The receiving mechanism also adopts a ratchet wheel component, a single bearing and a spring driving component which are the same as the discharging mechanism, so the receiving mechanism also utilizes the linkage effect with the punching mechanism, and particularly, when a T-shaped sliding block is not contacted with a first rolling bearing, the first spring driving component drives the first rolling bearing to cross the edge of a T-shaped chute of a punching fixing seat for a certain distance, the size of the distance is the same as the tooth pitch of a receiving ratchet wheel, when the T-shaped sliding block drives a punch to complete punching, the T-shaped sliding block is in rolling contact and pushes the first rolling bearing laterally in the ascending process to drive a receiving pawl poking rod to poke the receiving ratchet wheel to rotate forwards for a tooth pitch so as to complete receiving, and a material belt which is not punched is positioned under the punch to wait for next punching, so that continuous automatic punching is realized.

With reference to fig. 1-6, the invention provides a novel automatic material receiving and discharging sheet punching machine, which comprises a rack, a punching sheet base 11, a punching sheet mechanism fixed on the rack, a material receiving mechanism, a flattening mechanism and a material receiving mechanism, wherein the material receiving mechanism is linked with the punching sheet mechanism; the punching mechanism comprises a punch 21, a punch vertical lifting guide assembly and a connecting rod type punching driving assembly, the punch vertical lifting guide assembly comprises a punching fixed seat 22, a T-shaped slide block 23 vertically connected with the punching fixed seat 22 in a sliding manner, and a lifting frame 24 connected with the punching fixed seat 22 in a sliding manner, the punch 21 is fixed at the bottom of the T-shaped slide block 23, and a T-shaped sliding groove 221 matched with the T-shaped slide block 23 is vertically arranged on the punching fixed seat 22; the connecting rod type stamping driving assembly comprises a motor 31, a rocker 32, a first connecting rod 33 and a second connecting rod 34 which are hinged with each other, one end of the rocker 32 is fixedly connected with a motor driving end and enables the other end of the rocker 32 to circularly move around the motor driving end, the other end of the rocker 32 is hinged with the non-end part of the second connecting rod 34, the upper part of the first connecting rod 33 is hinged with the top of the lifting frame 24, the lower part of the second connecting rod 34 is hinged with the T-shaped sliding block 23, and the motor 31 drives one end of the rocker 32 to circularly move so that the first connecting rod 33 and the second connecting rod 34 can swing in the vertical direction to drive the T-shaped sliding block 23 and the lifting frame 24 to synchronously lift; the lifting frame 24 comprises a cross rod 241 hinged to the upper portion of the first connecting rod 33 and two vertical guide shafts 242 fixed to two end portions of the cross rod 241, the lower portion of each vertical guide shaft 242 is connected with the punching sheet fixing seat 22 in a vertical sliding mode, the flattening mechanism comprises two sets of symmetrically arranged flattening assemblies 40, and the flattening assemblies 40 are elastically connected to the lower portion of each vertical guide shaft 242, so that the vertical guide shafts 242 drive the flattening assemblies 40 to lift in a buffering mode to elastically flatten the material belts on the punching sheet base 11. The punching mechanism adopts the connecting rod type punching driving assembly to comprise a motor, a rocker and 2 connecting rods, so that the T-shaped slider driving the punching work of the punch is lifted, and the lifting frame serving as the power part of the flattening mechanism is lifted synchronously, therefore, when the punch punches the material belt, the flattening mechanism can be linked to descend so as to flatten the material belt on the punching base, the power source is saved, and the punching effect is good.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the flattening assembly 40 includes a spring guide rod 41, a compression spring 42, and a flattening pressing block 43 fixedly connected to the lower portion of the spring guide rod 41, a compression spring accommodating groove 2421 and a set of vertical guide holes 2422 symmetrically arranged on the lateral portion of the vertical guide shaft 242 are arranged on the lower portion of the vertical guide shaft 242, a guide transverse shaft 411 is arranged on the upper portion of the spring guide rod 41, the upper end portion of the spring guide rod 41 abuts against the vertical guide shaft 242 through the compression spring 42, and the guide transverse shaft 411 is arranged in the vertical guide holes 2422 so that the spring guide rod 41 is elastically slidably connected with the vertical guide shaft 242. The flattening component 40 is elastically connected to the lower portion of the vertical guide shaft 242, and before the punch 21 is in stamping contact with the material belt on the punching sheet base 11, the flattening pressing block 43 buffers the flattened material belt under the action of the compression spring 42 until the material belt is compressed, so that the flattening effect is good, and the punching sheet quality is improved.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, the material receiving mechanism includes a material receiving frame 51, a first one-way bearing 52, a material receiving ratchet assembly and a material receiving driving assembly, the material receiving ratchet assembly includes a material receiving ratchet 531 and a material receiving pawl 532, the material receiving frame 51 is connected to the material receiving ratchet 531 through the first one-way bearing 52 to prevent the material receiving ratchet 531 from driving the material receiving frame 51 to rotate reversely to wind the material strip after punching, so as to avoid affecting the punching effect; the receiving driving assembly is arranged on the punching fixing seat 22 and close to the upper end part of the T-shaped chute 221, the receiving driving assembly comprises a receiving pawl poke rod 541 which can be transversely arranged in the punching fixing seat 22 in a displacement manner, a first rolling bearing 542 which can be vertically arranged at one end of the receiving pawl poke rod 541 in a rolling manner, and a first elastic pressing driving assembly which drives the receiving pawl poke rod 541 to laterally move towards the T-shaped slider 23, the other end of the receiving pawl poke rod 541 is connected with a receiving pawl 532, the first rolling bearing 542 is in rolling contact with the side part of the T-shaped slider 23, and the maximum distance of the first rolling bearing 542, which crosses the T-shaped chute edge 2211 of the punching fixing seat 22, is consistent with the tooth pitch of the receiving ratchet wheel 531; the first elastic pressing driving assembly comprises a first compression spring 551 and a first compression spring containing hole 552 transversely arranged inside the punching sheet fixing seat 22, a first elastic pressing protrusion is arranged on one side, close to the T-shaped sliding block 23, of the receiving pawl poke rod 541, one end of the first compression spring 551 is abutted to the inner wall of the first compression spring containing hole 552, the other end of the first compression spring 551 is abutted to the first elastic pressing protrusion to drive the receiving pawl poke rod 541 to laterally move a tooth pitch of the receiving ratchet wheel 531 towards the T-shaped sliding block 23, and the T-shaped sliding block 23 drives the punch 21 to punch, then the punch 21 is in rolling contact with the receiving pawl poke rod 541 in the ascending process, and the rolling contact and the side pushing of the first rolling bearing 542 drives the receiving pawl poke rod to poke the receiving ratchet wheel 531 to positively rotate a tooth pitch so as to complete receiving. The receiving agencies utilizes the linkage effect with the punching mechanism, when the T-shaped slider does not contact with the first rolling bearing, the first elastic driving assembly drives the first rolling bearing to cross the edge of the T-shaped chute of the punching fixing seat by a distance, the distance is the same as the tooth pitch of the receiving ratchet wheel, when the T-shaped slider drives the punch to complete punching, the first rolling bearing is in rolling contact and laterally pushed to drive the receiving pawl poking rod to poke the receiving ratchet wheel to rotate forward by a tooth pitch so as to complete receiving, and the strip which is not punched is positioned under the punch to wait for punching next time, so that continuous automatic punching is realized.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 4, the discharging mechanism includes a discharging frame 61, a second one-way bearing 62, a material stopping ratchet assembly and a material stopping driving assembly, the material stopping ratchet assembly includes a material stopping ratchet 631 and a material stopping pawl 632, the discharging frame 61 is connected to the material stopping ratchet 631 through the second one-way bearing 62 to prevent the material stopping ratchet 631 from driving the discharging frame 61 to rotate reversely; the material stopping driving assembly is arranged on the punching sheet fixing seat 22 and close to the lower end part of the T-shaped chute 221, the material stopping driving assembly comprises a material stopping pawl poke rod 641 which can be transversely arranged in the punching sheet fixing seat 22 in a displacement manner, a second rolling bearing 642 which can vertically roll and is arranged at one end of the material stopping pawl poke rod 641, and a second elastic pressing driving assembly which drives the material stopping pawl poke rod 641 to laterally move towards the T-shaped slider 23, the other end of the material stopping pawl poke rod 641 is connected with a material stopping pawl 632, the second rolling bearing 642 is in rolling contact with the side part of the T-shaped slider 23, the second elastic pressing driving assembly drives the material stopping pawl poke rod 641 to laterally move towards the T-shaped slider 23, and the axial lead of the second rolling bearing 642 does not cross the T-shaped chute edge 2211 of the punching sheet fixing seat 22; the second spring-pressing driving assembly comprises a second compression spring 651 and a second compression spring containing hole 652 transversely arranged inside the punching sheet fixing seat 22, a second spring-pressing protrusion is arranged on one side, close to the T-shaped slider 23, of the material-stopping pawl poke rod 641, one end of the second compression spring 651 is abutted to the inner wall of the second compression spring containing hole 652, the other end of the second compression spring 651 is abutted to the second spring-pressing protrusion to drive the material-stopping pawl poke rod 641 to laterally move towards the T-shaped slider 23, and the T-shaped slider 23 drives the punch 21 to move forwards in a punching process, so that the second rolling bearing 642 is in rolling contact with the material-stopping pawl 632 and abuts against the material-stopping ratchet wheel 631 to prevent discharging.
