Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present application may be embodied as a system, apparatus, device, method or computer program product. Accordingly, the present disclosure may be embodied in the form of: entirely hardware, entirely software (including firmware, resident software, micro-code, etc.), or a combination of hardware and software.
Although the flow described below includes operations that occur in a particular order, it should be appreciated that the processes may include more or less operations that are performed sequentially or in parallel (e.g., using parallel processors or a multi-threaded environment).
The present application provides a transaction early warning system, as shown in fig. 1, which may include: the system comprises a terminal device 101 and a server 102, wherein a user can initiate a request for logging in an account in the system through the terminal device 101, the server 102 can respond to a transaction request initiated by the current user, acquire characteristic data of a target transaction initiated by the current user through a target account, and judge whether the target transaction meets an early warning condition of the target account by adopting at least one early warning verification mode of identity verification, abnormal account detection and account transaction habit verification on the target transaction according to the characteristic data of the target transaction, so that early warning information is sent to the target user with the target account in time under the condition of meeting the early warning condition to ensure the safety of the account.
The terminal device 101 may be a terminal device or software used by a user. Specifically, the terminal device may be a terminal device such as a bank counter, an ATM, a smart phone, a tablet computer, a laptop computer, a desktop computer, a smart watch, or other wearable devices, or may be a robot device. Of course, the terminal apparatus 101 may be software that can be run in the above terminal apparatus. For example: application software such as bank system application, payment application, browser and the like.
The server 102 may be a single server or a server cluster, and the bank server 102 may be connected to a plurality of terminal devices, or may be a server having a strong database, and performs security protection on an account based on a transaction operation performed by a current user.
Based on the transaction early warning system, an embodiment of the present invention provides a transaction early warning method, as shown in fig. 2, which may include the following steps:
s201: and acquiring characteristic data of the target transaction initiated by the current user through the target account.
The current user may initiate a target transaction request through the target account, and the server may obtain characteristic data of the target transaction in response to the target transaction request initiated by the current user. In an embodiment, the current user may initiate the target transaction through a channel such as a bank counter, an ATM, a mobile phone bank, a payment application, a web browser, and the like, and it is understood that the current user may also initiate the target transaction through other possible channels, which may be determined according to practical situations, and the application is not limited thereto.
The target transaction may include at least one of: opening an account, transferring accounts, cashing, depositing, purchasing financing products and the like, wherein the characteristic data can comprise at least one of the following data: the place where the transaction occurred, the time when the transaction occurred, the type of transaction, the amount of the transaction, the account involved in the transaction, the authentication result of the transaction, the channel of the transaction. The current user may be a user (target user) of the target account in some cases, or may also be a user who illegally steals the target account in some cases, which may be determined specifically according to an actual situation, and the present application does not limit this.
S202: and judging whether the target transaction meets the early warning condition of the target account or not by adopting at least one early warning verification mode of identity verification, abnormal account detection and account transaction habit verification on the target transaction according to the characteristic data of the target transaction.
Because some habitual operations or commonalities exist among transactions when a holder of a target account uses the target account to conduct transactions, at least one early warning verification mode of identity verification, abnormal account detection and account transaction habit verification can be adopted for the target transactions according to characteristic data of the target transactions to judge whether the target transactions meet early warning conditions of the target account, and the early warning conditions can be used for judging whether the safety of the target account is threatened.
In one embodiment, different accounts have different characteristics, so that different early warning conditions can be determined for different accounts by adopting a clustering analysis or machine learning method according to historical transaction data of each account, and whether early warning information needs to be sent to a target user or not can be judged more accurately.
In one embodiment, since there is a case that a lawbreaker steals identity information of another person, such as an identity card, to open an account, an early warning verification method of identity verification may be adopted for a target transaction according to feature data of the target transaction, and whether the target transaction meets an early warning condition of a target account may be determined, specifically, whether the target transaction relates to identity verification may be determined according to the feature data of the target transaction, where the identity verification includes: telephone number verification and identification number verification. In the case where it is determined that the target transaction involves authentication, the venue of the target transaction, the home location of the authenticated telephone number, and the home location of the authenticated identification number may be obtained.
Further, whether the target transaction meets the early warning condition of the target account can be judged according to the occurrence place of the target transaction, the attribution place of the verified telephone number, the attribution place of the verified identity card number and the early warning condition of the target account. Wherein, the above-mentioned early warning condition may include: and under the condition that the target transaction relates to identity authentication, sending early warning information to the target user when the occurrence place of the target transaction, the attribution place of the authenticated telephone number and the attribution place of the authenticated identity card number are different. That is, when the target transaction involves identity authentication, and the occurrence location of the target transaction, the attribution location of the authenticated phone number, and the attribution location of the authenticated identity card number are all different, it means that the target account is likely to be stolen by a lawbreaker, and at this time, it is necessary to send warning information to the target user.
In one embodiment, an early warning verification mode of abnormal account detection can be adopted for the target transaction according to the characteristic data of the target transaction, and whether the target transaction meets the early warning condition of the target account or not is judged. Specifically, the account involved in the target transaction may be determined according to the characteristic data of the target transaction, where the account involved in the target transaction may be an account of both parties of the transaction, for example: destination account, transferred account, etc. Further, historical transaction data of an account involved in the target transaction may be obtained, and an associated account with the account involved in the target transaction may be determined according to the historical transaction data of the account involved in the target transaction. The associated account of the target account may be an account having a binding relationship with the target account, an account having a single transaction amount greater than a preset threshold value with the target account, or an account having frequent transaction with the target account, and of course, other possible ways may also be adopted to determine the associated account, which may be specifically determined according to actual conditions, and the application does not limit this.
Further, whether the target transaction meets the early warning condition of the target account can be judged according to the account related to the target transaction, the associated account related to the target transaction and the early warning condition of the target account. Wherein, the above-mentioned early warning condition may include: and sending early warning information to the target user when the account and the associated account related to the target transaction are abnormal accounts or the account related to the target account and the associated account are both abnormal accounts. Whether any one of the account related to the target transaction and the account related to the target transaction is an abnormal account or not can be judged according to historical abnormal account information stored in a preset database, and under the condition that the account is determined to be the abnormal account, the target transaction is shown to have certain risks. The abnormal account may be: there were accounts, blackhouses, money laundering accounts, etc. for anomalous transactions.
In one embodiment, an early warning verification mode of account transaction habit verification can be adopted for the target transaction according to the characteristic data of the target transaction, and whether the target transaction meets the early warning condition of the target account or not is judged. Specifically, historical transaction data of the target account can be obtained, and transaction habit information of the target account is determined according to the historical transaction data of the target account. The transaction habit information of the target account may include at least one of the following: common transaction channels, average and maximum values of historical transaction amounts, historical transaction times, common transaction locations, and the like.
Further, whether the target transaction meets the early warning condition of the target account or not can be judged according to the habit information of the target account, the characteristic data of the target transaction and the early warning condition. Wherein, the above-mentioned early warning condition may include: and sending early warning information to the target user under the condition that the target transaction does not accord with the habit information of the target account. The habit information that the target transaction does not conform to the target account can be that the characteristic data of the target transaction is different from or has a larger difference with the transaction habit of the target account, and the characteristic data of the target transaction can be determined according to actual conditions. For example: in a specific scenario, the habit information of the target account is as follows: the common transaction place is Shanghai, the target transaction place is in the United states, the target transaction place is far away from the common transaction place of the target account, and the target transaction possibly has certain risks and needs to be prompted to a target user.
In one embodiment, an early warning verification mode of identity verification can be adopted for the target transaction according to the characteristic data of the target transaction, and whether the target transaction meets the early warning condition of the target account or not is judged. Specifically, whether the identity authentication fails when the current user initiates the target transaction can be determined according to the characteristic data of the target transaction, that is, whether the provincial authentication fails such as a password input error, a reserved mobile phone number filling error, an identity card number input error and the like exist when the current user logs in the target account. In the case where the presence is determined, the number of times the current user authentication fails may be further determined.
Further, whether the target transaction meets the early warning condition of the target account or not can be judged according to the number of times of failure of the current user identity authentication and the early warning condition. Wherein, the early warning condition includes: and sending early warning information to the target user under the condition that the number of times of the current user identity authentication failure is greater than or equal to a preset threshold value. If the number of times of the authentication failure of the current user is greater than or equal to the preset threshold, it means that the current user may not be the holder of the target account, that is, the information of the target account may be stolen, and at this time, the warning information needs to be sent to the target user. The preset threshold may be a positive integer greater than 1, for example: 3. 5, 6, etc., which can be determined according to practical situations, and the application is not limited to this.
In one embodiment, an early warning verification mode of identity verification can be adopted for the target transaction according to the characteristic data of the target transaction, and whether the target transaction meets the early warning condition of the target account or not is judged. Specifically, whether the target transaction relates to a reserved mobile phone number or not can be determined according to the characteristic data of the target transaction. For example, when a user makes an account, modifies a password, modifies a reserved mobile phone number, and transfers a large amount of money, the user needs to set the reserved mobile phone number or provide the reserved mobile phone number. In the case of determining to involve, the telephone number of the target processing object corresponding to the target transaction may be acquired from a preset database. The target processing object may be a staff handling a target transaction or all staff of a bank, and may be determined specifically according to an actual situation, which is not limited in the present application.
Since there may be a risk that the target transaction exists because the internal staff modifies the mobile phone number reserved by the user into the mobile phone number of the internal staff, further, whether the target transaction meets the early warning condition of the target account can be judged according to the reserved mobile phone number, the phone number of the target processing object and the early warning condition. Wherein, the above-mentioned early warning condition includes: and under the condition that the reserved mobile phone number is consistent with the mobile phone number of the target processing object, sending early warning information to preset internal control personnel, and not sending the early warning information to the target user. The internal control personnel can be related monitoring personnel in the bank, and the internal control personnel can verify the early warning information after receiving the early warning information.
In one embodiment, whether the early warning information needs to be sent to the target user corresponding to the target account can be determined according to the characteristic data of the target transaction and the early warning condition of the target account. Specifically, it may be determined whether the target transaction requires review by a target processing object when the target transaction is a transfer transaction, where the target processing object may be a worker who processes the target transaction. In the case that the target processing object is determined to be needed to be audited, the name of the user who is transferred to the account of the target transaction and the name of the target processing object can be obtained.
And judging whether the target transaction meets the early warning condition of the target account or not according to the name of the user who transfers the target transaction into the account, the name of the target processing object and the early warning condition. Wherein, the above-mentioned early warning condition may include: and under the condition that the name of the user who is transferred into the account of the target transaction is consistent with the name of the target processing object, sending early warning information to preset internal control personnel, and not sending the early warning information to the target user. Under the condition that the name of the user who transfers the target transaction into the account is consistent with the name of the target processing object, the situation that the target processing object modifies the information of the target transaction in the auditing process is shown, and at the moment, the target transaction possibly has certain risk and needs further auditing by internal control personnel according to the early warning information. Since the above-described situation involves an internal management problem, it is possible in some cases to determine whether it is necessary to send warning information to the target user after the verification by the in-control person.
S203: and sending early warning information to the target user under the condition that the target transaction meets the early warning condition.
And under the condition that the target transaction meets the early warning condition, the target transaction is shown to have certain risk, and early warning information needs to be sent to a target user, wherein the target user is a holder of the target account. Wherein, the above-mentioned early warning information may include: the characteristic information of the target transaction and the risk related to the target transaction may, in some cases, further include: precautions that may be taken. For example: your account is logged in other places in Shanghai in 2019, 6 and 1, and whether the account is logged in for oneself is confirmed, if not, the password is required to be modified in time.
In one embodiment, the warning information may be sent to the target user by phone, short message, mail, or the like according to information such as a phone number, an email, or the like reserved when the target account is registered, and certainly, the warning information may be sent to the target user by other possible ways, which may be determined specifically according to actual conditions.
S204: and receiving feedback information of the target user to the early warning information.
After the early warning information is sent to the target user, feedback information of the target user to the early warning information can be received so as to verify whether the abnormity of the target transaction is true. The feedback information may be: the target transaction can be normally carried out when the early warning information is not in fact, or the target transaction needs to be suspended when the early warning information is in fact, and the target user can feed back the early warning information in the modes of short messages, telephones, mails and the like.
S205: and adjusting the early warning condition of the target account according to the feedback information.
After feedback information sent by a target user is received, the early warning condition of the target account can be adjusted to improve the accuracy of early warning verification. In one embodiment, if the feedback information sent by the target user is that the early warning information does not pertain to the target transaction and can be normally performed, the early warning condition of the target account may be relaxed, for example: the early warning information is that the account is logged in other places in the Shanghai in 2019, 6 and 1, and whether the account is logged in by the user is confirmed, if the user does not confirm that the user logs in by the user in time, the early warning condition of the target account is modified so that the target account does not need to send early warning information when logging in the Shanghai next time.
Further, if the feedback information sent by the target user is that the early warning information really belongs to and needs to suspend the target transaction, the strictness of the early warning verification on the target account can be correspondingly improved. For example: the early warning information is that the account is logged in different places in the Shanghai in 2019, 6 and 1, and whether the account is logged in by the user is confirmed, if the password is not required to be modified in time, if the user is confirmed not to be logged in by the user, the early warning condition is modified so that the early warning information is sent to the target user under the condition that the target account is logged in different places each time.
From the above description, it can be seen that the embodiments of the present application achieve the following technical effects: the method can judge whether the target transaction meets the early warning condition of the target account by acquiring the characteristic data of the target transaction initiated by the current user through the target account and adopting at least one early warning verification mode of identity verification, abnormal account detection and account transaction habit verification on the target transaction according to the characteristic data of the target transaction. And sending early warning information to the target user when the target transaction meets the early warning condition, so that the target transaction can be monitored in real time, the target user can be reminded in time when the early warning condition is met, and the safety of the account is effectively improved. Furthermore, feedback information of the target user on the early warning information can be received, and the early warning condition of the target account can be adjusted according to the feedback information, so that the accuracy of transaction early warning can be further improved.
Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the present application further provides a transaction early warning device, as in the following embodiments. Because the principle of the transaction early warning device for solving the problems is similar to that of the transaction early warning method, the implementation of the transaction early warning device can refer to the implementation of the transaction early warning method, and repeated parts are not repeated. As used hereinafter, the term "unit" or "module" may be a combination of software and/or hardware that implements a predetermined function. Although the means described in the embodiments below are preferably implemented in software, an implementation in hardware, or a combination of software and hardware is also possible and contemplated.
