In the above scenario of evaluating the abilities of the elderly, for example, the current solution is that a caregiver collects a table for evaluating the ability of the elderly, and then the caregiver having professional knowledge subjectively evaluates the ability level of the elderly according to the contents of the elderly filled in the evaluation table, and gives the care level of the elderly and a paper care plan, so that the caregiver can care the elderly according to the paper care plan.
However, in a scenario such as the above, the determination of the care level requires the human involvement of the caregiver, but in a practical application scenario, the number of caregivers is always small, making the assessment of the abilities of the elderly inefficient.
In addition, in actual needs, the number of the elderly people increases year by year, which causes that organizations such as nursing institutions need to evaluate the abilities of the elderly people, a large number of professional nursing staff need to be trained, and evaluation cost is high.
Therefore, based on the above drawbacks, the present application provides a possible implementation manner as follows: obtaining basic ability scores corresponding to the target object, including activity ability scores, cognitive ability scores, perception ability scores and participation ability scores, according to the characteristic data information of the target object; then obtaining a comprehensive ability score of the target object according to the activity ability score, the cognitive ability score, the perception ability score and the participation ability score, and obtaining a target ability grade evaluation table corresponding to the comprehensive ability score by combining an ability grade evaluation strategy; and generating a care level of the target object based on the target capability level evaluation table, the activity capability score, the cognitive capability score, the perception capability score and the participation capability score, thereby improving the efficiency of evaluating the capability level of the old.

The processor 102 may be an integrated circuit chip having signal processing capabilities. The processor 102 may be a general-purpose processor, including a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Network Processor (NP), and the like; but also Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs) or other Programmable logic devices, discrete Gate or transistor logic devices, discrete hardware components.
It will be appreciated that the configuration shown in FIG. 1 is merely illustrative and that electronic device 100 may include more or fewer components than shown in FIG. 1 or may have a different configuration than shown in FIG. 1. The components shown in fig. 1 may be implemented in hardware, software, or a combination thereof.
The following describes an exemplary information processing method provided in the present application, with the electronic device 100 shown in fig. 1 as a schematic main body.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 shows a schematic flow chart of an information processing method provided in the present application, which may include the following steps:
step 201, obtaining a basic capability score corresponding to a target object according to characteristic data information of the target object;
step 203, obtaining a comprehensive ability score of the target object according to the activity ability score, the cognitive ability score, the perception ability score and the participation ability score;
step 205, obtaining a target ability level evaluation table corresponding to the comprehensive ability score according to the ability level evaluation strategy;
and step 207, generating the care level of the target object based on the target ability level evaluation table, the activity ability score, the cognitive ability score, the perception ability score and the participation ability score.
In one embodiment, the caregiver can convert the elder fill-in ability evaluation test form into a data format readable by the electronic device, such as Excel format data; and then the obtained data in the Excel format, for example, is used as characteristic data information of the old people by the electronic equipment and is stored in a database, so that the state of the old people can be conveniently recorded and the record can be conveniently checked.
When the electronic device executes the information processing method provided by the application, a certain designated old person can be used as a target object, the characteristic data information of the target object is obtained in the database, and the basic capability score corresponding to the target object is obtained according to the characteristic data information of the target object.
Wherein the basic ability score comprises activity ability score, cognitive ability score, perception ability score and participation ability score; the activity score may be used to characterize the activity of the target subject in daily life, for example, as measured by the "activity in daily life" scale, where a higher activity score indicates a greater autonomy in the activity of the target subject in daily life.
The cognitive ability score can be used for representing the mental state of a target object, for example, a simple state assessment scale (Mini-cog) can be adopted for determination, a clock is drawn correctly, 2-3 words can be recalled, and 0 score is recorded; when a clock is drawn wrongly or only 0-1 word can be recalled, 1 point is recorded; 0 point is recorded for no attack behavior, 1 point is recorded for attack behavior with several times per month, and 2 points is recorded for attack behavior with several times per week; the total score can be between 0 and 6, and the higher the score, the poorer the mental cognitive ability of the representative target object.
The perception capability score can be used for representing the sensory perception and the communication capability of a target object, and can be evaluated according to a Cognitive Performance Scale (CPS) in American interRAI communication and visual evaluation, and the evaluation content can comprise the measurement of consciousness level, vision, hearing and communication; wherein, the 'consciousness level, communication exchange 0 point, vision and hearing 0 or 1 point' is judged as 0 level; the consciousness level 0 is 1 grade when at least one item of vision and hearing is 2 grades or communication is 1 grade; the level of consciousness is 1 point, or the level of consciousness is 1 point but at least one of vision or hearing is 3 points or communication is 3 points, then the level is 2; the consciousness level is 2-3 points, or the consciousness level is 1 point, but at least one item of vision or hearing is 4 points or communication is 3 points, then the level is 3; the total score of the perception ability score is 0-14, and the higher the score is, the worse the representation perception and the communication ability are.
The participation ability score can be used for representing the social participation ability of the target object, and the measures of the living ability, the working ability, the time/space orientation, the character orientation and the social interaction ability can be respectively counted for 0-4 points by adopting an admitted intelligence disability rating scale; the total score of the participation ability score is 20, and the higher the score is, the poorer the social adaptation ability of the representation target object is.
Therefore, the electronic equipment can evaluate the comprehensive capability of the target object according to the activity capability score, the cognitive capability score, the perception capability score and the participation capability score in the basic capability score, so that the comprehensive capability score of the target object is obtained.
In addition, the electronic device may store in advance a capability level evaluation policy in which correspondence relationships between a plurality of capability scores and a plurality of capability level evaluation tables, that is: the ability level evaluation strategy can record various evaluation modes; after obtaining the comprehensive capability score of the target object, the electronic device may obtain a target capability level evaluation table corresponding to the comprehensive capability score according to the capability level evaluation policy.
Then, after obtaining the target ability level evaluation table, the electronic device may generate a care level of the target object based on the target ability level evaluation table and the activity ability score, cognitive ability score, perception ability score, and participation ability score of the target object.
For example, the target ability level evaluation table may be as shown in the following table 1:
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0002345600220000101
According to the target ability rating evaluation table shown in table 1, each ability score may be divided into a first-level score, a second-level score, a third-level score or a fourth-level score, i.e. 0, 1, 2 and 3 in the above example, the ability strengths of the first-level score, the second-level score, the third-level score and the fourth-level score are sequentially reduced, i.e.: the strength of the capability of the respective characterization is reduced in sequence when the grade scores are 0, 1, 2 and 3.
In addition, the care levels are classified into a first care level, a second care level, a third care level and a fourth care level, such as the above example, "intact capability" may correspond to the first care level, "lightly damaged" may correspond to the second care level, "moderately damaged" may correspond to the third care level, and "heavily damaged" may correspond to the fourth care level; and the care degrees represented by the first care level, the second care level, the third care level and the fourth care level are sequentially increased.
As such, the electronic device, when performing step 207, may include the following:
when the level scores of the activity ability score, the cognitive ability score, the perception ability score and the participation ability score are all equal to the first level score (namely, the corresponding numbers are all 0), that is, the electronic equipment determines that all the abilities of the target object are in the best state, and at the moment, the electronic equipment determines that the care level of the target object is the first care level.
And when the grade score of the activity ability score is a first grade score (namely the corresponding number is 0) and the grade score of at least one of the cognitive ability score, the perception ability score and the participation ability score is lower than the first grade score (namely the number corresponding to at least one of the cognitive ability score, the perception ability score and the participation ability score is greater than or equal to 1), or when the grade score of the activity ability score is a second grade score (namely the number corresponding to the activity ability score is 1) and the grade score of at most one of the cognitive ability score, the perception ability score and the participation ability score is not higher than the second grade score (namely the number corresponding to at most one of the cognitive ability score, the perception ability score and the participation ability score is greater than or equal to 1), determining the care grade of the target object as a second care grade.
When the grade score of the activity ability score is a second grade score (namely, the corresponding number is 1), and the grade score of at least two of the cognitive ability score, the perception ability score and the participation ability score is a third grade score (namely, the corresponding number of at least two of the cognitive ability score, the perception ability score and the participation ability score is 2), or the grade score of at least one of the cognitive ability score, the perception ability score and the participation ability score is not higher than the fourth grade score (namely, the corresponding number of at least one of the cognitive ability score, the perception ability score and the participation ability score is 3), determining the care grade of the target object as a third care grade.
And when the grade score of the activity ability score is a third grade score (namely the corresponding number is 2), and at least two grade scores of the cognitive ability score, the perception ability score and the participation ability score reach the second grade score (namely the corresponding numbers of at least two of the cognitive ability score, the perception ability score and the participation ability score are more than or equal to 1), determining that the care grade of the target object is a third care grade.
And when the grade score of the activity ability score is a third grade score and at least two of the cognitive ability score, the perception ability score and the participation ability score are the third grade score, or when the grade score of the activity ability score is a fourth grade score, determining the care grade of the target object as a fourth care grade.
Based on the design, the information processing method provided by the application obtains basic ability scores corresponding to the target object, including activity ability scores, cognitive ability scores, perception ability scores and participation ability scores, according to the characteristic data information of the target object; then obtaining a comprehensive ability score of the target object according to the activity ability score, the cognitive ability score, the perception ability score and the participation ability score, and obtaining a target ability grade evaluation table corresponding to the comprehensive ability score by combining an ability grade evaluation strategy; and generating the care level of the target object based on the target ability level evaluation table, the activity ability score, the cognitive ability score, the perception ability score and the participation ability score.
It should be noted that, the foregoing implementation provided in this application is described by taking one of all objects as a target object as an example, and in some possible implementations, the electronic device may further perform the same operation on multiple target objects, so as to obtain a respective care level of each of the multiple target objects.
In addition, when the feature data information of the target object stored in the database is updated, the service level of the target object can be updated by adopting the implementation manner provided by the application.
Also, to implement step 203, as one possible implementation, please refer to fig. 3, fig. 3 shows a schematic flowchart of the sub-steps of step 203 in fig. 2, and step 203 may include the following sub-steps:
203-1, obtaining weight proportions corresponding to the activity ability score, the cognitive ability score, the perception ability score and the participation ability score by using a hierarchical analysis algorithm;
and step 203-2, generating a comprehensive ability score of the target object according to the activity ability score, the cognitive ability score, the perception ability score, the participation ability score and the respective corresponding weight proportions.
In an embodiment, the electronic device may utilize an Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to establish a comparison and determination matrix between each two of the activity ability score, the cognitive ability score, the perception ability score and the participation ability score, and measure the relative importance of each index, so as to compare the scores (a) according to the relative importance of the indexesi1,ai2,...,aim) And then according to the formula
Figure BDA0002345600220000131
And calculating the weight proportion corresponding to the activity ability score, the cognitive ability score, the perception ability score and the participation ability score.
Therefore, the electronic device can multiply the activity ability score, the cognitive ability score, the perception ability score and the participation ability score by the corresponding weight proportion and sum the products to obtain the comprehensive ability score of the target object.
In addition, in an embodiment, the electronic device may further store a care policy, where the care policy records a correspondence between a plurality of care levels and a plurality of care plans.
For this reason, referring to fig. 4 on the basis of fig. 2, fig. 4 shows another schematic flowchart of the information processing method provided in the present application, and may further include the following steps:
step 209, obtaining a target care plan corresponding to the care level of the target object according to the care strategy;
and step 211, issuing the target care plan to the maintenance terminal, so that the user at the maintenance terminal side cares the target object according to the target care plan.
In one embodiment, the electronic device may be a server, the server may establish communication with a plurality of maintenance terminals, and a user at each maintenance terminal may be a caregiver; therefore, the nursing staff can execute the corresponding nursing tasks by receiving the nursing plan issued by the server, for example, nursing the corresponding old according to the instructions of the nursing plan.
Therefore, after obtaining the care level of the target object, the electronic device may obtain a target care plan corresponding to the care level of the target object according to the saved care strategy; then, the electronic device may issue the target care plan to a maintenance terminal used by, for example, a caregiver, so that a user at the maintenance terminal side may care for the target object according to the target care plan.
It should be noted that, in an embodiment, when the electronic device executes step 211 to issue the target care plan to the maintenance terminals, the electronic device may issue the target care plan to all the maintenance terminals, and then a user at each maintenance terminal may selectively execute the target care plan; in some other embodiments of the present application, the electronic device may also issue the target care plan to a designated maintenance terminal, so that a user at the designated maintenance terminal executes the target care plan.
