Background
Along with the development of computer technology and medical imaging technology, medical image information analysis and processing means are continuously improved, and diagnosis and treatment levels are continuously improved. DICOM (Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine), digital imaging and communication in medicine, the standard is used as a medical image data standard, and the application of the standard enables medical image data transmission, exchange and storage between different manufacturers and different devices. When medical image information analysis is carried out, a patient can be scanned through medical image equipment to obtain a DICOM image of the patient, and then the DICOM image is displayed, so that medical staff can analyze the DICOM image, further diagnose the disease of the patient, print the medical image in a film mode, and then the medical image is delivered to the patient for self-preservation.
To achieve a communication connection between the home terminal (ultrasound device) and the opposite terminal (printer, server) it is necessary to establish a connection between the SCU and the SCP by DICOM (SCU/SCP is a term in DICOM standard, SCU: service Class User/SCP: service Class Provider). On an ultrasound device, it is typically necessary to configure 3 to 4 DICOM SCUs (Storage, SR (structured report), print, worklisk, MPPS), and if multiple ultrasound devices are in a local area network, it is necessary to manually configure the same information multiple times.
Disclosure of Invention
The application aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provides a DICOM configuration information sharing method, an ultrasonic device and a storage medium, which can automatically configure DICOM parameters of local ultrasonic equipment according to shared DICOM configuration information of external ultrasonic equipment.

and updating DICOM configuration information of the local ultrasonic equipment according to the DICOM configuration file.
Further, after updating DICOM configuration information of the local ultrasound device, the method further comprises:
and sending a connection request to at least one DICOM server to verify whether the DICOM configuration information is successfully shared, and if the local ultrasonic equipment is successfully connected with the DICOM server, successfully sharing the DICOM configuration information.

The local ultrasonic equipment of the DICOM configuration information sharing method transmits a DICOM configuration information sharing request to external ultrasonic equipment, and then updates DICOM configuration information of the local ultrasonic equipment according to the received DICOM configuration file. Detailed Description
The DICOM standard is used as a medical image data standard, and its application makes possible the transmission, exchange and storage of medical image data between different manufacturers and different devices. Currently, when an operator performs an ultrasound examination on a patient, 3 to 4 DICOM SCUs (Storage, SR (structured report), print, worklisk, MPPS) are typically required, and if a plurality of ultrasound devices are in a local area network, the operator is required to manually configure the same information multiple times.
The application will be described in further detail below with reference to the drawings by means of specific embodiments. Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a DICOM configuration information sharing method according to the present application. As shown in fig. 1, in one aspect, the present application provides a DICOM configuration information sharing method, which includes:
s100, local ultrasonic equipment sends a DICOM configuration information sharing request to external ultrasonic equipment;
when an operator needs to perform DICOM configuration on the local ultrasonic device, the local ultrasonic device preferentially detects external ultrasonic devices supporting DICOM configuration in the same local area network, and it is understood that the external ultrasonic devices are other ultrasonic devices except the local ultrasonic device in the same local area network. The local ultrasonic equipment traverses all ultrasonic equipment in the same local area network, and screens external ultrasonic equipment supporting the DICOM configuration function.
The ultrasonic equipment of the local terminal preferentially screens the external ultrasonic equipment supporting the DICOM configuration function, so that the ultrasonic equipment incapable of performing the DICOM configuration information function can be eliminated, and the sharing efficiency is improved.
And after the local ultrasonic equipment detects the external ultrasonic equipment with the DICOM configuration function, sending a handshake request to the external ultrasonic equipment supporting the DICOM configuration. The handshake request of the present application includes at least a determination of whether the external ultrasound device stores a DICOM configuration file that successfully connects to a DICOM server. It should be understood that, the handshake request of the present application may further include confirming the model of the external ultrasound device and querying the DICOM service list of the external ultrasound device, that is, the local ultrasound device of the present application may perform multiple handshakes to select the sharing DICOM configuration information that best meets the requirements.
After the handshake is successful, the local ultrasonic equipment sends a DICOM configuration information sharing request to the external ultrasonic equipment with the handshake being successful.
S200, receiving a DICOM configuration file sent by at least one external ultrasonic device, wherein the DICOM configuration file records configuration information of at least one DICOM server;
wherein, the configuration information at least comprises:
a communication connection configuration comprising at least: DICOM server IP address, DICOM server port;

It should be understood that the DICOM server is the SCP described above. The local ultrasonic equipment SCU sends a connection request to the DICOM server SCP, and requests for service and related information. In addition, the request message includes the following information:
request end entity name (paging AE Title): in DICOM service, the symbol is used to refer to the SCU of the local ultrasound device;
requested entity name (packed AE Title): in DICOM service, symbols used to refer to DICOM server SCP;
description context (Presentation Contexts): is a List of Services. The list capacity is up to 128, and is used for describing various services that the local ultrasound equipment SCU wants to obtain from the service end, and each service mainly includes SOP Class and List of Transfer Syntaxes.
The DICOM server SCP will accept at least one context information (Presentation Context) and other SCU requested parameters (e.g. AE Titles). And then the DICOM server SCP sends a connection response message to the local ultrasonic equipment SCU to accept the link request, and if the connection response message is received, the DICOM configuration information sharing is successful.
The local ultrasonic equipment performs connection verification with the DICOM server through the C-ECHO SCU. The C-Echo service is used to verify that two peer end-to-end communications are successful.
The local ultrasonic equipment of the DICOM configuration information sharing method transmits a DICOM configuration information sharing request to external ultrasonic equipment, and then updates DICOM configuration information of the local ultrasonic equipment according to the received DICOM configuration file. The ultrasonic equipment at the local end automatically updates the configuration according to the DICOM configuration file shared by the external ultrasonic equipment, the configuration is not needed to be manually carried out, the working efficiency of staff is improved, and the intelligent degree is high. Furthermore, after sharing configuration is completed, the DICOM configuration information sharing method of the application can carry out connection verification with the DICOM server through the C-ECHO SCU, thereby improving the accuracy of DICOM configuration.

As another embodiment of the present application, there is provided an ultrasonic apparatus including:
a memory storing program instructions of a computer program; program instructions of the computer program for loading and executing by the processor to perform the steps of the DICOM configuration information sharing method as previously described;
a processor for loading and executing program instructions on the memory to implement the steps of the DICOM configuration information sharing method described above;
wherein the memory may comprise volatile memory (english) such as random-access memory (RAM); the memory may also include a nonvolatile memory (english: non-volatile memory), such as a flash memory (english: flash memory), a hard disk (english: hard disk drive, abbreviated as HDD) or a solid state disk (english: solid-state drive, abbreviated as SSD); the memory may also comprise a combination of the above types of memories.
The processor may be a central processor (English: central processing unit, abbreviated: CPU), a network processor (English: network processor, abbreviated: NP) or a combination of CPU and NP. Wherein the processor may further comprise a hardware chip. The hardware chip may be an application-specific integrated circuit (ASIC), a Programmable Logic Device (PLD), or a combination thereof (English: programmable logic device). The PLD may be a complex programmable logic device (English: complex programmable logic device, abbreviated: CPLD), a field programmable gate array (English: field-programmable gate array, abbreviated: FPGA), a general-purpose array logic (English: generic array logic, abbreviated: GAL), or any combination thereof.

the local ultrasonic device sends a DICOM configuration information sharing request to the external ultrasonic device, and specifically comprises the following steps:
detecting the external ultrasonic equipment supporting DICOM configuration in the same local area network;
sending a handshake request to the external ultrasound device supporting DICOM configuration;
and sending a DICOM configuration information sharing request to the external ultrasonic equipment with successful handshake.
