In an embodiment of the present invention, the examinee identity information in the examination data may include the name and the admission card number of the examinee. In other embodiments, the test taker identity information may also include other information, such as an identification number. The examination data are mutually associated, so that the identity information of each examinee is associated with the corresponding examination point information, examination room information, examination time, examination content and the like. It should be noted that, the data format or format of the test data stored in the central server is not limited, the data format of the test data may include voice, text, image, etc., and the data format of the test data may include any audio file format, any picture format, any text format, any video file format, etc.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the test terminal managing device 100 may be located in an examination point or an examination room. The invention does not limit the form of the received on-site examinee identity, which can be the face feature, fingerprint, voiceprint, iris and other biological features of the examinee; a bar code or a two-dimensional code comprising an examination admission card number of an examinee; second generation identity cards of examinees and the like. Accordingly, the scanning device may receive the identity of the on-site examinee, for example, by swiping a face, entering a fingerprint, entering a voice clip, scanning an iris, scanning an admission card, scanning a second generation identification card, and the like. The verification unit 120 may further include a prompt module for providing prompt information to prompt the examinee to perform the action to be performed for identity verification through voice or a display screen.
After receiving the identity of the on-site examinee, the verification unit 120 verifies the identity of the on-site examinee and the examinee identity information in the examination data. The verification process may include extracting feature information from the received on-site examinee identity, comparing the feature information with the examinee identity information in the examination data, and if the feature information and the examinee identity information match, passing the verification. It should be noted that the illustration in fig. 2B is only an example and is not intended to limit the specific shape, configuration, position and number of the terminal placement structure 130 and the test terminals inside the test terminal management device 200.
Fig. 2C is a side view of the test terminal administration device 200 of the embodiment. The test terminal management device 200 has a plurality of charging modules 260, which correspond to the charging units described above, on the side thereof. These charging modules 260 are connected to the hook 240 shown in fig. 2B, and are used to charge the headset 230 when the headset 230 is hung on the hook 240. Also shown in fig. 2C is a communication interface 250, i.e., the communication unit 110 described above. The communication interface 250 may be an embedded system including a USB interface, and may be used for data management and transmission.
It should be noted that the illustration in fig. 2C is only an example, and is not intended to limit the specific shape, configuration, position and number of the charging unit of the test terminal management device 200 and the specific position and form of the communication unit 110.
According to the examination terminal management device shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2A-2C, a plurality of examination terminals can be accommodated and managed, the identity of an examinee is verified in an examination field, and the examination terminal corresponding to the identity information of the examinee is distributed to the on-site examinee, so that the alternative examination and cheating can be avoided; the system does not need additional equipment such as a computer, a display screen and the like, is suitable for various types of examination rooms, and is flexible in application. The examination terminal management equipment provided by the invention is used in the oral examination, so that the defects of the existing oral examination equipment and method can be overcome, the examination cost is greatly reduced, the examination efficiency is improved, and the examination fairness is ensured.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the present specific embodiments, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the above embodiments are merely illustrative of the present invention, and various equivalent changes and substitutions may be made without departing from the spirit of the invention, and therefore, it is intended that all changes and modifications to the above embodiments within the spirit and scope of the present invention be covered by the appended claims.

Claims (14)

1. An examination terminal management device for housing and managing a plurality of examination terminals, comprising:
the communication unit is configured to receive examination data from a central server, send the examination data to the examination terminal, acquire answer voice data from the examination terminal and transmit the answer voice data to the central server;
the verification unit is configured to receive the identity of a field examinee, verify the identity of the field examinee and the identity information of the examinee in the examination data, and distribute an examination terminal corresponding to the identity information of the examinee to the field examinee who succeeds in verification; and
and the terminal placing structure is used for placing the examination terminal.
2. The device of claim 1, further comprising a charging unit coupled to the testing terminal and configured to charge the testing terminal when the testing terminal is placed on the terminal placement structure.
3. The device of claim 2, further comprising a charge status indicator light for indicating a charge status of the testing terminal.
4. The device of claim 2, wherein the charging unit and the communication unit are connected to the testing terminal through the same interface.
5. The device of claim 1, wherein the terminal placement structure is configured to normally lock the test terminal, and wherein the verification unit instructs the terminal placement structure to unlock the test terminal after the identity verification of the test taker is successful, so that the test terminal can be taken out.
6. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the verification unit receives the on-site test taker identity via a scanning device.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the scanning device is configured to scan the code of the identity information of the examinee on the admission card.
8. The apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the examinee identification information code is a two-dimensional code.
9. The device of claim 1, wherein the test data comprises examinee identity information, examination point information, examination room information, test time, and test content.
10. The apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a storage unit for storing the test data and the answer voice data.
11. The apparatus of claim 1, further comprising an alarm unit, wherein the alarm unit is connected to the verification unit, and when the examinee identity verification is unsuccessful, the alarm unit gives an alarm.
12. The device according to claim 1, further comprising a detection unit for detecting whether the test terminal is operating normally.
13. The device of claim 1, further comprising a heat dissipation system for reducing the temperature of the testing terminal management device.
14. The device of claim 1, wherein the testing terminal comprises:
the input unit is configured to detect voice input to the test terminal and generate the answer voice data; and
a playing unit configured to parse the test data received by the communication unit to generate a test audio signal and play the test audio signal.
