In an embodiment, the generating unit 503 is specifically configured to:
comparing the evidence putting information with the actual putting information, and comparing the evidence repayment record with the actual repayment record to obtain a comparison result;
judging whether the evidence payment information is consistent with the actual payment information or not according to the comparison result, and whether the evidence payment record is consistent with the actual payment record or not;
if yes, generating a judgment result according to the evidence proving data and the personal information of the loan user through the litigation request;
and if not, generating a judgment result for rejecting the litigation request.

In the embodiment of the present invention, after the receiving unit 501 receives the litigation request including the evidence data and the personal information of the loan user sent by the loan platform, the obtaining unit 502 may obtain the loan data of the loan user deposited by the loan platform from the block chain system according to the personal information, and the generating unit 503 may generate the decision result for the litigation request according to the comparison result between the evidence data and the loan data, so as to determine the reliability of the evidence data submitted by the loan platform, and may generate the correct decision result based on the reliable evidence data, thereby avoiding the influence of the erroneous decision on the loan platform and/or the user.
Another embodiment of the present invention further provides a data processing apparatus for performing the method as described in any one of fig. 3. Specifically, referring to fig. 6, a schematic block diagram of a data processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention is provided. The device of the embodiment comprises: acquisition section 601, generation section 602, and transmission section 603. In the embodiment of the present invention, the data processing apparatus may be disposed in some servers or some dedicated processing devices that need to perform data processing.
The obtaining unit 601 is used for obtaining the proof information of the loan user when detecting that the loan of the loan user is overdue, wherein the proof information comprises the personal information of the loan user, the proof payment information of the loan user and the proof repayment record;
a generating unit 602, configured to generate a litigation request according to the attestation information of the loan user, where the litigation request includes attestation data and personal information of the loan user;
the sending unit 603 is configured to send the litigation request to an axiomatic party, so that the axiomatic party responds to the litigation request, and determines the litigation request according to the proving data and the loan data of the loan user stored in the block chain system, and generates a determination result.
In one embodiment, the apparatus further comprises: a memory unit 604.
The obtaining unit 601 is further configured to obtain loan data of any loan user, where the loan data includes actual loan information for the loan user and an actual repayment record of the loan user;
a storage unit 604, configured to store the loan data of any loan user into the blockchain system.
In one embodiment, the apparatus further comprises: a receiving unit 605.
The receiving unit 605 is configured to receive the determination result sent by the public trust party, and mark the loan user as a blacklist user when the determination result indicates that the litigation request passes.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when the obtaining unit 601 detects that the loan of the loan user is overdue, the obtaining unit obtains the citation information of the loan user, and the sending unit 603 sends the citation request generated by the generating unit 602 according to the citation information to the notarization party, so that the notarization party responds to the citation request, and judges the citation request based on the citation data and the loan data of the loan user stored in the block chain, which can improve the litigation processing efficiency of the loan platform.
Fig. 7 is a schematic block diagram of a server according to an embodiment of the present invention. The server in this embodiment as shown in the figure may include: power supplies, housings, various required interfaces, etc., such as a network interface 704, a user interface, etc. The server further comprises: one or more processors 701 and a storage 702. The processor 701 is coupled to the storage device 702, and in one embodiment, the processor 701, the storage device 702, and the network interface 704 are coupled via a bus 703.
The server may include a user interface, the user interface may include an interface module formed by some physical keys or touch keys, and the like, and may be capable of receiving the operation of the user, and the user interface may further include some structures, such as a display screen, and the like, capable of prompting the user for information, such as the operating state of the server.
The storage 702 may include a volatile memory (volatile memory), such as a random-access memory (RAM); the storage device 702 may also include a non-volatile memory device (non-volatile memory), such as a flash memory device (flash memory), a solid-state drive (SSD), etc.; the memory device 702 may also comprise a combination of memory devices of the types described above.
The processor 701 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU). The processor 701 may further include a hardware chip. The hardware chip may be an application-specific integrated circuit (ASIC), a Programmable Logic Device (PLD), or the like. The PLD may be a field-programmable gate array (FPGA), a General Array Logic (GAL), or the like. The processor 701 may also be a combination of the above structures.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the storage device 702 is configured to store a computer program, the computer program includes program instructions, and the processor 701 is configured to execute the program instructions stored in the storage device 702 to implement the corresponding method steps in the above-described embodiments.
In one embodiment, the processor 701 is configured to call the program instructions to perform:
receiving a litigation request sent by a loan platform, wherein the litigation request comprises evidence providing data and personal information of a loan user;
obtaining loan data of the loan user, which is deposited by the loan platform, from a block chain system according to the personal information of the loan user;
and generating a judgment result aiming at the litigation request according to a comparison result between the evidence demonstration data and the loan data, and storing the judgment result into the block chain system.
In one embodiment, the attestation data includes: the loan platform records the information of the loan user for the evidence and the payment of the loan user;
the loan data includes: and the loan platform records the actual loan information of the loan user and the actual repayment of the loan user.
In one embodiment, the processor 701 is further configured to call the program instructions to perform:
comparing the evidence putting information with the actual putting information, and comparing the evidence repayment record with the actual repayment record to obtain a comparison result;

and pushing the judgment to the loan user through the registered account number of the loan user on the loan platform.
Fig. 8 is a schematic block diagram of a server according to an embodiment of the present invention. The server in this embodiment as shown in the figure may include: power supplies, housings, various required interfaces, etc., such as a network interface 804, a user interface, etc. The server further comprises: one or more processors 801 and a memory device 802. The processor 801 is coupled to the storage device 802. in one embodiment, the processor 801, the storage device 802, and the network interface 804 may be coupled via a bus 803.
The server may include a user interface, the user interface may include an interface module formed by some physical keys or touch keys, and the like, and may be capable of receiving the operation of the user, and the user interface may further include some structures, such as a display screen, and the like, capable of prompting the user for information, such as the operating state of the server.
The storage device 802 may include a volatile memory device (volatile memory), such as a random-access memory (RAM); the storage device 802 may also include a non-volatile memory device (non-volatile memory), such as a flash memory device (flash memory), a solid-state drive (SSD), etc.; memory device 802 may also comprise a combination of memory devices of the types described above.
The processor 801 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU). The processor 801 may further include a hardware chip. when detecting that the loan of a loan user is overdue, acquiring the evidence-taking information of the loan user, wherein the evidence-taking information comprises the personal information of the loan user, the evidence-taking and payment information of the loan user and an evidence-taking and payment record;
generating a litigation request according to the evidence demonstration information of the loan user, wherein the litigation request comprises evidence demonstration data and personal information of the loan user;
and sending the litigation request to a notarization party so that the notarization party can respond to the litigation request, judging the litigation request according to the testification data and the loan data of the loan user stored in the block chain system, and generating a judgment result.
In one embodiment, the processor 801 is further configured to invoke the program instructions to perform:
obtaining loan data of any loan user, wherein the loan data comprises actual loan information of the loan user and actual repayment records of the loan user;
and storing the loan data of any loan user into a block chain system.
In one embodiment, the processor 801 is further configured to invoke the program instructions to perform:
and receiving the judgment result sent by the public trust party, and marking the loan user as a blacklist user when the judgment result indicates that the litigation request passes.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by a computer program, which can be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. The storage medium may be a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), or the like.
While the invention has been described with reference to a number of embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A data processing method, comprising:
receiving a litigation request sent by a loan platform, wherein the litigation request comprises evidence providing data and personal information of a loan user;
obtaining loan data of the loan user, which is deposited by the loan platform, from a block chain system according to the personal information of the loan user;
and generating a judgment result aiming at the litigation request according to a comparison result between the evidence demonstration data and the loan data, and storing the judgment result into the block chain system.
2. The method of claim 1,
the attestation data includes: the loan platform records the information of the loan user for the evidence and the payment of the loan user;
the loan data includes: and the loan platform records the actual loan information of the loan user and the actual repayment of the loan user.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein generating a decision for the litigation request based on the comparison between the attestation data and the loan data comprises:
comparing the evidence putting information with the actual putting information, and comparing the evidence repayment record with the actual repayment record to obtain a comparison result;
judging whether the evidence payment information is consistent with the actual payment information or not according to the comparison result, and whether the evidence payment record is consistent with the actual payment record or not;
if yes, generating a judgment result according to the evidence proving data and the personal information of the loan user through the litigation request;
and if not, generating a judgment result for rejecting the litigation request.
4. The method according to any one of claims 1-3, further comprising:
generating a decision book according to the decision result and the personal information of the loan user;
and pushing the judgment to the loan user through the registered account number of the loan user on the loan platform.
5. A data processing method, comprising:
when detecting that the loan of a loan user is overdue, acquiring the evidence-taking information of the loan user, wherein the evidence-taking information comprises the personal information of the loan user, the evidence-taking and payment information of the loan user and an evidence-taking and payment record;
generating a litigation request according to the evidence demonstration information of the loan user, wherein the litigation request comprises evidence demonstration data and personal information of the loan user;
and sending the litigation request to a notarization party so that the notarization party can respond to the litigation request, judging the litigation request according to the testification data and the loan data of the loan user stored in the block chain system, and generating a judgment result.
6. The method according to claim 5, wherein before the obtaining of the evidentiary information of the loan user when the loan of the loan user is detected to be overdue, the method further comprises:
obtaining loan data of any loan user, wherein the loan data comprises actual loan information of the loan user and actual repayment records of the loan user;
and storing the loan data of any loan user into a block chain system.
7. The method of claim 5 or 6, further comprising:
and receiving the judgment result sent by the public trust party, and marking the loan user as a blacklist user when the judgment result indicates that the litigation request passes.
8. A data processing apparatus, comprising:
the loan client side comprises a receiving unit, a processing unit and a processing unit, wherein the receiving unit is used for receiving a litigation request sent by a loan platform, and the litigation request comprises attestation data and personal information of a loan user;
the obtaining unit is used for obtaining loan data of the loan user, which is deposited by the loan platform, from a block chain system according to the personal information of the loan user;
the generating unit is used for generating a judgment result aiming at the litigation request according to a comparison result between the evidence proving data and the loan data;
and the storage unit is used for storing the judgment result into the block chain system.

A server, comprising a processor and a storage device, the processor and the storage device being interconnected, wherein the storage device is configured to store computer program instructions, and the processor is configured to execute the program instructions to implement the data processing method of any one of claims 1-4 or the method of any one of claims 5-7.

A computer storage medium having stored therein first computer program instructions for execution by a processor for performing the data processing method of any one of claims 1-4; alternatively, the computer storage medium has stored therein second computer program instructions for executing the data processing method according to claims 5-7 when executed by a processor.
