The vehicle operation and use satisfaction identification processing method and device according to the embodiment can be applied to a server, and the server can be a device or a combination of devices with data storage and data processing capabilities.
Fig. 1 is a flow chart of a vehicle handling and usage satisfaction degree recognition processing method according to an embodiment of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1, a method for recognizing and processing a vehicle handling and usage satisfaction includes:
s11: acquiring positive emotion information reported by a vehicle, wherein the positive emotion information is information recorded when a user performs one-time arbitrary control on the vehicle in a controlled driving process of the vehicle and recognizes that the user generates positive emotion when the control is performed;
s12: determining the duration of the positive emotion corresponding to each control;
s13: acquiring negative emotion information reported by a vehicle, wherein the negative emotion information is information recorded when a user performs one-time arbitrary control on the vehicle in the trial driving process of the vehicle and recognizes that the user generates negative emotion when the control is performed;
s14: determining the duration of the negative emotion corresponding to each control;
s15: and after the pilot driving is finished, aiming at any one target control, determining satisfaction information of the user on the target control according to the recorded duration of the positive emotion and the duration of the negative emotion.
The process of recording the duration of the positive emotion and the duration of the negative emotion in each operation in steps S11 to S14 may be synchronously implemented in the process of driving test, and may be implemented by a server; in another embodiment, the determination may also be made according to the reported positive emotion information, negative emotion information, or control record after the test driving is finished, and may be determined by the server.
Positive emotion information, which can be understood as that a user performs an arbitrary operation on a vehicle during controlled driving of the vehicle, and the operation is performed while recognizing information recorded when the user generates a positive emotion, and specifically recording what the occurred emotion information is, and the time, place, and the like corresponding to the generation of the positive emotion; it may be generated by the vehicle and sent to the server, or the server may be generated from a manipulated record of vehicle feedback and/or images used to determine mood.
Negative emotion information, which can be understood as that a user performs an arbitrary operation on a vehicle during controlled driving of the vehicle, and the operation is performed while recognizing information recorded when the user generates a negative emotion, and which can specifically record what the emotion information occurred is, and the time, place, and the like corresponding to the generation of the negative emotion; it may be generated by the vehicle and sent to the server, or the server may be generated from a manipulated record of vehicle feedback and/or images used to determine mood.
The manipulation in the above steps may be any manipulation directed to a manipulable object on a vehicle, and in a specific implementation process, the manipulation includes at least one of:
braking, accelerating, steering, controlled hanging and wiping of a windscreen wiper, window opening and closing, and adjustment of working parameters of an air conditioner. Correspondingly, any means capable of detecting the above operations can be applied to the specific implementation process of the embodiment.
If the processes of step S11 to step S14 are performed during the test driving, the emotion of the user at that time (i.e., the positive emotion or the negative emotion) may be triggered and recognized each time the occurrence of the manipulation is detected, or the emotion of the user may be recognized all the time and called when the occurrence of the manipulation is detected; if the process from step S11 to step S14 is performed after the test driving is finished, the user image or emotion and the detected manipulation may be recorded during the test driving, and both may carry a timeline, and the user image or emotion at the corresponding time may be called up according to the time point at which the manipulation occurs, and if the user image is, the emotion may be recognized therefrom.
A positive emotion, among others, is understood to be defined as a positive, positive emotion, such as a happy, comfortable, relaxed, etc. emotion, which can be recognized as a positive emotion; in contrast, emotions opposite to positive emotions, such as anger, disappointment, discomfort, tension, and the like, can be recognized as negative emotions.
In a specific implementation process, the positive emotion and the negative emotion can be recognized from a user image, the user image can be collected by an image collecting component arranged in a vehicle, the user image can be an image collecting component connected to a vehicle-mounted terminal of the vehicle, can also be an image collecting component directly connected to other terminals of a server, and can also be an image collecting component directly connected to the server, and no matter what kind of image collecting component is, the connection mode is any, as long as the user can provide materials for emotion recognition, the description of the embodiment is not deviated.
The user image may be a static photo, or a dynamic video, a motion picture, or the like.
In a specific implementation process, the positive emotion and the negative emotion can be recognized by using a pre-trained emotion recognition model. For example, when the emotion recognition model is trained, image material labeled as positive emotion and negative emotion can be input, and the emotion recognition model can have the capability of recognizing whether the image is a positive emotion or a negative emotion. At the same time, there may also be the ability to identify non-positive, non-negative emotions.
Any manner of judging the satisfaction degree based on the duration of the positive emotion and the duration of the negative emotion does not depart from the description of step S13.
In addition, the duration of the positive emotion or the negative emotion corresponding to the control may refer to the duration of the emotion in the implementation process of the control, or may refer to: the time point of the emotion is the duration of the whole formed by the emotion generated during the operation and the emotion generated after the operation.
In one embodiment, the satisfaction may be determined by selecting only the duration of one positive emotion and the duration of one negative emotion for a target maneuver, for example, the duration of the longest positive emotion and the duration of the longest negative emotion may be selected to participate in the process of step S15.
In another embodiment, the sum of the durations during the test driving may also be selected to participate in the processing of step S15, which may be as shown in fig. 2 and 3.
FIG. 2 is a flowchart illustrating step S15 according to an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating step S153 according to an embodiment of the invention.
Referring to fig. 2, step S15 may include:
s151: calculating the sum of the duration of all positive emotions controlled by the target in the test driving process to obtain first sum information;
s152: calculating the sum of the duration of all negative emotions controlled by the target in the test driving process to obtain second sum information;
s153: and determining satisfaction information of the user on the target operation and control according to the first sum information and the second sum information.
By calculating the sum of the duration, all positive emotions and all negative emotions in the driving test process can be fully considered, so that the determined satisfaction can be considered with the positive emotions and the negative emotions, and the emotions at all times can be considered, and the satisfaction information can more accurately reflect the experience result of a user on certain operation.
In one embodiment, before steps S151 and S152, the duration of a certain target operation or a certain number of target operations may be further filtered, in one example, the longest duration and/or the shortest duration may be filtered, in another example, the duration may be further filtered by using external information, for example, if an external abnormal event (for example, a passerby or a vehicle suddenly appears, and for example, a dispute occurs in a vehicle) is detected, the duration when the abnormal event occurs may be partially deleted, so as to avoid that an event unrelated to the operation affects the satisfaction evaluation of the operation. Wherein the abnormal event can be recognized, for example, from an image outside the vehicle, an image inside the vehicle, a voice inside the vehicle, and the like.
In a specific implementation process, referring to fig. 3, step S153 may include:
s1531: calculating a net difference between the first summation information and the second summation information;
s1532: and determining the satisfaction degree information according to the difference net value.
The net difference value is understood to mean that it not only represents the value of the difference value itself, but also represents the information which is greater in the first sum information and the second sum information.
In step S1532, the net difference value itself may be used to represent the satisfaction information, or the satisfaction information may be represented in a defined form, and then: step S1532 may include: and determining the satisfaction information according to the interval range where the difference net value is positioned and the corresponding relation between different interval ranges and different satisfaction information.
The form of the satisfaction information defined therein may be, for example, a word, specifically: the method is satisfied, generally satisfied, unsatisfied and the like, and can respectively correspond to different value ranges of the net difference value, and the words of the satisfaction information can be correspondingly determined through the range of the interval in which the net difference value is positioned.
In one example, taking acceleration and braking as an example, the net difference value may be:
the net difference in mood-duration of positive mood-duration of negative mood;
for example:
wherein, through the above net difference, the conclusion obtained can be: the user is more satisfied with accelerating, unsatisfactory brake.
Therefore, because the experience is a process and is a combination of crossing satisfaction and dissatisfaction, the satisfaction can be determined only by considering both positive and negative data, and the satisfaction of the user in the process of brake experience can be more conveniently obtained by taking the difference net value as an example.
In addition, in the specific implementation process, a reference net emotion value may be introduced, and further, the above-mentioned net difference value may introduce a difference between the duration of the positive emotion and the duration of the negative emotion on the basis of the reference net emotion value, for example, the net difference value is the duration of the positive emotion-the duration of the negative emotion-the reference net emotion value;
the reference net emotion value may be, for example, a determined net emotion value of the user in a static state, which may be calculated and determined according to emotion information recognized when the user is not manipulated, and the emotion of the user in the static state is relatively stable and is a better reference value. By using the reference point, the generated numerical value can more accurately reflect the relationship between the emotion change and the control. In summary, in the method for recognizing and processing vehicle operation and use satisfaction provided by this embodiment, the emotion of the user recognized during the operation can be used as a basis to determine the satisfaction of the user on the operation, so that the determination result is not affected by the subjective understanding, expression ability and memory of the user on the characters, and omission and misunderstanding of the favorite situation are avoided or reduced.
Meanwhile, the embodiment not only takes the appearance of the emotion as a judgment basis, but also takes the duration of the positive emotion and the duration of the negative emotion as a judgment basis, and further, the result of the emotion generated in the time dimension can be fully considered, for example, the longer the duration of the positive emotion is, the higher the relative satisfaction is, which can be beneficial to enabling the satisfaction judgment result to more accurately reflect the actual experience of the user.
In a further alternative, the duration of the positive emotion and the duration of the negative emotion can be fully considered, and the accuracy of satisfaction degree judgment is further improved.
