content; acquiring the priority comparison information according to the third display content, the fourth display content and a preset type, wherein the preset type is used for representing a type of preset display content; wherein the obtaining the priority comparison information according to the third display content, the fourth display content and a preset type includes: when the type corresponding to the third display content is a preset type and the type corresponding to the fourth display content is not the preset type, taking the priority of the first display screen higher than the priority of the second display screen as the priority comparison information; when the type corresponding to the third display content is not the preset type and the type corresponding to the fourth display content is the preset type, taking the priority of the first display screen lower than the priority of the second display screen as the priority comparison information;
the second method comprises the following steps: acquiring a first display state corresponding to the first display screen and a second display state corresponding to the second display screen; when the first display state is a lighting state and the second display state is a blanking state, taking the priority of the first display screen higher than the priority of the second display screen as the priority comparison information; when the first display state is an off state and the second display state is an on state, taking the priority of the first display screen lower than the priority of the second display screen as the priority comparison information;
the third method comprises the following steps: acquiring first operation information corresponding to the first display screen and second operation information corresponding to the second display screen, wherein the first operation information and the second operation information are operations performed by a representation display screen; acquiring the priority comparison information according to the first operation information and the second operation information, wherein the acquiring the priority comparison information according to the first operation information and the second operation information comprises: when the first operation information meets a preset operation condition and the second operation information does not meet the preset operation condition, taking the priority of the first display screen higher than the priority of the second display screen as the priority comparison information; and when the first operation information does not meet a preset operation condition and the second operation information meets the preset operation condition, taking the priority of the first display screen lower than the priority of the second display screen as the priority comparison information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining priority comparison information according to the third display content, the fourth display content and a preset type further comprises:
when the type corresponding to the third display content and the type corresponding to the fourth display content are both the preset types, judging whether the first display screen and the second display screen display the content corresponding to the preset types together;
and when the first display screen and the second display screen display the content corresponding to the preset type together, taking the priority of the first display screen equal to the priority of the second display screen as the priority comparison information.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein after determining whether the first display screen and the second display screen jointly display the content corresponding to the preset type, the method further comprises:
when the first display screen and the second display screen do not display the content corresponding to the preset type together, acquiring first operation information corresponding to the first display screen and second operation information corresponding to the second display screen, wherein the first operation information and the second operation information are both operations performed by a representation display screen;
acquiring the priority comparison information according to the first operation information and the second operation information, wherein the acquiring the priority comparison information according to the first operation information and the second operation information comprises:
when the first operation information meets a preset operation condition and the second operation information does not meet the preset operation condition, taking the priority of the first display screen higher than the priority of the second display screen as the priority comparison information;
and when the first operation information does not meet a preset operation condition and the second operation information meets the preset operation condition, taking the priority of the first display screen lower than the priority of the second display screen as the priority comparison information.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining the priority comparison information according to the third display content, the fourth display content and a preset type further comprises:
when the type corresponding to the third display content and the type corresponding to the fourth display content are not both the preset type, acquiring first operation information corresponding to the first display screen and second operation information corresponding to the second display screen, wherein the first operation information and the second operation information are both operations performed by a representation display screen;
acquiring the priority comparison information according to the first operation information and the second operation information, wherein the acquiring the priority comparison information according to the first operation information and the second operation information comprises:
when the first operation information meets a preset operation condition and the second operation information does not meet the preset operation condition, taking the priority of the first display screen higher than the priority of the second display screen as the priority comparison information;
and when the first operation information does not meet a preset operation condition and the second operation information meets the preset operation condition, taking the priority of the first display screen lower than the priority of the second display screen as the priority comparison information.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the displaying the communication service message on one of the first display screen and the second display screen according to the priority comparison information comprises:
displaying the communication service message on the first display screen when the priority comparison information indicates that the priority of the first display screen is lower than the priority of the second display screen;
displaying the communication service message on the second display screen when the priority comparison information indicates that the priority of the first display screen is higher than the priority of the second display screen.

The method of claim 1, wherein the displaying the communication service message on one of the first display screen and the second display screen and displaying the second display content on the other one of the first display screen and the second display screen for displaying the display information of the terminal according to the priority comparison information comprises:
when the priority comparison information represents that the priority of the first display screen is equal to the priority of the second display screen, determining that the working mode of the terminal is a large screen mode, wherein the large screen mode is that the first display screen and the second display screen jointly display the first display content;
switching the large screen mode to a single screen mode, wherein the single screen mode is that the first display content is not displayed on the first display screen and the second display screen together;
and displaying the communication service message on any one of the first display screen and the second display screen, and displaying the first display content on a display screen other than the display information of the terminal in the first display screen and the second display screen.

A terminal, characterized in that the terminal comprises at least a first display screen and a second display screen, the terminal comprising: a processor, a memory and a communication bus, the memory in communication with the processor through the communication bus, the memory storing instructions executable by the processor, the instructions when executed causing the processor to perform the method of any of claims 1-6.
8. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a program is stored, for use in a terminal comprising at least a first display and a second display, characterized in that the program, when executed by a processor, implements the method according to any one of claims 1-6.
