and the central control station 310 is used for sending a traffic safety early warning data packet to the signal transmitting station through a cellular network.
The central control station is a control center and is used for inputting traffic safety early warning information by a user, setting the time of sending the traffic safety early warning data packet to the signal transmitting station, the time of broadcasting the traffic safety early warning information, the broadcasting time, the broadcasting mode and the like, coding the traffic safety early warning information input by the user to form a traffic safety early warning data packet and sending the traffic safety early warning data packet to the signal transmitting station through a cellular network.
And the signal transmitting station 320 is configured to store the received safety early warning data packet, generate traffic safety early warning broadcast information according to the stored traffic safety early warning data packet, broadcast the traffic safety early warning broadcast information through a broadcast signal of a designated waveband, and activate a broadcast information prompting device.
And a broadcast information prompting device 330 for displaying the prompting information related to the designated waveband after being activated.
In summary, in the system shown in fig. 3, an information publisher can edit traffic safety problems existing in different road sections into traffic safety early warning information through a central control station, so that the problem that the existing traffic safety prompting method is incomplete in information is solved; the signal transmitting station can transmit the traffic safety early warning information in a text form to the travelers in a broadcast form, and based on the characteristic that the broadcast signal can be received only in a specific distance range, corresponding traffic safety prompt information can be issued to the travelers on the road section aiming at specific traffic safety problems existing on different road sections, so that the problem that the existing traffic safety prompt method cannot transmit information to the travelers on a certain specific area is solved, the transmission of the broadcast information is not limited by natural conditions such as fog, rain, snow and the like, and the related traffic safety early warning information can be transmitted to the travelers in time even in severe weather; the broadcast information prompting device can prompt the travelers to open corresponding broadcast channels and listen to the broadcast information, so that the travelers can timely acquire the related traffic safety early warning information.
In one embodiment of the present application, in the above system, the central control station 310 includes: the information issuing system comprises an information issuing computer and an encoder, wherein a universal serial bus of the information issuing computer is connected with the encoder of a central control station.
The information distribution computer includes: the information input equipment is used for receiving the input traffic safety early warning information in the text format; the information memory is used for storing traffic safety early warning information in a text format; and the information publisher is used for sending the traffic safety early warning data packet obtained by coding to the signal transmitting station through the cellular network. And the encoder is used for encoding the traffic safety early warning information into a traffic safety early warning data packet with a preset format.
In an embodiment of the application, in the system, the information issuing computer receives the input traffic safety early warning information in the text format through the information entry device and stores the received traffic safety early warning information in the text format in the information storage. The information issuing computer sends the traffic safety early warning information to the encoder through a universal serial bus of the computer, the encoder encodes the traffic safety early warning information into a traffic safety early warning data packet in a preset format and sends the traffic safety early warning data packet to an information issuing device of the information issuing computer through the universal serial bus of the computer, and the information issuing device sends the encoded traffic safety early warning data packet to the signal transmitting station through a cellular network.
In one embodiment of the present application, in the above system, the signal transmitting station 320 includes: a stationary broadcast signal transmitting station and/or a mobile broadcast signal transmitting station.
The stationary broadcast signal transmitting station includes: the information recorder 3210, the information transmitting antenna 3220, the lightning arrester.
The mobile broadcast signal transmitting station includes: the system comprises an information recorder 3210, an information transmitting antenna 3220, a solar power generation panel, a storage battery, a movable trailer and a lightning arrester.
In one embodiment of the present application, in the system, the fixed broadcast signal transmitting station is installed in a fixed installation manner on the road sections with frequent accidents and poor current conditions; the mobile broadcast signal transmitting station is arranged on the mobile trailer and can be temporarily arranged in front of the occurrence places of temporary emergent events such as road accidents, temporary construction, severe cloud weather and the like according to specific requirements; the mobile broadcast signal transmitting station is provided with a solar cell panel and a storage battery, two modes are used for providing electric quantity, and the mobile broadcast signal transmitting station can work without being connected with an alternating current power supply.
The lightning protection devices are installed on the fixed broadcast signal transmitting station and the mobile broadcast signal transmitting station, and damage caused by lightning stroke in thunderstorm weather is prevented.
The user can arrange the fixed broadcast signal transmitting station and/or the mobile broadcast signal transmitting station according to specific requirements.
In an embodiment of the present application, in the above system, the information recorder 3210 includes: signal receiver, information storage, data transmission circuit, treater, encoder, frequency modulation transmitter.
And the signal receiver is used for receiving the safety early warning data packet sent by the central control station 310, transmitting the safety early warning data packet needing real-time early warning to the processor through the data transmission circuit, storing the safety early warning data packet needing early warning at a specified moment into the information storage, and transmitting the safety early warning data packet to the processor through the data transmission circuit at the specified moment by the information storage.
And the processor is used for receiving the safety early warning data packet, extracting traffic safety early warning information in a text format in the safety early warning data packet, converting the traffic safety early warning information in the text format into the traffic safety early warning information in a voice format, and transmitting the traffic safety early warning information in the voice format to the encoder through the data transmission circuit.
And the encoder is used for receiving the traffic safety early warning information in the voice format, encoding the traffic safety early warning information in the voice format to form a data transmission frame, and then accessing the data transmission frame to the frequency modulation transmitter.
And the frequency modulation transmitter is used for converting the data transmission frame into a broadcast signal of a specified waveband, transmitting the broadcast signal of the specified waveband through the information transmitting antenna and broadcasting the traffic safety early warning broadcast information.
In an embodiment of the present application, in the system, the encoder of the signal transmitting station is further configured to actively initiate a data request within a certain time interval, obtain a working state of each device in the signal transmitting station, determine whether each device is working normally, generate device maintenance information if the device is not working normally, and feed back the device maintenance information to the central control station 310 through the cellular network.
Fig. 4 is a schematic layout diagram of a signal transmitting station and a broadcast information prompting device according to an embodiment of the present application. In an embodiment of the present application, in the system, as shown in fig. 4, the arrangement of the signal transmitting station and the broadcast information prompting device includes:
the signal transmitting stations and the broadcast information prompting devices are arranged on two sides of a road, and when the signal transmitting stations are arranged, installation intervals can be set according to the shortest transmitting distance so as to ensure that no interval covers information in corresponding road sections. The arrangement of the broadcast information prompting device is consistent with that of the transmitting station, and the broadcast information prompting device is arranged on the other side of the road so that a traveler can obtain the broadcast prompting information.
For example, in the range of a short-distance dangerous road section on a highway, the broadcast signal coverage radius of a fixed broadcast signal transmitting station is 6km, the broadcast signal coverage radius of a mobile broadcast signal transmitting station is 4km, the fixed broadcast signal transmitting stations are distributed at intervals of 12km, and the mobile broadcast signal transmitting stations are distributed at intervals of 8km, so that the whole short-distance dangerous road section can be completely covered. Accordingly, the broadcast information prompting device is installed on the other side of the road and is consistent with the arrangement of the signal transmitting stations.
The above-given embodiment is a preferred example, and the user can lay out the signal transmitting stations according to their actual broadcast information coverage radius.
In an embodiment of the present application, in the system, the broadcast information prompting apparatus 330 includes: signal receiver, display screen.
And the signal transmitting station is used for activating the broadcast information prompting device by sending an activation signal.
And the signal receiver is used for receiving the activation signal sent by the signal transmitting station, activating the broadcast information prompting device according to the activation signal and displaying prompting information related to the specified waveband on the display screen.
In an embodiment of the present application, in the system, the broadcast information prompting device 330 is connected to a processor of the signal transmitting station, and when the signal transmitting station sends out the broadcast signal, the processor sends an activation signal to the broadcast information prompting device 330, and simultaneously activates the broadcast information prompting device 330. After being activated, the broadcast information prompting device 330 displays the recorded broadcast prompting information and channel information through a display screen to remind a traveler to open a corresponding broadcast channel and listen to the broadcast information.
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a broadcast information prompting device according to an embodiment of the present application. In the above system, as shown in fig. 5, the broadcast information prompting device 330 includes a signal receiver and a display screen, the signal receiver is configured to receive activation information sent by the processor, and after the signal receiver receives the activation information, the display screen is automatically opened, and displays the recorded broadcast prompting information and channel information to remind a traveler to open a corresponding broadcast channel and listen to the broadcast information.
Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of a broadcast information prompting device according to another embodiment of the present application. In an embodiment of the present application, in the system, as shown in fig. 6, the broadcast information prompting device 330 includes a signal receiver, a broadcast information prompting mark and a flashing prompting lamp, and the broadcast information prompting mark is a prompting mark which is prepared in advance and has broadcast prompting information and channel information. The signal receiver is used for receiving the activation information sent by the processor, and after the signal receiver receives the activation information, the flashing prompting lamp flashes to remind a traveler to open a corresponding broadcast channel and listen to the broadcast information.
For the system embodiment, since it basically corresponds to the method embodiment, reference may be made to the partial description of the method embodiment for relevant points. The above-described system embodiments are merely illustrative, wherein the units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and some or all of the devices may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the present embodiment. Claims (10)

1. A traffic safety early warning method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the central control station sends a traffic safety early warning data packet to the signal transmitting station through a cellular network;
the signal transmitting station stores the received safety early warning data packet, generates traffic safety early warning broadcast information according to the stored traffic safety early warning data packet, broadcasts the traffic safety early warning broadcast information through a broadcast signal of a specified waveband, and activates a broadcast information prompting device;
and the broadcast information prompting device displays prompting information related to the specified waveband after being activated.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the transmitting, by the central control station, the traffic safety warning data packet to the signal transmitting station over the cellular network comprises:
receiving input traffic safety early warning information in a text format by an information issuing computer of the central control station, and encoding the traffic safety early warning information into a traffic safety early warning data packet in a preset format by an encoder connected with the information issuing computer;
and the information issuing computer sends the traffic safety early warning data packet obtained by coding to a signal transmitting station through a cellular network.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the signal transmitting station stores the received safety precaution data packet, generates traffic safety precaution broadcast information according to the stored traffic safety precaution data packet, and broadcasts the traffic safety precaution broadcast information through a frequency modulation signal of a designated band comprises:
after the information receiver of the signal transmitting station receives the safety early warning data packet, the safety early warning data packet needing real-time early warning is transmitted to a processor of the signal transmitting station through a data transmission circuit, the safety early warning data packet needing early warning at the appointed time is stored in an information storage device of the signal transmitting station firstly, and then the information storage device transmits the safety early warning data packet to the processor through the data transmission circuit at the appointed time;
the processor receives the safety early warning data packet, extracts traffic safety early warning information in a text format in the safety early warning data packet, converts the traffic safety early warning information in the text format into a voice format, encodes the traffic safety early warning information in the voice format into a data transmission frame through an encoder, then accesses a frequency modulation transmitter of a signal transmitting station, and broadcasts the traffic safety early warning broadcast information through a broadcast signal in a specified waveband.
4. The method of claim 2 or 3, wherein the method further comprises:
and an encoder of the signal transmitting station actively initiates a data request within a certain time interval, acquires the working state of each device in the signal transmitting station, judges whether each device works normally, generates device maintenance information if the device does not work normally, and feeds back the device maintenance information to the central control station through a cellular network.
5. A traffic safety warning system, the system comprising:
the central control station is used for sending a traffic safety early warning data packet to the signal transmitting station through a cellular network;
the signal transmitting station is used for storing the received safety early warning data packet, generating traffic safety early warning broadcast information according to the stored traffic safety early warning data packet, broadcasting the traffic safety early warning broadcast information through a broadcast signal of a specified waveband, and activating the broadcast information prompting device;
and the broadcast information prompting device is used for displaying the prompting information related to the specified waveband after being activated.
6. The system of claim 5, wherein the central control site comprises: the system comprises an information issuing computer and an encoder, wherein a universal serial bus of the information issuing computer is connected with the encoder of a central control station;
the information distribution computer includes: the information input equipment is used for receiving the input traffic safety early warning information in the text format; the information memory is used for storing the traffic safety early warning information in the character format; the information publisher is used for sending the traffic safety early warning data packet obtained by coding to the signal transmitting station through the cellular network;
and the encoder is used for encoding the traffic safety early warning information into a traffic safety early warning data packet with a preset format.
7. The system of claim 5, wherein said signal transmitting station comprises: a fixed broadcast signal transmitting station and/or a mobile broadcast signal transmitting station;
the stationary broadcast signal transmitting station includes: the device comprises an information recorder, an information transmitting antenna and a lightning arrester;
the mobile broadcast signal transmitting station includes: the device comprises an information recorder, an information transmitting antenna, a solar power generation panel, a storage battery, a movable trailer and a lightning arrester.
8. The system of claim 7, wherein the information recorder comprises: the device comprises a signal receiver, an information storage, a data transmission circuit, a processor, an encoder and a frequency modulation transmitter;
the signal receiver is used for receiving a safety early warning data packet sent by the central control station, transmitting the safety early warning data packet needing real-time early warning to the processor through the data transmission circuit, storing the safety early warning data packet needing early warning at a specified moment into the information storage, and transmitting the safety early warning data packet to the processor through the data transmission circuit at the specified moment by the information storage;
the processor is used for receiving the safety early warning data packet, extracting traffic safety early warning information in a text format in the safety early warning data packet, converting the traffic safety early warning information in the text format into traffic safety early warning information in a voice format, and transmitting the traffic safety early warning information in the voice format to the encoder through the data transmission circuit;
the encoder is used for receiving the traffic safety early warning information in the voice format, encoding the traffic safety early warning information in the voice format to form a data transmission frame, and then accessing the data transmission frame to a frequency modulation transmitter;
the frequency modulation transmitter is used for converting the data transmission frame into a broadcast signal of a specified waveband, and broadcasting the traffic safety early warning broadcast information through the broadcast signal of the specified waveband.
9. The system of claim 6 or 8, wherein the encoder of the signal transmitting station is further configured to actively initiate a data request within a certain time interval, obtain an operating status of each device in the signal transmitting station, determine whether each device is operating normally, generate device maintenance information if the device is not operating normally, and feed back the device maintenance information to the central control station through a cellular network.
10. The system of claim 5, wherein said broadcast information prompting device comprises: a signal receiver and a display screen;
the signal transmitting station is used for activating the broadcast information prompting device by sending an activation signal;
the signal receiver is used for receiving an activation signal sent by a signal transmitting station, activating the broadcast information prompting device according to the activation signal, and displaying prompting information related to the specified wave band on the display screen.
